My first time coming here and I absolutely loved them. They take covid precautions seriously. My nail experts took the time to make sure everything was even and to my liking before painting. I had an idea in my head of what I wanted to do and she nailed it. (pun intended) I will definitely be back

I usually go get my pedicure here and they’re great super nice people but unfortunately the last time I did my nails with them they weren’t good at all since they had a lot of people they rushed my nails and the shape was not it today I went in again I said maybe I’ll give them a second chance on my nails and nooo I’m disappointed the nail shape is not is they’re all crooked the polish is super messy not clean at all. Good pedicure but i wouldn’t ever do my nails with them again !!!!

I can NOT remember the mans name, that day he was answering the phone, but he did an amazing job! Small stand alone shop on the corner of 7th & Redondo. Not fancy but Vicki is probably the best nail tech in town! She knows her craft and she performs it well! She is up to date on all the latest nail trends from dip powder to chrome she does it all! She doesn’t skimp or take short cuts, if you want your nails done right go to her.

The young woman that did my pedicure wasnt good. Must have been her first time or new to the job. I was disappoint so much that I didnt even mention the fact that I also wanted a manicure, seems like that didnt hear me or forgot about it. The people were nice but the chairs werent clean and the ledge behind the chairs were gross. They could probably wipe down everything and sweep a little more often. Water was luke warm and they didnt turn on the jets. Massage chair would have been nice if the controls were clean. Ill give them another shot at some point but not my current go to place. $14 for a Pedicure.

Ive been coming here for years. I love this place. Especially Vicky and Vincent they are both perfectionists. If you want something changed they will do it for you. Water whole you wait. They are a bit old and dingy but way better than other places Ive been to.

Lazy with attitudes! Lie and say they are busy or have appointments when they just dont want to work! Especially Vicki! She does a good job but the service is poor!!

I had a scheduled appointment, but I still say there for 20 minutes. I got up and left..

No base or top coat on pedicure. Asked for round nails on mani but got some weird square nails and girl was so rough on my nail/fingers that I had dry cut skin on my fingers under my nails. Boyfriend got pedi and it was so bad that his feet we’re gross and super dry, we had to do some major moisturizing. I don’t mind paying for what I get and I always tip 18-20%. Paid almost $80 for a really bad nail job. I would go to Quality Nails if you need something in the area!

Per USUAL: had an appointment, showed up EARLY only to be told youre early, just sit & wait rather rudely by the male manager.... ummm, EARLY is a good thing: so people arent waiting... that said, 10 mins passed my appointment time, NO apology but rather a rude eye roll with STILL gotta wait = uh, NO. NO I DONT HAVE TO WAIT and left.Appointments are made because time is valuable. In the 3 visits I made: This place NEVER honors appt times & is filthy and unorganized With dust & junk everywhere. Im honestly surprised the Health Dept hasnt come by.

Its very expensive and filthy-$32 for a gel manicure???? and the place is sooooo filthy.I had to wait 20 minutes even though there were 2 employees sitting by themselves. She smudged my nail and didnt fix it. she got polish on my hand and didnt remove it. I asked her not to trim my cuticles except for any hangnails, she trimmed ALL of the cuticles and argued with me when i again told her no-and cut one of them. and the worst part, my gel cracked after 5 days.

Its a great place but they need to do listen to you.i Told them to cut it short she didnt listen and plus the lady almost cut my finger but the guy Tony does your feet so good it makes you want to sleep
