My first time coming here a few days ago . I had the worst experience. I don’t know if the lady was new or what she gave me dip power medium length . They were the ugliest nails I’ve ever had, she sat on the right side coming in second chair . Idk if they change seats but that’s where she was when I came in . Long story short . I paid $50 they came off 2 days later. I couldn’t stand looking at them any longer . Would never go back, I will stick with my poly gel nails . I think I’d do a better job

Came in for a gel manicure and man oh man I left super satisfied ! Natalie was the one who did my gel manicure and she definitely took her time and hooked my nails up! She super friendly and I love the outcome of my nails definitely recommend this place ! Cleaned them up super nice 😍🥰✔

Very friendly. Kim took very good care of me. I got a pedicure and she did an amazing job and she is very detailed.

I wouldn’t go here again I use to come here years ago but a few days ago I came and their not sanitary. They pulled out some dirty tools that had dirt and dead skin on it I had to ask the lady to clean it with alcohol I shouldn’t have to notify someone to clean their tools before working on my feet. I don’t know if they don’t clean their brushes but since they did an acrylic on my nails my skin has been itchy and irritated.

This people are very nice and only place I come when in long beach lady always remember your name

Great place. They car about their customers needs and though they arent really good with English, they do their best to understand your needs and cater to them.

There is only one problem the girl names ling ling and she always cuts and rips my nails I would definitely go here again just would never let ling ling do my nails again she is good with eyebrow tho so definitely let her do that but Kathy on the other hand is the one I would let do anything hands feet eyebrows lashes full set and so much more good quality so all in all definitely recommend just not ling ling

I have been going here since I was a teenager. This nail shop always be on point and everyone is like family. All the techs are like your gomegirls. Its comfortable because they dont be talking all that Chinese talk and you dont have to wonder if they are talking about you. Kim, kathy and all you ladies love ya

Depending on who does your nails its a decent job I only let the guy do my nails. Last week I went not even 2 days and 2 nails broke bcuz of how things they apply the acrylic

I loved my nails buhht they kept breaking, my nail polish was applied horribly and as I’m taking them off right now I have green spots on my nail bed ! Not acceptable at all 🙅🏼‍♀️, won’t be returning. If you do go, ask for they guy to do them, he actually does a good job 👍🏼

I usually come just for a pedicure im not the one to get my nails done. Natalie is AMAZING Shes really sweet GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, she gets the job done takes her time . If you have ingrowns shes the BEST TO REMOVE KIM IS AMAZING TOO..

I been getting my nails done for months now and the lady who removed my nails didnt soak them off or anything instead cut them off and in turn cut part of my thumbnail off down to the bed and as its bleeding she tells me that its my fault. And when I pay her the 3.00 for taking my nails off though I dont believe she deserved that she hands me 13.00 and when I say she took 7.00 and not 3.00 I got called a liar. Nice people. I hope this place goes out of business. These are HORRIBLE people and theives. Liars and completely dishonest and inconsiderate.

Place is very small, its always crowed. Its not always first come first serve. If you arrive there first they have your feet sitting I. The water for a while. While they take other customers before you. Who just arrived, not good customer service
