OK1 star. for the the nail tech actual work done..I give the place of 3/4, That is only for their customer service that is for the speed in which they sat me even though I didnt have an appointment I just walked in.They were all very nice I only had to wait 20 minutes until I could be seen. That was good. But thats where the problem started.They sent me in the back Room ( You know the Room that most places do eyebrows in I was confused because I wasnt getting any waxing until I realised they had put the older woman in the Room so she doesnt have to be in all the hustle and bustle of the front Room) with an older woman who was very nice this definitely has nothing against her as a person but her nail technique is not good. ( we talked politely the whole time, laughed, she was sweet, just no good technique)She hardly shaped my nails, Show only used a hand file and didnt pick up the electric tool really at all.and where she applied the gel polish,( which I did not ask for it )Doesnt lineup with my cuticle, is raised as of she didnt apply correctly.. therefor day 2 and now 3 it already looks a week old. She was so nice though, And with all the cuticle oil she put on my nails I couldnt really tell at the time... I have no problem with the length and color (I wanted natural look 😳)in the end... but the shape is so so, no natural curve, bumpy..cuticle area is so bumpy and in even.. and the gel application has bubbles and is flat in the middle over the nail apex ( where its supposed to have more acrylic for stability]) and gets thick at the tip... I was so bummed, all the pictures theylook so cute... now look at mine:I can she tried. She was nice. My set, quality, design wasnt worth 50$. But I paid. NEXT TIME I RECOMMEND DONT DONT DONT GO IN THE SMALL ROOM TO GET NAILS DONE, ASK FOR YOUNGER TECHNICIANS WHO STAY IN FRONT, Their work is probably what is posted for the pictures on the reviews and that stuff was amazing thats what I thought I was going to walk out with maybe next time...The last photo is what I saw that inspired me to go in... my nails didnt come out looking like those 😢😢😢😕

I found this nail salon off of Google & they had positive reviews and gorgeous nail photos so I went and they sure dont disappoint. Fast & easy AND they were able to give me the design I wanted!

I love it here. While Quality Nails are closed, I went to other nail shops that are working outdoors and it just was not the same! None of the gel pedicures can match up to the ones I get at Quality Nails. I’m super picky about how my pedicures come out and Quality Nails always get my feet right. Especially Tammy. She’s super good at pedicures. My boyfriend goes there also for pedicures. I have gotten really good service here. I have never had a problem. I’ve never felt uncomfortable and I’ve always felt welcomed. When I ask for what I want, I get exactly that with out no complaints. At least to my knowledge lol. They do get packed sometimes but that’s because they are good. As a regular, you become well known with the best days and times to walk in.

I’ve now gone twice and while they are always busy, they are consistently good! I got glow in the dark, acrylic nails with jewels and a design and paid well under $100🙌🏾WIN! Unfortunately they don’t offer dip, but do offer gel and acrylic services .(I’m not a fan of gel)

They do a good job when they want to, but most of the time their work is rushed and messy. My nails always begin to lift within a week. They do great pedicures but I would suggest finding a different place to get a full set or a fill.

Always love getting my nails done here. Nice employees. They get busy, but they always try to go as fast as they can for everyone not to wait to long. And they have reasonable pricing.

The girls that do pedicures are great!! Always great and friendly. The nails can be hit or miss. They have a couple of new guys that I have had both. One was better then the other, but I prefer the ladies there.. Theyre very busy, so an appointment is recommended. Overall theyre all super sweet, and with general common courtesy, if your nice to people, people will be nice to you.

The space is not cared for (dirty) which says a lot about the lack of care for their work environment and how they care for clients.The women who did my manicure and pedicure did an okay job on the polish. The cuticle lines were jagged on all 10 nails and 10 toes.I won’t be going back here and don’t recommend this place for nail service.My time is valuable and I choose to circulate my money/energy into a place with people who care for what they do.

Ive been coming here for a couple of months now and I love the work. They do such a beautiful job of shaping the nails, and the quality of nail polish is great. They do chrome powder too, and are responsible on pricing. They are busy so try and make an appointment if you dont want to wait. Love this place.

This place has 6 spa chairs for pedicures and 5 manicure tables with 2 stations each. On the Saturday morning I was there, every chair was filled, as were the 10 chairs for waiting customers and friends/children of customers. This is a very small establishment and moving around was very difficult at times. For the most part, my pedicure was better than average, as were the prices. Knowing this, I will not go as a walk-in EVER! But I may go on an appointment basis during off hours.Being new to the area, Im more than likely going to continue finding a nail shop that is in a larger retail space that can more easily accommodate the large amount of customers they have as well as the parking that they require.

I love this place! Tina is awesome and so sweet! But its always crowded, which is why I have 4 stars. Make an appointment, especially of theres more than one person in your group. Mimi is your go-to for any fancy designs so request her if this is your intention. They also use a punch card which takes off $6 after 5 stamps. They also give a discount for paying with cash. 💅

Mimi is the best! Fair price. The staff are friendly if you act like a decent human being to them. Make an appointment if you can, though on weekends appts not available. If you go on a weekend, go first thing in the morning.

This is the only shop I go to! They do the shape I like perfectly. And all of their nail technicians are awesome. If you want the number one technician, you gotta make an appointment cuz shes always booked up. But, I always just walk in and get whoevers available. The end results is always what I like!

The best place to get your nails done I love it there

I don’t understand the hype for this place.I got my full set done and they were pretty bad. It looked like if I had had them for a week. This had happened to me a couple of times before. I wanted to give them a chance because my mom loves coming here but they kinda suck, the don’t listen to what you want, and they rush on. Not all of the nail artists here are like this tho. So go at your own risk.

I called in 3 weeks in advance to schedule my appointment because i was getting married so i scheduled a day before my wedding to get my nails done with Mimi because ive heard great things about her. i informed them i have a appointment so they took me in for pedi first and as the lady was almost done so i informed her again that i have an appt with mimi for my nails. she talked to mimi then im done and they sit me in an empty chair and tell me to go with another tech bc mimi is busy. I was angry, it was my wedding nails! mimi didnt even say a word to me or apologized. The nails turned out okay, there was black lint in my nails that are not that noticeable but i definitely notice bc it was for my wedding. Disappointed, not coming here again.

Great nails and service, but like a typical nail salon its constantly packed and you have to wait a while to be seen, usually 1 hour unless you make a apt 2 weeks in advance. But this salon can basically do any design you want so its worth the wait.

The Quality Nail Spa does wonderful work however the quality of customer service is horrible. If you proceed to go after this review do not get Tammy. Tiffany was phenomenal 🙃.

Heard good reviews and went for the first time. Some were so fxxxin rude. The bxxxx that did my pedicure was mad because i didnt get gel polish. I never felt like I was being racially profiled until I came here. If it was up to me the would get no stars

Ive been here 3 times. 3 different nail ladies. Ive loved my nails everytime.

I saw that this place has really good reviews and their prices were decent. I made an appointment so I had no wait time but they were very busy when I got there. With every pedicure chair full, I got a mani (full acrylic French tips set) and pedi and was in and out in less than an hour. I thought that was great service! Then, the total didnt add up to their posted prices. The lady doing my finger nails kept making fun of my sweaty hands. Its was over 90, what do you expect?! The lady doing my feet would giggle and purposefully tickle me when I told her I was too ticklish for the scrubbing. My tips are lopsided, the acrylic/gel on top is bumpy, was already peeling back at my cuticles the next day, and has tons of tiny bubbles. AND to top it all off, I now have a fungal infection from the pedicure on my feet. I will NEVER be returning here. Rude workers, rushed, poor quality nails, and disgusting hygiene.

I am a very happy and positive person. Ive tried to come back several times and stay but the service is too bad.. You can feel the negative tension. I dont know what it is but Mimi always seems very bothered and aggressive when she does my nails so I stopped going.. Great nails poor customer service..

Ladies Be Careful With This Place!!! Got A Terrible Infection (Paronychia) From Here. I Went On 6/14 & The Day After I Had A Thumb Ache But I Didnt Think Anything Of It, & Three Days Latter My Thumb Was Incredibly Swollen & Full Of Pus, I Had To Go To The Doctor And What I Saved In A Cheep Mani/Pedi I Spend In A Co Payment & The Medications... & When I Called To Tell Them The Lady Was Saying How It Was Not Posibles That I Probably Hurt Myself At Home, Like Okayy Because Its Not Weird At All That I Got The Infection The Day After I Got My Nails Done With Them ... So Please Just Be Careful Ladies !!

Just called to schedule an appointment for Sunday as instructed by the owner Mi-Mi. Whoever the rude person was who answered the phone told me they only do walk ins on Sundays. After advising I was told by Mi-Mi to call for the appt for Sunday she said ok and hung up. I have slent several dollars in this place and refuse to spend another based on this experience. Word to the wise - if you weren’t rude I wouldn’t have posted this review on the web for the world to read and you probably would have still had a steady customer

Im in California for work and was told by a co worker to come check this place out. She stated how awesome they were and how good the cost was. When I got there they told me it would be about 30 mins to an hour wait. Thats no issue I dont mind...my Pedi went great but when it came time to get my nails started the gentlemen and I were having good conversation until I started pointed out all the things I wanted done with my nails that were not to my expectations. In the end he told me that I ask too many questions and he didnt doubt that I was high maintenance and by then I was completely upset. I explained to him that Im paying for my nails and I will get what I expect! In the end I still tipped a few dollars Im not a mean person and honestly I know the tips help. I left in tears and this was the worst experience and last experience here!

1st time doing my nails was an ok experience they don’t really listen to what the customer want..2nd time coming in I had to refill one of my acrylic nails,one of the employees was a guy who worked on me I told him I wanted to do refill on one nail instead he did all them when I told him one,also he was very rough and hurting me.. on top of that, my acrylic nail that broke of,he took one of the fake plastic nails and use it to dig into my skin to take of the gel nail polish which hurt like hell.....

They dont do quality nails like they say.. theyll nip your cuticle causing them to bleed, they dont paint nails good it comes out with lots of air bubbles, the gel acrylic chips after 2weeks they also put so much acrylic that it ruins and leaves red prints on your real nails

You get what you pay for literally. TOE NAIL FUNGUS!! Poor treatment and Nail fungus is what I got here. BEWARE!
