This has been my nail shop for years, my feet always feel refreshed after a pedicure. They did some remodeling during the pandemic and I love it. I’m always going to come here, go see Kim she does the best pedicure and Lynn does the best nails!

The place was empty and I was on a time crunch and thought it would be a relaxing experience. Nope! I had a few Acrylic nails that I wanted removed and the male technician basically ripped off the corner of my thumbnail. Now I do understand that removing acrylics is a tough job but I’m 30 years old and I’ve been doing my nails for 15 years and have never had this happen. Maybe I’m spoiled but that wasn’t the only instance where I felt they were being careless nicking me with nail clippers, cutting too close to the skin with nail files, filing the edges of my nails so fine that the emery board grinned into my skin, having to say several times that hurts please don’t. I grew up working in an industry where I thrived on tips and yet I refuse to tip them for shotty work. Basically enter at your own risk But I will not be coming back to establish.

I walked in this morning and asked for a mani pedi and was asked to pick a color. A few minutes later, two women walked in and were told the salon was too busy. The woman said she had called to see if they could get in and was told to come in. The employees stared at me, polish in hand, and finally I said Id go somewhere else. Nobody offered a wait time, they just let me go without an apology or anything. I understand being a walk in means that you might not get in, but if they knew someone was coming in, they should have known they didnt have a spot for me and could have told me.

I had to create a Yelp account just to warn people to stay away from this place!!! My family and I just had the worst customer service and/or nail manicurist today in our entire life! If I can give this nail facility a zero I would!!! This elderly manicurist was talking behind our backs in Vietnamese the entire time criticizing us for having dry hands and for calling me “cheap” just because I told her to cut my nails short....I could write a looong negative novel or even sue them if I wanted to for verbally abusing me thinking I didn’t understand Vietnamese. Lady, I can speak and understand four languages fluently!!! That one ignorant elderly lady wouldn’t zip it....she kept talking and talking even calling me the “b” word in Vietnamese for no reason at all!!! She is a miserable lady and whoever is the owner of this ProfessioNail need to fire her ASAP because you just lost A LOT of customers!!! The other three manicurist were sweet to my family, but the one I had was the worst, the most evilest person I’ve ever encountered. I had enough of her talking about me and other customers in Vietnamese so so decided to cut her short, pay for the service (the other three nice manicurist shouldn’t suffer because of this crazy one), then she said in Vietnamese again calling me the “b” word because I wanted to pay and she said in Vietnamese “Let’s overcharge them more because she wants to pay early.” Oh, believe me, once I washed my hand and my daughter’s, I chewed her up and so did my husband. We tipped the other three nice manicurist with a good tip and gave that one elderly mean lady some 🤬!!! This is the worst place on Earth!!! I just wanted to relax today, instead it was one of my most uncomfortable and stressful days of my entire life!!! We are NEVER coming back here again!!! This is verbal abuse!!! And for some customers that don’t speak Vietnamese, yes, they are talking Vietnamese about you all with all kinds of derogatory words in front and behind your back criticizing your appearances, demeanor, dry skin, calling you “cheap” too if you ask for your nails to be cut short, etc. Ih, this elderly manicurist was the worst ever!!! She was shocked 😳 when she discovered I knew Vietnamese and tried to deny she said anything when my husband confronted her. He went 🤬 on her too!!! Then she ran to the back and hid. I just hope she learned her lesson to be kind to everyone and not talk negatively in Vietnamese about anyone. She needs some real professional training in customer service!!!
