I have been coming here for 5 years now. The salon is very clean, and the staff are all genuinely kind. Fantastic pedicures as well. They prefer cash, so make sure you get some in advance, because there are no ATMs nearby. Highly recommended.

I wish I would of read the recent review. They want cash only and push me to go to an ATM. I told them my bank charges me on top of the atm. That I don’t mind paying extra for card. So she chose to charge me $5 to use my card! Good service expect the whole cash only thing. This is 2021! Use zelle or electronic transfers if you must! Won’t be returning

Arrived at 5p on a Saturday thinking it would be packed and it was perfect. I was helped within 5 mins of arrival and got the acrylic set. Very joyful people that were genuinely making sure they were doing a job by asking me if I was liking the results so far. Great communication, fast service. Price was completely doable for everything I asked for. I would definitely come back again!

Got a beautiful full set from Ivy. She was fantastic and very quick and extremely thorough. My nails look perfect, feel perfect, price was good and my fingers dont hurt the day after. Ivy works so hard to make your fingers looking like art. I am relatively new to regularly getting my nails done and I cant imagine stopping anytime soon now that Ive found NailsULove.

Rude people!Will never come back

Place was clean and service was OK.The most annoying part is that no where in the shop does it say cash only there is however a sign that says, since to credit card fees being so high, we would appreciate that you pay in cash. When I mentioned the sign, she then says that the wifi doesnt work.She sent me next door to use ATM that cost me $3. All they had to do was charge me the credit card fee on .50 cents if that.Will not be returning.

Went to get a fill I called day before for appointment my mistake was that I didn’t say what Person I wanted to do my nails with they didn’t ask so I went person I wanted was booked I figured another would be fine I was wrong this person was rough and my nails were done bad to the point where I had to tell her where she had made her mistakes for her to fix they have bad manors and over charge they should all work PROFESSIONALY and treat people with respect!

KC was awesome, First time here, I was offered beverage, everybody was very nice and the atmosphere was great. I LOVE my nails and I definitely will be coming back here.

I have been going to Nails you love for almost 8 months now and I am very pleased to report that their work is beautiful. My friend and I go there on a regular basis to get our nails taken care of and Ive had a few of the other ladies that work there take care of me. The one I use regularly is a lady by the name of Casey. I get acrylics and they look so natural people compliment me on them. She takes her time and she does such good work in fact, all of them do beautiful work. Thank you Nails U Love.

Very rude here. The man was rough on my feet even dropping my foot down hard at one point. They also didnt treat all customers the same. I was told to wash my hands when I came in. No one else was made to do so.

I arrived with my daughter and yes, we were twelve minutes late but we waited. When I was helped ( my service was a gel manicure) My daughter nor I were offered tea, yet all of the other patrons were being offered tea. As my nails were being done my technician did not converse with me. I asked for three different colors they didnt have any of them. Its in an area with cramped parking and unsafe street parking. My daughter was never helped. Horrible experience. I wont be back. Love my nails though.

Great prices for decent work. I cant complain and if anything Im actually quite content with the pedicure I received at Nails u Love. I can even gladly admit that the pedicure they did was better than some places in the area that are far more expensive. Ill definitely be back and will also get a manicure to try that out next time.

All of the technicians here are super nice and do a great job. No one rushes to get you out and they make sure you like your nails. It’s easier to get in and out if you make an appointment but they take walk ins too. They also offer free beverages, including wine for the 21+ customers!

Zero stars. First time in and they had 2 customers. Inquired about lash extensions for my mom. They said come tomorrow and I asked nicely if they had time today since were flying back tomorrow and then they said 630..then changed their mind and said no. They were just plain rude. Not rating them low cus they had no time. Never going back and dont recommend. Like I said RUDE. Things couldve been said nicely IMO.

Excellent service. The salon is a full-service nail salon with very reasonable prices. Friendly service and atmosphere. The owners Ivy and Nancy are wonderful, caring and take excellent care of their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Waited from 1:20pm - 3:10pm before being attended to. Luckily I had dedicated the day to pampering so I wasnt upset but after that lengthy wait I then had to suffer through the awful attitude of my nail tech(Believe her name is Joyce. The younger, hip looking tech).Her earlier client had to call her out on her rude behavior during her service but I thought my pleasant disposition could make things better during my time. She was short, crass, and completely unprofessional during my service. I wont be returning.If youre not concerned with customer service and can deal with negativity during what should be a time for relaxation then this will work for you.I prefer my pampering to be stress and drama free.And they dont honor their Yelp check in deals! 10% off during the month of February with Yelp check in was advertised. I checked in - - they checked out. This place needs a few lessons in business management and customer service.**Bright spot - - Alex, the male tech, is a gem! Welcoming, helpful, and a ray of sunshine. The rest of the team should follow his lead.

My favorite go to spot to get my nails done. All staff are friendly. Wait time isnt to long. I love it here.

I’ve been coming here for years.....I am so happy to have found this place. Everyone here is super friendly, I will say they get busy - so make an appt. They always have the latest dust and design. Definitely not the best experience I’ve had with nail salons. The woman who did my nails was very rough and even cut a part of the skin surrounding my nail by being so rough. The polish on my nails were also not smooth. When my nails were finished, she practically rushed me out without giving them proper time to dry. The man who did my toes did a fine job, but my nails could’ve been much, much better. I would suggest searching for a different, much more considerate nail salon. I will not be going back.

They dont care about customer service like before. When I tried to explain to the person (Nancy) who told me she was in charge I got hung up on. Ive been coming for about a year and when Nancy not there the technicians are rude and snappy I even heard one of the girls call a woman a drunk which I found to be unprofessional. They do nails very well but if u want bad customer Service try ur luck.

On Thursday 09/06/2018 I went in to get a regular nail polish pedicure. I have been at this nail shop many times, had done gel color/regular color. I was always satisfied with their customer service and work, UNTIL this last time. By Sunday night 2 nail colors had COMPLETELY come off my nails. By Monday my entire right foot had no nail polish, as if I had never had them painted. Today 9/10 I went in told the owner about it. I had my nails color again, free of charge of course. The whole time I was there the nail technicians were looking at me angrily as if it was my fault they had done a bad job. They were talking in their native language and laughing while looking at me. I m pretty sure they were talking negatively about me. Even the Michael Jackson look alike woman worker started accusing me as if it was my fault. I felt so attacked by all of them. So bullied. I had had regular nail polish at other places and this is the 1st time this has happened. I m never going back.

I came in for dip powder and the technician sat me down and I asked to see the colors since they werent on display. The technician came out with about 4 bland colors. I was displeased so I got up to wait for my friend who was getting a pedicure and the tech proceeded to say that I dont know this yet since Im not an expert but dip harms my nails and this new technique would consist of me still dipping in powder with a gel color and coat on the top, it made no sense. I came gave it a try and ontop of that they insult me by saying Im not the nail expert. The tech continued to vent with the other ladies about me which made it very uncomfortable for me, keep in mind I still had to wait for me friend.

Excellent service. Excellent prices but everyone knows this so its often crowded. Call ahead for appt or go mid day during the week

I had a good first time experience everyone was nice the wait wasnt long and they offer drinks. I only had a pedicure but what i liked most is that the woman who did my pedicure took her time and she did not rush and she did a great job. I would recommend this place if ur ever in the area.

If I could give this place no star I would. Me and my cousin came in to do our nails the lady helping us out kept giving attitude and was completely disrespectful never coming back again got gel chipped within the first two hours !!!

If I had a choice I wouldnt give them no stars.They cut you or clip your skin, make you bleed and dont think its a big deal. Told him to clean it with alcohol(of course he trys to just wipe it off. Then you have another one that want to rush a GEL manicure....(Nancy, 🤬 Rude)to get to one of her favorite customers. Sad thing about it they was expecting a tip....

Pros:The nail tech who did my feet was patient and kind. I dont know her name.Cons:The wait time with out an appointment was 1.5 hoursThe nail paint job is horrible. When I asked the nail tech to fix the paint on my nails she became upset and spoke negatively about me in the Vietnamese language. It is the principle of the fact she would paint my nails in a way she would not be satisfied with if it was her.In addition, I noticed a difference in treatment of the caucasian, asian, and hispanic people and the African american people. For an example, I was told I would have to go to an atm down the street to retrieve cash in order to pay for the service. However, the casucaian lady was able to use her Bank of American card to pay for the service.All in all, If you dont want to endure poor customer service, poor nail jobs, and racial discrimination again African Americans then stop giving them your money.

Called in advance for appointment, was told, come now - only to arrive 7 mins later to puzzled looks and then told have to wait 30 mins!!! Umm, NOOOOOO thats WHY I called.When people call: DONT tell people to come now, if youre going to make them wait a half hour or more. Be honest and communicate proper appointment & wait times

So many errors with their technique. Feel free to shop with them if you don’t mind going back days later. One nail broke the same day. Polish wore off at the tips the next day. A waste of time and money. Not so great customer service
