So my sister and I came to the gem of a nail shop today. My nail techs name is Sandy and she did an awesome job on my nails. My nails came out kind of like the picture I showed her. But, she still did a great job! Sandy was extremely nice and very pleasant. I will definitely be back!

Need more girls. Always an hour wait. I even been asked to come back another day.

Get your nails done any day of the week. Definitely call and make an appointment when you can so you can avoid a wait but Bright Star Nails takes walk-ins. They do nails for the hand and feet, acrylics, artistic designs, and can add some bling. Eyelash extensions come out beautiful. Open 7 days a week!

They work beautifully! The designs are gorgeous. However, I wish they were more meticulous at removing the extra glue under your nails and cuticles. I went some and took them off myself. Other than that, I loooove my nails. Im in a week long vacation and Im under water all day and my nails are pristine!

They did a great job with my pedicure. They took their time and it did not feel rushed and my toes look great!

My nails looked great but it’s only been 10 days and the polish is already off on one thumb. I get dip so I’m confused as to how this happened, just moved in the area and wanted this to be my new place but I probably won’t go back.

Ive been coming here for a couple years now and Ive always been happy with the results. Clean and professional place. All the ladies working here are super nice and friendly. Helen is the owner and is very sweet. I always have my mani/pedi done by Tracy is is very attentive to detail. My nails last pretty long whenever she does them.

Loved this place the first time. Second time I came was horrible..older lady with dark brows was very rude and rolled her eyes at me repeatedly. It seemed like she did not want to be at work today. This woman truly ruined it for this nail salon and i will not be back. Worse thing was that I recomended this place to someone and I happen to have her with me to witness poor treatment 🤦🏻‍♀️

Made an appt and waited 20 minutes in a chair with no water to soak my feet and not even asked to pick a color. I wasnt about to wait another 20 and see if someone would actually help me.

Paid $30 for gel color and acrylic on my own nails. Also requested a manicure but that never happened! Too expensive just for color and acrylic 😡

I stopped coming, dont get me wrong some staff is friendly & do an a-okay job. However my last 5 or six visits I scheduled an appointment at a certain time & they wouldnt be ready, I did not mind waiting about 5 or 10 min tops but I would wait with a booked appointment 30-45 minutes. Furthermore, Id be helped & either whomever was doing my nails would leave back and forth to assist somebody else in the middle of doing mine. Not only that, but id tell them that I need to be done no later than a certain time & they wouldnt be near done. I have had to return a following day or two because I simply did not have the time. For these reason I stopped coming, aside from the bad cutting around my cuticles which always showed, the powder from acrylics was all around my nails & fingers. Truly it is cheaper but not worth it, id recommend going down the street off paramount & south.

I really love this place and the jewels she out on my nails were amazing and lasted a long time !!

All I wanted was a basic mani/pedi. Callous removal and paint for my pedicure, cleanup and shaping for my manicure, not even polish. They managed to leave my feet more rough than when I came in, messed up the polish on my big toes and had to redo both and filed my nails into uneven and jagged messes. I tried to show the woman the shape I was looking for and told her I didnt want my nails shorter because I had an event I was going to ok a of couple days. The first thing she did was file them shorter and even split my thumb nail at the end. I left before they could do more damage.

I will never go back. I CHOSE 3 colors. And they wanted to charge me 3 dollars more than because they are many varnishes I told them that they were for 2 fingers only I thought it was an abuse I have done it other times I NEVER had done that. I do not know if Im fine or them but for me an abuse Its not the first time Im going, Im a client there. But it was my last time.
