It was my first time renting a boat w my family and it definitely won’t be our last! The Duffy electric was easy to drive and I like how we can take our own drinks and food into the boat ! Loved it !

Such an amazing experience. I always walk up and down the board walk and noticed they were one of the ones that had jetski rentals and for a fair price. I figured Id try it and it was so worth it. The price was fair and the customer service was even better. Everyone there takes care of you. I thought I had a problem for a second but I made the call and they told me how to resolve it and compensated me for the lost time driving to and from safely and in accordance with the rules. Good place with real people who are not trying to scam you. I will be coming back as much as I can with family and friends. They even draw you a map on where to go and fill you in on all the rules and safety.

I had a 75 hp power boat rented. It was a great experience, there are parking that costs 10$ for almost 2 hours that I was there. The boat is large enough for 6 people. There is a map that you should stick to it, there are a lot of jet skies, power boats, and ships around you that good. Nice staff.

Rented a boat to go out on the water to eat lunch and venture around for a bit. There were no issues with the boat however even though the seats are fairly comfortable it would have been nice if they had some cushion. I understand that permanent cushions would likely not last long on the boat but providing some removable cushions would have been nice. We did thoroughly enjoy the experience and the price was reasonable, especially considering the discount when you purchase 2 hours instead of 1 which I highly recommend as the time can go by fast. Would definitely rent again the next time I am in Long Beach.

Its okay... the idea is cute..we went at sunset which was nice but the boats were a bit dirty and the water smells a bit as well. Seems like the place could use some sprucing up.

Booked a 9.9hp boat online and had no issues the day of - overall a fun hour in the harbor!

We rented about 2 hours before we arrived. The lady at the front desk was very informative and nice. We got on the boat quick. Road around. Came back in an hour.

I walked in without a reservation on Sunday with my 16 year old son and inquired about the speed boats.Carlos was very clear about what I should rent as a first-timer.So, I rented a basic speed boat for only an hour.Again, Carlos was very clear and made everything easy to understand. He even gives you a great tutorial on how to navigate the bay.Of course the actual speed boat experience was great! But its nice to have the peace of mind that Carlos is only a phone call away and he will drive out to help you if you run into any issues while youre out there.Coming back for sure to try out the pontoon. I just need to find more friends to bring with us.Even though they dont validate for parking, this place is awesome.

We had a great time on our rental!! However, the parking situation was beyond ridiculous (even for handicapped drivers), there was no special parking, and if you are late, it just cuts into your reservation time.

Two names, Corey and Amanda. The service and hospitality that I received coming here was unmatched than anywhere else. Corey was more than obliged to give me all the information I needed to have a safe and fun boating experience. Amanda on the other hand showed us everything on the boat and she was full of personality not to mention cute! We might go back today just because of them! They are hard workers! Don’t give them trouble. Pulling boats and pushing boats in that heat is not easy.5 stars from my buddies and me. Next time I come to Cali from DC Im bringing my business right here! Thanks Amanda 😉

I rented the Duffy electric boat one day and the 75hp powerboat the next day. I took my parents out on the Duffy and they loved it. 1 hour would seem short, 2 hours is good. I took the powerboat out with my buddies. We had a blast. 1 hour was enough time for us to get our thrills on the powerboat.

Not descriptive enough on the parameters needed to rent the boat. You need to have circumnavigated the globe to be qualified. They ask technical questions only people who own a boat would know. Not to mention the dude at the desk wasn’t nice and hurt my feelings. If you have dreams of renting a boat and driving out of the harbor while feeling the mist of the ocean on your face either hire Captain Phillips to tutor you in all things nautical, Or just find a different place to rent.

Efficient check in with courteous staff. Nice to be able to enjoy a couple hours on the water.

We had a very nice experience, an hour of fun driving a swan :) my husband and I took the night ride, so the swan had the lights on, it was really nice!

Loved it !!! Took my 3 kids ages 11,6 & 2 years old. ALL LOVED IT !! The lady at the front desk if so nice & helpful as well as the gentleman that gave us instructions before leaving dock. Can’t wait to do it again !! Gonna do the jet ski next !!!!

Me and the Fam had a blast, it was our first time renting a boat. We rented the 9.9hp one It wasnt fast but wifey and the kids including myself had a great time on it. Will definitely come back and rent again. I definitely recommend it.

Made a reservation one month ahead, the day of my schedule boat rental I get a call one hour before checking time that the boat is not in operation and they didn’t have a backup boat. No consideration to give me a 24 hr notice or any effort to have a back up boat. Unprofessional !

Rude people, this is my thrid time RENTING, they always respond with adtitud. If you call and you dont understand what they said they do hangup on you. I call back 5 times they did not answer.. I understand if you call after 5 hours dealing with people. but this happend a minute before opening.

DO NOT COME HERE!! Booked two jet skiing and didnt even get to jet ski. Booked on their online website and called to verify. Hidden fees...$1000 deposit scam after no warning on website or phone call. Then they proceed to give me a hard time about getting my money back... horrible customer service.

Had a lovely time cruising around Long Beach Harbor on one of their 21’ electric boats with the awning. The staff was friendly and got us going on our way efficiently. We did a 2-hour rental and that felt like the proper amount of time to go slow and see it all.

We had a wonderful time enjoying a little, especially walking a little, which we all need to be healthier.

The ride was amazing
