Had a great time staying here for New Year’s Eve! Good location for viewing the fireworks and reasonably priced. This 34’ boat has been well maintained for a vessel now 40 years old and I’d recommend it for couples looking for a unique lodging option near downtown Long Beach in the heart of Shoreline Village. There’s always a possibility of other boats in the marina having onboard parties, but for our New Year’s Eve stay the noise was nothing unexpected and very low drama.
