Had 10 ducks processed here. I had originally had an appointment somewheres else that got cancelled and they were willing to accomodate me coming in the same day - for ⅓ of the price as other farms! The were extremely quick and I am satisfied with the product.

Avoid this place. So freaking rude. Zero customer service. Was trying to price my lamb and told them I have other options. The owner is gonna tell me to go to other places. Talked real down on me. This is what happens if you patronize your African people. Disrespect spending My own money. AVOID this place if you can.

The Kenyan lady was so helpful when we went to buy and share cow yesterday. I forgot her name. She made sure the whole process went smoothly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Was considering going to the farm for fresh chicken and beef. After seeing the posted photographs of a dead sheep out in the open laying in the dirt, the overly cramped poultry cages, and malnourished (protruding spines and shoulder blades) cramped cattle, well, Ill pass. Too bad too, as I was wanting to try something different then store bought meat, as I thought it would be a healthier option.

Once brought goat meat from here. Good stock of goat, lamb, chicken etc. Beef and turkey also available. A cost effective place to buy fresh meat. They have in house butchering service. Only con is lack of hygiene and pathetic customer service.Go there if you have plenty of time in hand. And you prefer cost over cleanliness and good service.

My 1st time here but Alex was very helpful with helping us get the meat we came for. We got a good deal on the Cow sharing.Definitely going back.

Owner and employee must take a customer service and business handling class. Very unorganized business i have ever seen in America. They dont process goat serially. I think this will be my first and last time in this place. Smells very bad. Waste management is zero level. Owner is rude even if you ask price. Workers are good and nice to us. Dont forget your mask while visiting this place to get meat. Waste is in front gate.

I called Alex to know the price and when we been there the price is too high. And his behaviour is very horrific. And mostly he do not care about customer satisfaction. The place is very dirty that anyone can get sick . He need learn first how to deal with customer and need to solve his problem.

Poor customer serviceWe waited 3.5 hrs to get one goat processed. People who ordered goat after us, got served before us. Although, we placed our order first, we were the last customer to leave the farm. Poorly managed business and extremely bad customer service. While placing order, we asked the staff if they split 1 goat for 2 families equally and they said they could and would do for us. I even requested the guy who cuts the meat to divide the goat for 2 people, but he ignored and didnt speak a word.They just dont care about customer. Bad service and horrible experience made me write this review.I suggest the owner to improve business environment, and start a ticket system. Please visit hayes farm so that youll get an overall idea.

Filthy and unhygienic farm. We cannot call it us farm. Unclean surrounding and stinking everywhere. You cannot choose the roosters you like. They just give you whatever they like. I was there yesterday and found a body of dead sheep thrown out in the open space and makes the entire area stinking. Cant believe this farm exist in US. Not sure if City of Wylie has a health department!!! This place is only meant for people who used to buy meat from such filthy places in their on underdeveloped country. Never ever Ill go back to this place. They dont even price goat based on weight!!Whatever comes to their mouth is the price.

I took my goat there on Tuesday to be processed and although driving in I was quite skeptical, I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone was very nice, explained the process, and took humane care of my goat. I appreciate having this affordable option for my grass fed livestock. I took a cooler and plenty of plastic bags, which Id highly recommend. The processing room was clean and I liked being able to see, watch, and even be involved if wanted. The staff is highly skilled at their job, and clearly runs the operation in an efficient manner. My rating of 4 stars is only because of the initial impression.

Burning of goat meat is well done here than so many other places. There is only a little bit of delay in customers time due to lack of staff.

Avoid this place like a plague . They treat you as if they are giving you the livestock for free. And whoever said this place was neat is big liar. I wouldn’t mind going to a different place with good customer service and a health conscious environment for double the price. Be warned

If you are familiar with any other farm/slaughter house, this place operates very similarly. Pay for your animals and then go inside to get your processed meat. Like another post stated, bring your bags and coolers to bring your meat home. I came for chickens but watched the team process a couple of goats for customers that were ahead of me, they were very efficient. Even the guy who you pay, helped out with processing when there were no other customers for him to help.

He waits six hours, really needing one, and sensing that, hike up the price from $120 to $300.I understand wanting to make a profit but they clearly dont understand the significance of new costumers nor do they care about screwing you over if they get paid.

This place was very very filthy. If I could give 0 stars I would. They say propane is 14.99 for 20 gallons its a lie they charged me 50.00 for 14 gallons of propane. I highly recommend staying far from this place. I hostley think they should have animal control out there to check to see if animals are in good health. They all look very sick not healthy at all.

Dragging animal cacas on ground over 30 yard is not cool. Also the farm could be a bit more organized. Butcher room sanitation is a real concern. Workers dont seem to have been provided with adequate tool, especially protective equipments--mask when pick chicken in dusty chicken coop, or gloves in slaughter rooms.
