My stylist was very friendly and very professional. I called in my apt and was seen right away. Hair color I wanted I got, the highlights I wanted I got. It turned out super cute! From start to finish, only 1hr and a half. I have long hair down to mid back, thick. I was shocked it took so little time!

Brittney cut my hair. One of the worst cuts Ive ever got in my life!! I told her not to touch layer in back, almost grown out and she gave me three!! She said she was connecting my hair! She also cut dry so now its all choppy looking. Its been 3 weeks and I cant do anything with it because it is too short! So if she connected my hair, she sure as hell didnt blend it!!! Being a light blonde, I can see every line!!! Brittney is a manager and should stay just that. She does not know how to cut hair!!! I am miserable !

Ive been getting my haircut here for a couple of years now. Ive had a few favorite stylists that have come and gone but I always get a consistent haircut.They keep the consistency because they keep notes about my preferences, so no matter who is cutting my hair, they know what I want.Keep your coupons they email you and save a couple of dollars that I add to the tip.

Cut my hair so bad. One side is over an inch longer than the other. It looks terrible. Now I have to find somewhere else to go tomorrow to fix it. This is so embarrassing.I grew my hair out this past year and had the girl take an inch and a half off in a bob.Btw I am a great tipper too.We will never go back to this place again.

The haircut was nice, just not the price. $19 just for a cut is expensive. Other then that the location right by my house closed down and the next nearest one is a half hour drive away. More than likely lost a customer.

The staff and owner are fabulous. They fit me in right away with no wait. Extremely clean environment, professional, and positive staff. I will refer to their location along with continue to be a dedicated client.

I did not have a great experience. My hair ended up considerably shorter than I asked for, and is longer on one side than the other. The stylist noticed the length difference and blamed it on the way my hair was laying instead of trying to correct it. She was working very fast and aggressive like she was in a huge rush, yet I was the only one there. Going to get my hair fixed by someone else next week and will definitely not be back.

Almost 2 years with horrible dead ends. Made an appointment with brittany turbyfill to get those dead ends off, she did an amazing job. Super clean store and very organized. Very amazing staff.

Brittany gave me new hair for a new year she cut off 10 inches and gave me a bob cut ans I had so many colors I’m my hair I wanted to start over and she took me to a plantinum blonde I love my new look and wouldn’t ever let someone else touch my hair. THANK YOU BRITTANY

Ashley cut my hair for me yesterday morning and its my absolutely favorite look. She looked at the picture for only a second and ran with it and it came out beautifully. Ive already gotten tons of compliments. My boyfriends never seen me with this short of hair and he loved it, says it makes me look sassy lol

I just had my hair cut at this location.I told the barber I like the length on the top. In 2 minutes flat I was missing most of the length of the hair on my head.I had the stop her in the middle of the haircut because Im sure I would have been missing even more had I not. Very disappointed. You cant have much of a hairstyle with no hair.My hair is honestly maybe three quarters of an inch now. It probably be about half an inch if I had it evened out. Honestly looks horrible.

Today was my second time in there. First time was good. This time Ashley did an absolutely amazing job. I highly recommend Ashley. She knows what shes doing. As long as she is there I will definitely be back. She will be doing both of my daughters hair.

Ive had my hair cut by ashley for over a year, she is a very repectful polite stylist that is always looking to please the customer. The way she manages the salon and keeps the atmosphere inviting for all ages and professional is exceptional!! I recommend this salon to all of my oworkers and friends, the have never left unhappy..The staff and manager are dedicated to making you look your best !!

If I could give it a zero start I would. Only came here because of bad looking ends from covid lockdown and my regular stylist at a legit salon was is maternity leave. Stay away from Roxanne at all costs. I asked for a simple conditioning treatment, didnt know how to do that. I had long hair with basic, blended in layers. I asked her to keep the layers, but give everything fresh ends. I knew I was in serious trouble when she asked me where to put/do long layers. Her layers looked like a chop job, so I had her make it all one length. I now have awkard, mid length hair. No split ends though. But if you are seeking a simple haircut, come here. You can not get anything more.

I get my daughters haircut once each year. The woman that cut her hair did a fantastic job. I walked in without an appointment and walked out 30 minutes later extremely satisfied. Thank you

Last two haircuts I got here. First one absolutely awesome. That is why i went back. Second one today - worst haircut I have had. Might as well have taken a scissors and done it myself blindfolded. Didnt realize how bad it was till I got home and examined it. She basically just took off some hair from top. Sides are almost untouched. Sideburns not trimmed. The hairline at the back of the head is visibly not straight! And I paid $15 for this. Going back to great clips. At least they know how to give a simple haircut if you show them what you want.

Lady above me is rude and throwing a tantrum because she didn’t look at the sign that clearly stated they closed at 8pm for special hours. Stylists were fantastic and handled everything in the most professional way possible. 35 year old woman threw a temper tantrum and they handled it perfectly well i would give more stars if i could!

So very, very disappointed. I brought both my young grandsons for haircuts. I gave explicit instructions for the first grandsons haircut (NOT SHORT... feather to cover tops of ears, not cut up over the ears like short cuts, and just trim the back about and inch, do not shave) These requests came from his parents in order for me to get his hair cut for school. Not only did Ashley Boyd ignore everything I asked, she basically shrugged her shoulders when I expressed my shock! His hair cut was the typical, easy cut for little boys... up over the ears, shaved up the neck, front cut for side swipe. I was also going to have my other grandsons hair cut but will never go here again. I will also tell my story to everyone I know.

Ive never found a need to go to a high end salon. My hair always looks amazing when I leave here. Great results for over half the cost!!

Stopped in after work, I was in a chair within 20 minutes and out soon after. Jess was great, she was OCD about making sure everything was straight and perfect, and thats exactly what I was looking for. Ill be going back there any time I need a haircut in the future. Highly recommended.

They were super busy, and one of the stylist let us know, the next appointment/walk in wouldnt be until 2:30 that day, it was currently around 11. She let is know we could leave and come back, and I accepted that. She then asked me to wait just a few minutes, because she might be able to fit my son in for his cut before then. We waited about 20 minutes and she indeed get him in. I wish I would have gotten her name, she was so polite and passionate and gave the best cut (even a new style, which turned out amazing!) First time there, and Ill most definitely continue bringing the family for their cuts!

My first time going to super cuts wasnt sure how it would be... The atmosphere is very pleasant and the people there were super pleasant and down to earth. Andrea cut my hair and she did a fantastic job! I liked the fact that she wasnt scissor happy and that she asked questions and made me feel comfortable. 😊

Super Cuts is a good place to get a decent hair cut. Our recent stylist did a great job on both of my kids hair cuts last week. The shop is always clean and friendly. Make sure you utilize the check in ahead feature on the super cuts app, it definitely saves some time.

The employees are nice but not enough to let pass their lack of training/knowledge. The haircut of my husband was a disaster, we asked the lady if she could fix it but she just make it worst...We needed to go to a different place to make it looks decent so it wast a waste of money and time..

I can only relate to my own experience and my stylist (Randy) and definitely 5 stars! Cuts, Color and hes great with my kids. I have referred friends and even my Mom. Salon is always clean and employees are friendly and fast.

Reply to the owner:The paper taped to the door at the time posted Labor Day hours of 9am-5pm. There was no additional signage on the front door or anywhere when walking into the store that stated that the salon closed at 8pm.As for your hard-working, caring team your stylist yelled at me from across the store right when I first walked in. She didnt greet me. Didnt say hi, how can I help you. I had taken two steps into the store when she hollered Were booked. Not exactly the greeting a professional caring person gives. When the second stylist tried to offer me an accommodation after I said I was willing to wait as long as needed, the first stylist cut her off and said again that they were booked up.I understand that they cant leave customers in their chairs, but to that end, perhaps you need a receptionist then - someone who can man the desk, answer phones, assist customers while your stylists work. Do you allow your stylists to not check in people who walk in or to answer the phone for fear of leaving a customer in a chair for 2 minutes? Seems like a poor way to run a business.I wasnt asking the stylists to spend the next 10 minutes to help me find another salon. I wasnt expecting them to get on their phone or on the computer to help me. I was asking for any kind of suggestions they might have, since the only other place I knew about in Livonia was already closed and my wifi was on the fritz. I thought that perhaps they might know of a place I didnt - which wouldnt have required them to leave their chairs at all. I didnt need the snarky response I got.--------original post-------This was my first time walking in. Hours on the door say 9-9pm. I showed up at 7:15pm on my only night off and was told that with 2 customers waiting that they were booked for the night and couldnt give me a 5 minute bang trim. Confused as to why it would take an 90 minutes to do the 2 people in the room, I asked for help to find another place to go, since the wifi on my phone wasnt working and I couldnt just do a search myself. Stylist just stared at me. It was clear that she didnt care.

Very polite, clean. Went in on a weekday for an undercut, and the stylist spent a bit of time with me going over how short I wanted my hair done.No rush, no pressure, lots of jokes and friendly aura in everyone there.Went back for a line up a few weeks later and the other stylist who helped me was just as polite.

Great place to go, the staff is excellent, always friendly and most importantly all provide fantastic haircuts! I love the online checkin process. Mary is great at fading and so are all the other stylists!

I came in there on Thursday and I met Andrea. I am going through a very hard time and she understood what was going on and was very compassionate and understanding. I have never met anyone in my life that was so amazing as she was . I do not know if she realizes but this amazing wonderful woman saved my life and I can never thank her enough for what she has done for me . I have had good & bad experiences here. One time I had an amazing stylist, the next time a horrible one for me and my daughter. She had no clue what she was doing and the cuts looked awful.My sons haircuts are always on point though.

Absolutely horrible place. The manager is extremely rude and the staff has no busines cutting hair. I have given them a couple of chances, but never again. My son has Autism... he is very sensitive to certain sounds and one of the sounds that hurts his ears is the sound of clippers. We had been turned away from other barbers because Michael reacted violently to the sound, kicking, screaming, pushing and punching because it was terrifying to him. We started going late at night to see him so that there wouldnt be a lot of people there, and Randy did something no one else had done. He was patient and he made my son smile. Played with him and got him comfortable. Hes even cut his hair in the lobby sometimes when Michael was too scared to get in the chair. Its been two years and now, Michael doesnt react violently, he whimpers but in general, he sits fairly still and the hair cuts that were 2 hours are now 15 minutes or less. Randy is so very patient, so kind and funny. The first haircut without tears was about a month ago... well, actually there WERE tears... Randy and I cried! Ill never stop going there as long as Randy works there. The staff are very nice and never make me or my son feel self conscious, even though weve been a spectacle in the past. Customer for life.

I went for a haircut yesterday and the stylist didnt seem like she knew what she was doing... She had to ask the manager for help a few times and my haircut seemed okay at first but once I showered I realized how poorly done it was. She cut off way too much from the front trying to do a face frame. Ill have to wait for it to grow out a bit to get it fixed, and unfortunately I wont be coming back here. This was my first and last trip.

Tried to go get my wifes haircut here and was turned away because they wanted to close early. We got to the store there was no customers inside and the employees were sitting around but we were told they werent taking anyone else tonight. If you have a time posted on the door of when you close then thats when you should close not before.

I chose this place because I could walk in and it wouldnt cost a lot especially if I didnt like the results. Who wants to try a new place and pay $30-40 or more for a bad haircut. Signed in on-line and the stylist we rude from the moment we entered. We then proceeded to 45 minutes. We left and walked right in elsewhere
