We moved here from out of town and toured quite a few apartment complexes. We enjoyed living in these apartments over a 6 month period and found the apartments to be very nice. Everything we ever needed was taken care of. I would recommend these apartments to other people. The only reason we moved out is because we bought a house.

Went in to inquire about a two bedroom apartment and he lady that helped us was very unprofessional and rude.When we ask questions immediately she stopped us to ask us how much did we want to pay and when it was lower than the amount that the apartments are she acted as if she didn’t want to help us after that. she made several Inappropriate comments Regarding the age Requirement to be in the Amenities alone. “She doesn’t want him causing trouble.She was not very nice and looked and me and my wife up and down. She didn’t want to give us any information because she assumed we couldn’t afford the apartment.

Beautiful apartments! Love the wooded area around it and the finished are gorgeous. Office staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend Reserve at Lake Jackson.

Cannot say enough great things about these apartments & staff! They have been very helpful, kind, caring and truly great people! I have felt at home since we decided to live here! Thank you Jennifer for all that you have done in making our transition easy! Would definitely recommend these apartments!

I love going out to swim and taking in the fresh smell of marijuana coming out of the apartment windows. Its the best

Called to inquire about a one bedroom. The lady who answered the phone was nice and gave me the information I asked for. Based on my research, this is the nicest place around.

This property is beautiful inside and out! So many amenities throughout! I swore I would never live in an apartment again, but this property has made the transition super easy. Jennifer and Yadira have been so helpful with everything. They are super friendly! I am so grateful we chose The Reserve Apartments!

Great community that’s brand new with an amazing new manager. Melissa is awesome.

Nothing but problems since I’ve moved in, November 2020. Constant change within management in the leasing office, very unstable and the hassle to get ahold of someone in the office for help/questions is frustrating. No contact information or after hours emergency maintenance contact info. The apartments are amazing and convenient, location wise, but simply because of staff and management, I don’t recommend. It’s not worth the frustration and problem after problem with their lack of urgency. Jennifer and Yadira were the best and ever since they left the staff is useless.

Beautiful place, but inefficient customer service. I reserved a garage and they told me that they were going save it for me for a couple of weeks and they just forgot about it. The garage that was supposed to be assigned to me was assigned to someone else without telling me. I had to wait for weeks so they could even tell me wich garages were available. So many calls to get an answer. The argument of staff shortage is not acceptable for me. I was expecting a better service.

Yadira, is a sweetheart! She is always there for me when I need here even when she isn’t at work. She has helped me multiple times and has been very respectful, nice and helpful to me especially when I needed her help the most. She is a great employee!

This community has a some great amenities. The hot tub and the new Ping Pong table are incredible. Well worth my time to tour!

Absolutely love the location and the apartments are just beautiful. But since it is corporate there are stipulations that would prevent someone who had a previous record with no other record to date that is over 11 years old, prevent them from leasing an apartment. Its sad that someone can stay out of trouble who made a mistake while Young go without being in trouble for 11 years and they still not consider leasing the apartment to them even with paying a full years lease out in full at time of signing. Thats sad. Yes I do understand that people who have felonies shouldnt be allowed in certain areas but that should depend on the type of felony they Carrie and the time its been since committing the crime were all human and no one is perfect so I believe in second chances obviously this place doesnt. Thats okay cuz well take our business elsewhere when we were welcomed and felt at home as soon as walking on the premises. Yeah this place is nice to the eye but theres no forgiveness.

I dont know the name of the woman at the first office on the right side but... very unprofessional. 👎

Walked in and wasn’t greeted, older front desk lady with dark hair looked at me up and down with an attitude, felt really uncomfortable!
