When you go ask for Nacy she is the best. She can do anything you ask for. I asked her to do marble on my nails and she did a great job!!! She is also very fast!

I have been going to Nancy for years. She is seriously the best. She always does my nails and toes perfectly and takes her time. Shes so sweet and caring and I always feel so welcome at the salon. 100% recommend.

Got a matching manicure with my girlfriend and while her nail base color is different than mine but overall turned out rlly well. she cut my cuticle on my left hand but it wasn’t rlly that big of a deal i rlly like how they turned out and they left my nails how i liked them.

Great experience and they took me and my wife on a very short notice… dang I need to get my nails done more often!

Absaloutly love my nails😻 they did a great job and the service was amazing! I got a manicure and a pedicure that only took about an hour and it looks beautiful. Money well spent. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good manicure that doesnt cost an arm or a leg!!!!!

Do not go here for acrylic nails, not good at all! Nice staff but not well versed with acrylic nails I asked for coffin and did not get coffin shape nails. My full set nails came off within 1 week!!! Price does not match value.

They always accommodate my stopping in without much notice, very thorough and they do a great job on my shellac mani/pedi’s. Also Lee does the best French tip shellac mani’s. Can’t go wrong at Nail City.

Im honestly a little surprised by the high reviews for Nail City, so hopefully my experience isnt the norm. I came in this afternoon (a Saturday and it was empty, so that should have been my first red flag) to get my acrylics removed. I was brought to a table and was pretty much ignored. The tech went as far as to sit in front of me, put her earbuds in and watch a movie while my nails were soaking. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because the acrylics were removed well though they were not shaped well.

I didn’t like it very much and i had to take them off as soon as i got home.

Set an appointment for 4. Two ladies walked in right before me, both of which were walk-ins. Was told that two people were going to be serviced before me, because they got there first. Lesson: Appointments do not matter. They operate on a first come first serve basis, dont come here if you need work on a schedule.One of the ladies was coughing, and continued to touch her face and the chair. Another lady at the end just refused to wear a mask. I shouldnt even be here.

I’m reading a lot of reviews that are negative and I personally don’t agree. They are amazing. Clean, and very professional. I’ve never had to wait long and they do a wonderful job on shellac. My pedicures and manicures always last a long time. I would recommend.

My daughter and I were new clients to Nail City. We had a marvelous experience. The service was Excellent. The nail techs were very polite and patient with us. The salon was pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely return.

My last 2 experiences were absolutely awful, both in quality and service. Really loved this place after new management took over. They managed to piss off 3 long time customers that will now not come back. Ive seen 5 people over the last few years walk out on Trish, and yet again this week. Love My nail Tech Lee, but quality and service is just not there anymore. I work hard for my money, and when I want to relax, I expect to be treated well, with great service, and walk out being happy, relaxed and satisfied. The other two customers who also wont be returning told me another nail salon is opening up a few doors down and that they are going to try that new place out. Hate that I have to look for a new place.

Quality service! I’m super picky about my nails and leave happy with how they turn out every time. Each nail tech has built up a client base because they do well every time! They can get busy, but that’s expected with a good nail place.

They are always really friendly and get me in quickly even if I dont have an appointment. If you notice anything they are happy to fix it. I get solar nails and they are the only place that doesnt leave me with bubbles in them.

Great management and staff. Consistent good service and dedicated workers who understand customer service and community! (Tried something new again today....fun)

I have followed the owner, Amy, from a different salon to here. The atmosphere is always amazing and my nails are always perfect. I feel comfortable in this shop and with her. Completely worth my drive from Parker and pass 100s of nail salons just to see her.

I really like coming here to get pedicures (Kim usually does my toes), and I just had my first full set done here (by Tom) on Sunday morning! Theyve changed their look in recent months, and the interior is very warm and inviting. All of the equipment is very clean and they have fresh, clean nail brushes for when you have to scrub up. Thats so nice after being at places that just have the one brush in the blue cleaner stuff that everyone else uses too. Theyll even offer you a beverage while you wait. Everyone is so nice and willing to do whatever you want done to your nails, and at a reasonable price! I dont think Ill go anywhere else!

One of the employees there was being very rude to an older lady who was just expressing what she wanted...they were going to charge me way to much to get a fill. I went in and asked for blue so they started using this blue powder not even telling me the price. On the upside they did offer me water, But I will never go there again.

Walked in with my two sisters and was able to be seen right away. Great service, very clean and friendly ladies. I would recommend this place.

My sister in law and I win in last night to get a full set. The ladies were very rude in the beginning and the 1 that started on my nails was on her phone and wasnt really paying attention to what she was doing. She had to try to reapply my nails with the Super Glue several different times. Some of my nails were glued on crooked . Another girl took over my nails so my sister could get her nails started. When she was filing, it was like she was getting more skin the nail. I went to wash my hands and realized that 1 of my nails was not filed right. They had to fix that twice. you could tell they were rushed. I will never recommend anybody to go here. My sister and I have bubbles in our nails and my look like theyre going to lift already and I havent even had them 24 hours. I will be contacting them today, to see if they will actually fix them for me. I guess well see how that goes.

Would not recommend. Staff was very nice. Nail chipped one day later, 5 days later 6 had broke or chipped. Hadnt had a nail break in a year.

UPDATE: I got home to find this very irchy cut on my foot after the pedicure...im DISGUSTED and worried!SCAMWe reserved a group of 8, they told us if we have more than 5 people its 15% off. Prices on the board on the wall (which we did last time) were $25 for pedi and $10 for manicure. When we got there they tried to tell uss oh actually you need 10 people for the discount, but finally caved and went with their word. BUT they took the price board off the wall and his it behind the counter (it still says $10 for manicure on it) but insisted on charging everyone $15 manicures. THEY SCAMMED US.

I made two appointments for my mom and I to go in. i sat down for 15 mins and waited and then my mom didnt even start her appointment till 45 mins after our scheduled time...
