I have gone here a few times and I have had great service but I will say this past time I was very disappointed. I am disappointed in the fact of that I got dipped nails and they only lasted less than two weeks. They grew out super fast and also it was just not done very well. I also wanted to have my toes painted which they initially looked great but after a day of taking a shower one of the nail polish toes came off. I got charged for my toes being painted and a set of the powder nails for 60 something dollars which I think is absolutely ridiculous. I’m going to be going to a different place for my manicures from now on and not do dip powder because it’s not worth the upkeep

Unfortunately if you aren’t springing for their (HARD) up sell to gel or dip nails, you won’t have a quality manicure. I don’t expect to get weeks of wear from a regular manicure polish, but a few days would be nice. I got a mani and pedi as did my daughter. I did not get gel nails because I was with her and didn’t want to take the extra time. We still walked out paying $130. We got it services the evening of Monday 8/2. The photos show what my nails looked like on Wednesday evening 8/4. So disappointing. I gave them 2 stars vs 1 because they are generally nice and have made some updates to the place.

Came here to get a facial from Theresa which I highly recommend. It was so soothing and my face is glowing! I came back the next day to even more pampering, but this time for my feet and nails. I have never had dip nails before but I was really pleased with how they turned out!

Im quite particular about how I like my acrylic nails done... many places do such a terrible job. I discovered Linda though, who does an impeccable job and pays great attention to detail and Ive seen her every two weeks for months now.I once had my nails done out of town while traveling and the nail tech couldnt say enough about how beautiful my nails were. I havent seen anyone else here, but if you get acrylics or like designed nails... Linda really is the best.

Vivian and the entire staff treated us like queens. She went above and beyond to give us one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had! The salon was so clean! We had a blast laughing and joking it was the best day I’ve had in a long time! And the paraffin wax at the end was truly a treat! My feet are the softest they’ve ever been. I LOVE this nail salon! They do a great job of honoring appointments and regular customers while also graciously accommodating walk ins. They keep the salon extremely clean and have honored all of the new COVID requirements with grace and respect for everyone. Vivienne is my primary nail technician. She takes pride in her work and relationships and is very mindful to provide for a positive, relaxing, and safe experience. I highly recommend this salon!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! worst place ever. If you want jagged toe nails and your cuticles cut and to bleed then go here. She also cut my toe nail so short, that its going to be an ingrown nail once it starts to grow back out. Its swollen and hurts to walk. They refuse to give a refund. Terrible place.

I have gone to this salon regularly for the past 2 years and really liked them. However, since the pandemic, they try to high pressure me into spending more money for upgrading, such as shellac on my toes instead of regular polish etc. This last time, I refused, and the technician got angry, made my cuticles bleed, then charged me $20 more than the prior visit. On top of that, they had already hiked their prices substantially since the pandemic and dont even post the price list anymore. Not going back.

Omg do not go to this place, worse nails ever and now I need a new paint job. She said let her try something out, I did and didn’t like it with only one finger done. I wanted to just pick different colors and not do her idea and I got yelled at like I was not a customer. She said she had clients not time for me to pick different color. She also added more to the price than she started with. So I have ugly nails, I’m stressed from her yelling at me and feel robbed as it was 10 more than quoted. She wouldn’t even give me tips saying she wanted to save my nails and the after overlay used a drill and scraped them out. I want my money back I may not of paid but she was already being crazy. This is the anniversary of my brothers death so it was great to deal with jerks! Maybe I should post in BBB I don’t know. Someone please help me find a good nail shop. Ol wring picture it won’tLet me fix!!!

This place is the best. They are so friendly and if they dont do it right they fix it without any hesitation! This place is also very clean and they dont cut corners when you pay for an upgraded pedicure. They are also understanding and wont push an upgrade if you cant afford it. What a refreshing change! My eyebrows look amazing, and I let the woman doing my pedicure do some flowers out of the blue and they are beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone.

My mom and i came here when we couldnt get into our normal nail salon and It was a great find and ive been going here ever since. After the stay at home order lifted, i treated myself to a day at the salon, safely of course and Nana did an amazing job on an ombre french dip for my nails. Im used to doing gel, but i think i will be doing dip from now on. Anxious to go back and get them re-done. Thank you!

I’ve been going regularly since December and am very pleased with the service there. I love the matte top coat and they have a huge selection of colors. I’ve requested Jen and Meg on several occasions and been very pleased with my nails. Be prepared to pay for quality.

Best pedicure/manicure I have ever experienced! Extremely friendly staff now that there is new management. They actually spend quality time with clients and don’t make you feel like they are rushing through to get to the next person. Staff also listens to what the client wants and needs then excels well beyond expectations. I also was pleased to see how sterile and clean this place is. Vivian will always have me as a returning client :)

Updated: my opinion has changed. The techs are great, and when you work with the same one, they learn your style. I went back and then again. I got to say, my tech cared about my nail health as much as I do. She helped my natural nail grow and I really like this place now.

Great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. I went with my sister and 13 year old daughter. We were all very pleased, the best pedicure Ive had in a long time. We will be making this our go to place from now on.

Left super glue all over my fingers, and the shape is uneven on each nail. Very disappointed with how my nails turned out.

I was getting my nails done up near Evergreen since its closer to my home, however, I had a not so great experience and within a week my nails looked rough. I randomly selected this location since it was off the highway on my commute home from work. I did have to wait considering 5-5:30PM is a busy time for 9-to-5ers. Im so glad I waited!!!! Jenny did such an amazing job! She recommended a different method in keeping my long coffin nails. It was amazing how meticulous she was in detail. Ive never had someone who took the time or has so much pride in their craft. I will be coming back!

Great place for pedicures although I recommend you give yourself plenty of time because some techs take longer than others. We have had hit and miss experiences with acrylics, sometimes they are great and other times they are lumpy and uneven. You get what you pay for and need to COMPLAIN if there is anything that you dont like.

I haven’t had services there in a very long time when it was Ken Caryl Nails.About 2 1/2 months ago, I went there with my sister as she has seen Jenny for a while.I was really impressed!! I had a bomb pedi! I work in a salon/spa so I’m watchful and critical. I love this place and have gone back often. (It’s nice to have services outside of work where you can just be a ‘client’) Every technician I’ve seen is really friendly and skilled. I feel confident seeing any of them, although I’ve seen Kim the most. The staff has gone above and beyond for me several times. I am a hairstylist, I understand how us clients can be :-) and these ladies consistently hit the mark with great skill and customer service.I was Soooo excited to try the Cat’s Eye for the first time here, and tonight I’m going for my first dip. For years I have always done my own nails each week so this has been a big treat for me to have this nail salon so close within walking distance.Check it out, you will love it!💅🏻

They tricked me into shellac over my dip for the glitter colors that have no underlay and don’t show and got frustrated I wasn’t deciding fast enough . My lotion rub was short as my mother’s who didn’t get a manicure. Super disappointed after my first visit was great.

My friend and I have come here for pedicures occasionally over the last few years. We went in for pedicures about a month ago and my friends toe got infected a few days later. Since then shes been into the doctor for antibiotics a couple of times and her toe is still infected! After her first visit to the doctor, which was about 5 days after we had been there, she called to complain and they had her go into the salon to see for themselves. Although both women who did our pedicures were there, they denied remembering us and only after she showed her receipt, they suddenly remembered us but then told her that her toe wasnt infected and she had to show them the prescription from her doctor to prove it, although looking at it, it was obviously infected. At that point, they offered us both free pedicures next time instead of a refund, as if we would ever go back there again! I do not recommend this salon!

I like it, my daughter and I got our nails done my daughters were better looks like mine were done by a Girl learning but they r ok still the customer service is great and prices are super reasonable I ll be going back for sure...

The young lady who did my nails was very nice, I think her name was Emily, but the nails just did not turn out well. I have been going to this salon for about 6 years (not super often but enough to notice the change in management). The last three times they made my cuticles bleed (OUCH) and this last time was the worst. I am not sure if she is really young and still learning but I got acrylic nails and they are way too short (my natural nails are literally as long as the acrylic ones and do not go over my finger). I did tell her to cut them on the shorter side but youd think she would have started out longer and worked her way down, but maybe it was my lack of communication. Another problem, they are extremely thick, she grinded and grinded them down and they are still very thick (quite distasteful). And my largest issue, they are not even close to my cuticles and look already a week grown out. My nails grow pretty fast so just in one week they will look horrible. As much as I used to like this place, I will not be coming back, it gets worse and worse every time :-( I will have to go somewhere else this weekend to get them taken off, I would rather just have shellac at this point and not deal with more. Shame.

Horrible Place !!! Rough Rough Rough!!!Bad experience! My daughter went in for acrylic nails yesterday and came out with 2 fingers bleeding and one nail on lopsided. I absolutely would not recommend this place at all. I went up to ask for a refund and the lady that did her nails said Its not my fault. They need to be reported to the Health Dept. and the last pedicure I got they cut my foot. Awful place!

The nails were okay I really like them but they did the cats eye and my nail seem to be very weak so theyre breaking and this was done a day ago Friday

This was the worst salon experience I have ever had. We came in as a group of four, two women, one kid, and one man. My husband will occasionally get a pedicure when we go out since he is on his feet all day at work. They had no clue what to do with him. The pedicure they gave him was barely even that, and yet they charged $50! (Would have been $30 at HD Nails) My 11 year old daughters manicure/pedicure was $45, when we could have gone literally anywhere else and paid less than $20. Her and my sister both got designs for an extra $10 and they were so badly done that my daughter could have done better.All of this was pretty sucky, but the worst has yet to come. I wanted a french tip style design with the nail being red with a black tip. Literally, black tip with red base. I explained this to the girl 4 times and every time she acted like she understood. We paid the $55 for my nails. She half did the acrylic, which was so incomplete that not only did my nails look a week old when I walked out, but the edges were left jagged so as they grew it has literally torn apart the skin around my nails. Then she proceeded to paint one nail with the black tip and do the rest in red. Not what I asked for. Her fix looked beyond horrible with incomplete painting and half done work. She then lectured me for 5 minutes, and got the other girls in on it, about not properly explaining what I wanted despite doing so multiple times. To add insult she insisted on an extra $5, making the total $60 for nails that i could have gotten better at a high school gym class. I have done this at HD Nails and paid $45All in all this was a total waste. After spending nearly $400 + tip the designs were shabby, the quality was atrocious, and the pedicures were paltry. Go to HD Nails on Bowles and Coalmine. We would have gotten higher quality work at a significantly lower price.
