I asked for coffin, and got a weird almond shape. they didn’t have the color i asked for. was rude and aggressive while doing my nails. stole money from me and when i called about a refund they treated me horribly. my nails are ugly, the shape is weird and they are so thick that i cannot get them removed. my nails were 55$ i tipped 5$ and she tipped herself 10$ on my card. rude, unprofessional and lack of communication.

This is the third time I’ve been at this salon and I absolutely loved it! I was very loyal to my last salon, but wanted something less busy and nicer. I sure found it! Everyone from scheduling on the phone to the gentleman who took care of me to the owner. They took the time to make sure I was enjoying my experience and the outcome!! It was a very warm and friendly place! I highly recommend them and will tell all my friends about this gem! Great work!

Nice location, friendly staff. Only issues I have are that they always seem to get my appointment time confused. I schedule something for 2 in the afternoon and when I show up they say we were just about to call you, we had you down for a 1:30 this has happened multiple times even though I get the correct time in my confirmation email/texts.

My nails were done very quickly which I would normally appreciate. However, my nails look absolutely terrible and that is because they threw me in between appointments. My cuticles are still bad and my nails have huge lumps of gel that weren’t buffed down at all. I didn’t notice until I left and had a chance to look at them and obviously feel them. Def won’t go back

I’ve been coming here for years, I’ve never left unhappy, because all you have to do is let them know what it is you want and they will do it. Bebe does my nails and I’m the biggest perfectionist.... she is always thorough, takes her time, and makes sure they’re perfect! The prices are fair. You get what you pay for. You want nice nails and good service you pay for it. Heidi does my pedicures and she’s amazing. She too pays attention to detail and does a great job. I recommend them all the time and get compliments on my nails daily. Love them!!!

Bebe always does my nails perfectly! I drive 40 minutes to see her because she always pays attention to detail and ensures my nails last weeks! I usually go about every 6 weeks to get a rebase and I still get complimented on my nails after they’re grown out. The prices are amazing for the work & designs they can do! I always get asked who does my nails and have referred all of them to Bebe & Happy Nails in general. I have been going here for 4 years and plan on coming here for years to come due to the quality and pricing!

I’ve been going to this salon for over a year now, and it’s by far my favorite. I’ve been getting acrylic nails for almost six years, and this is the only salon I like to go to now. I drive all the way from Parker, because I always know I’m going to get what I paid for here. I recommend this nail salon to anyone whoever asks me, because everybody does such a great job!

I came in to get a dip manicure and they did a really good job on my nails. They made sure to have an experienced tech do my nails because my design was complicated and they turned out great. I will definitely be going back.

So grateful for these ladies! Great service, good price, very clean and welcoming! They always do a phenomenal job and I always leave happy! They take great care of you and value your time and business! Definitely recommend 10/10!

Been frequent customer, always give good designs and good quality

I usually have a good experience with nail salons but this particular one did not set a good example. BB did my nails way too fast and with an “I don’t want to do this attitude” and the nails were so flimsy that they popped off my actual nails three days later. I’m not bashing her style but maybe she should take her time and actually do a good job and not a rushed one.

For me finding a salon that is clean, friendly, knowledge, and professional is very important to me. This place has it all. I get my lashes done here and Bebe does amazing job every time. She knows what she’s doing and has a lot of knowledge on her products. she does a outstanding job accomplished my request cause my lashes is kinda tricky and I love getting the volume lashes. All the stuff there are great too. I love going to them to get my lashes or nails done. It’s a great place to go if you are looking for a good salon

They are very unprofessional cut my foot during the pedicure. Didn’t go through the steps of a manicure correctly. Didn’t trim and clean nails before gluing a full set on. It took them 3 hrs to do my manicure. The guy who did my nails had very dirty hands and didn’t understand what I was requesting for my nails. The nails came out uneven and lumpy. When I told them I wasn’t satisfied they questioned why and acted like they didn’t know what I meant when I told them they need to clean under my nails.

Really professional, clean and did a good job on my nails. Did a halloween design and love it!!!

A gift to my daughter for her birthday. They did an awful job & wouldnt fix when she asked them. There all also cut her got during pedicure😒

I got the best gel manicure here!!! It looked great and lasted so long! Very reasonable price.

This place has a lot of great points about it. It’s clean, doesn’t smell like a chemical plant, and the chairs etc are very new. However, out of the three nail technicians I’ve had, only one did a job worth the $55 (dip with tips manicure) plus $20 tip. Kim is amazing. She’s very talented. However, I’ve never had a bad pedicure.

This is the nail and lash salon in Colorado!! Bebe is very knowledgeable and professional in every way. The salon is beautifully remodelsAnd very clean. I been coming to Bebe for the lashes and each and every time, she delivers. All the staff are wonderful and professional. Definitely give them a try!

The nails were nice and the salon seemed clean. However, they were not very nice. They made no effort at conversation and basically told me I was an inconvenience for wanting a design because I made an appointment with the wrong person. It made me not thrilled to be there. I didnt know I needed an appointment with a specific person

Super friendly place!

This is a nice, clean space. The tools are all sanitized. The staff is friendly. Kitty painted both my toes and fingers with gel polish, and she was quick and efficient while also doing a good job. The polish on my nails lasted almost 2 weeks. They probably would have lasted longer, but I am a picker and cant resist peeling things, haha. The polish on my toes though is still going strong and its been 3 weeks already.

I moved to this area two years ago and have visited various salons and ended up very disappointed. Me and two other girls went here and got our nails done and they all look so fantastic! The three women took their time to make sure that our nails were perfect. There were also multiple other women who said they have been going to that salon for years! I will be a customer as long as I live in this area. 10/10 would recommend

They do amazing work and pay attention to detail. Fun uplifting atmosphere and prices are reasonable.

I am pretty disappointed I went in today to get a pedicure and it was more of a leg rub than anything. They didn’t do my cuticles, my calluses, and mostly they didn’t even do anything to my feet which is the whole damn point. Not to mention the paint job looks like my little brother did it. Super disappointed. Don’t plan on coming back and will not recommend to anyone.

So I went yesterday and pd $72 buck for pedi and mani. I am very disappointed because they said I had to pay 3 extra bucks for opi polish and I am very confused as to why? My French is already chipped and the lady didnt speak good English and didnt know what a reciept was. Very disappointed considering the reviews. Never again guys! And spendy!

I had a full set done and after 1 1/2 weeks one nail broke off. I went in for a rebase and nail fix a week ago and now I have 2 more cracked nails. Dont waste your money here.

While getting my nails done, an older gentleman walked in for a pedicure. The two Male employees refused to work on him. Actually vocalized NO. Rather, they scrolled through their phones and watched tv. Incredibly rude and I will not go back because of how they treated another customer.

Unprofessional, really loud & combative with one another, as well as the customers, nails fall off, little to no english & cant understand your requests, apply expensive tips with no communication & charged double. Avoiding this place is suggested, not worth the money.

Was told a price for rebase last time I came in and was charged more when I came back in. Not worth the price and my nails are too long. Will not be going back.
