She seriously knows hair and is experienced enough to make recommendations and suggestions as to what will look best on you. I’ve been seeing Heather for about 5 years and don’t trust anyone else. She’s in high demand so as long as you book ahead you’re good.

Ive been going to Aura for about 2 years now. I see Krissy. My hair is very difficult to color and cut because its bone straight and fine so any mistake that is made is very noticeable and same goes for the color. Krissy is the BEST stylist Ive ever had ever in my life. She nails my cut and color every time. As far as the salon, the staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Its beautiful inside. I highly recommend it.

Bobbie always does such a great job with my hair! He has a unique way of doing highlights and lowlights to not just cover up my grey but to downplay it and add dimension.

I love every aspect of this salon. Heather is a wonderful stylist who knew exactly how to help my poor blonde hair that I dyed black. I also got eyelash extentions. The beautician who applies lashes is an absolute joy. She did a great job but I lost 4-6 lashes within a day so Im unsure if I will get them again. Its quite the investment. Takes about 2 hours of laYing still for the first application which cost 250 and have to go back every 2 weeks to have them filled so its a bit of an upkeep. Everyone in the salon is very pleasant to be around and you have plenty of space in the salon which is major right now with Covid.

Fiance had hair style for wedding, the beautician completely butchered. Didnt follow directions, and charged us 68 dollars to snip deadends.Very poor service.

I was so disappointed by my service today. I have been coming here for a long time, and today I got placed with someone I havent had before, Kimberlie I believe. She was very nice and pleasant, but at the end she charged me nearly $80 extra for treatments in my hair that I didnt ask for, nor did I know about. I told the receptionist that I didnt ask or know about these hair treatments, and she didnt care, she was completely silent. Im very upset; I think it was very slimy and misleading to do this, and I still ended up paying for it. I will not be returning, which is unfortunate, because I finally felt like I found a trustworthy hair salon. Aura, please make this right.

Madison did a gorgeous cut for me. He pleasant personality made the experience even nicer. She listened to me, then made sure we were on the same “wave length” added HER SUGGESTIONS, the result was fantastic. I got many compliments and styling for me was easy and attractive! Heather is an amazing, very experienced hairdresser. Front desk service is efficient and super friendly. Everyone who does brows at Aura are all superb as well! I love the decor and the space itself. Some different fun music playing is my only suggestion; something that would fit better with the atmosphere.

I chose Aura for my wedding hair and make up for myself and my bridesmaids. My sister and I scoped out the place beforehand and got some amazing facials before I booked my wedding services. Amber did my wedding make up, and Jenny did my hair. Both of these ladies were so amazing! They listened well to my likes and dislikes during the trials, and Jenny found alternative options for my hair since I have some less than favorable, shorter sections that wouldnt stay, and my hair wasnt as long as I needed it for my first hairstyle choice. Also, they heard me out when I came back day of and gave them pros and cons, likes and dislikes about what they did. They were so sweet, remembered details about me and my husband, and my hair and makeup lasted throughout my outdoor wedding and all through my reception! My booking experience with Deni was also simple and stress free, and she was able to answer all my questions and concerns quickly. In salon services saved me tons of money, and their prices are even less than many salons I looked into. I would recommend Aura to any bride in the area, and also for any hair, makeup, or spa services.

My bank teller has such a cute haircut, I asked her where she gets it cut. She recommended Heather. From the 1st time I had Heather cut my new short look, her enthusiasm for making my life easier with a spunky, easy-care cut has me coming back as a happy customer. She was right! I am spending less time styling my hair -- and less often because it bounces back without much effort -- so it has freed up my lifestyle. I get lots of compliments and always pass on Heathers name. Ive had my hair cut here by several different stylists, and they always do an amazing job! Their facials are my favorite, the massages are fantastic, and the fact that I can get time out of the house with a glass of wine in my hand while being pampered is always a win!

I have been going to Aura to see Kaycee for over 6 months now. Love her, the salon, and everything about this place. Its classy when you walk in, and you feel like your somewhere else. I LOVE IT! Its a wonderful place to get any type of service. Its not loud like some salons, and everyone is friendly and wonderful to be around. They have a wonderful full service salon that I am hoping to experience in the near future! This place and Kaycee are a wonderful place to get a haircut, color, or any other service youd want!

Yesterday I went to Sammie for the first time for a cut and color and walked away smiling from ear to ear! Not only did Sammie really take the time to talk to me before we started, but while she was working I could tell that she really knew what she was doing and took the time to make sure it was perfect! I am blown away by the finished results and have never walked away so happy with my hair--it is EXACTLY what I asked for and I feel like me again! I have been coming to Aura for a few months now. Jenny is my stylist. She does an amazing job with my hair cut (long with layers) and my bangs. I went from side swept bangs to straight and seh did a fantastic job at taking my feedback and making the look work for me just the way I like it. She is so attentive and detail oriented. She really cares that you have the look you want and doesnt just cut and send you on your way. I see Amber for wax services and she is so personable while remaining professional and excellent at her skill. Their service is always reliable, scheduling is easy, and the salon is beautiful.

First, let me say that Heather is amazing and I have never loved my hair as much as I do now that shes my stylist.I was recommended to Aura by my previous hairstylist when I moved to this area last year. When I made my first appointment, I decided to do it in person because, well.... choosing a new hair person when youre going from hair past your shoulders to a pixie cut is absolutely terrifying, and I wanted to be sure whoever I scheduled with was aware of what they were getting themselves into.The receptionist (Im sorry I dont remember her name) listened to what I wanted and knew right away who would be the best fit for me. As soon as I sat down in Heathers chair and started talking through what I wanted, she understood immediately what I was going for. She was knowledgeable, inviting, professional, and cool as hell, and she did an incredible job cutting and styling my hair!Ive gotten a chance to chat with a colorist there as well and its obvious all of Auras staff is well-trained in their craft as well as excellent customer service.Thank you guys so much, keep doing what youre doing!

My husband and I have both been to Aura Salon multiple times. Well today I finally decided to write a review. The scheduling at this salon is just awful. We have two small children and finding the time to schedule an appointment alone can be difficult. They always seem to have new people scheduling the appointments and are always messing up either the time, date or person. Well today, I finally made time to get facial, so I called and scheduled a specific facial, and asked if the aesthetician I would be with could do this specific facial, and was reassured over the phone she could do this facial. Well, after arranging to find a caregiver for my son, I got a phone call two hours before my appointment telling me the person they scheduled me with doesnt do the facial I requested. After trying to reschedule a different day and they couldnt accommodate anything for my schedule, I give up, and Im just never going there again! Way to go Aura.

Aura is my one-stop shop for all things personal care! I love the decadent, sophisticated ambiance, which pairs well with the down-to-earth, compassionate management and staff.Rachel has been my magical go-to massage therapist throughout pregnancy/prenatal massage, sports, stress, and life in general. Her basic massage is worth the price of admission, but if you really want to do it up right, add on a paraffin dip for your hands and an aromatouch essential oil treatment.Amber is an amazing aesthetician, whether its for a quick wax or for a pampering facial. She is just lovely.I have also gotten hair and nail services at Aura. I love that I can get the routine services I need, but also treat myself. Its a real retreat to come to Aura, any time.

I relocated to CO a little over a year ago from the South and immediately began looking for a new hair salon. I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I have VERY thick, coarse hair which can be very intimidating to many stylists and honestly takes a good stylist to manage it. It takes a good 3+ hours to do my hair if I get a cut and color (balayage) in the same appointment. This has been the story of my life forever and makes finding a new salon very tricky. Ive been to salons in the past who try to rush the process, mess the cut of my hair up, make me feel like they never want to do my hair again, etc. From day 1 at Aura, I knew this was my new salon. Heather gave me an excellent cut and really took her time to get to know me, my hair, and provide a full consultation about products, styling, etc. Additionally, she hooked me up with Wendy to do the color on my next appointment. She was very upfront about the fact that she is great at cutting and Wendy is great at coloring and she was not wrong, they are the perfect duo for my hair. Yes, I did pay more than I previously had but it is worth every single penny. In the past year, Ive seen Heather 4x for a cut now and Wendy 2x for color. Im not one to go to the salon every 6-8 weeks for cuts and colors because I dont need it, however Ive had cuts and colors in the past where in 6-8 weeks it was a mess. Not here, hands down the best! The color and cut grows out exceptionally well. Ive gotten so many compliments on my hair over the past year. It hard to give an overall review for Aura in general because Ive only ever seen Heather & Wendy, however the booking process has always been smooth, everyone is always friendly when Ive been in, and they have hired top notch stylists who are up to date on their education, so they have to be doing something right. Give Aura a try!

My stylist, Rachel McGrew, was absolutely incredible. She gave me my first full highlight and made my hair look very natural which was exactly what I was looking for. She was also a great consultant and helped me pick a hairstyle that was right for me. I am more than satisfied with the result and now Aura is officially my new hair place. :)

Hands down one of the most gorgeous salons Ive ever been to! I got an amazing cut and color. Im not going to name my stylist as that part was great and on par with every cut Ive had in the past. This review does not reflect on their ability. However there was one mega issue and was purely on the salon design.The lighting in this salon is HORRIBLE! There is a decorative chandelier above each chair with 4 small led bulbs and thats it! Looks great but is a huge disservice to the stylists. I have very thin light blonde hair. My cut looked great in my chair, I was so impressed with my cut and color. It wasnt until I got home and under some real lighting that I found tons of uncut thin blonde hairs everywhere! I have a sharp eye for perfection when it comes to my hair and didnt catch this myself in the chair. I dont blame my stylist at all!Amazing salon! Jaw dropping interior! Great location! Great products! However please do your stylists a favor and get some real lighting around each chair! Us light blonde clients will appreciate it so much! 5 star interior, 5 star stylists, 5 star product and color, 1 star lighting!

I started using Rachel for prenatal massage last year, she helped me immensely. I have continued with her as there are always new kinks and sore spots! She listens to where I am painful or tight and then uses that information to cater the massage to my specific needs. I cant recommend her enough! You will not be disappointed.

I was warmly welcomed by Deni, who was ready to help me find out what it was that I needed. Out of all the places that Ive been to that offered both salon and spa, AURA Salon and Spa takes my vote for being the most customer friendly. When I went I had my hair done by a hairstylist, Alexandra, she was able to turn the mess on my head into something that I was proud to wear. Im also happy to say that I have my own personal esthetician, Natalie, who made my skin feel and look amazingly rejuvenated.If youre looking for a place to be soothed and renewed, AURA is the obvious place Id recommend.

I had a great experience here. I came in to have lowlights and highlights. Wendy listened, she did a great job, and got the yellow brass I came in with toned to a really nice blonde, and the lowlights are perfect. Very happy I found my new stylist!

Me and my bridal party had a fabulous experience at Aura. I set up the appointments and contract with Deni, and she was great and accommodated a day before request to add 2 makeup appointments. On the day of, the salon set up a lovely table and offered everyone in the bridal party complimentary wine and had champagne glasses ready for us to use. Alexandra did an amazing job on my hair. She gave me an elegant 1940s glam updo with beautiful detailing. I got TONS of compliments and it held all night long. Amber did an equally amazing job on my makeup -- retaining a natural look while still glamming me up. Everyone we encountered at Aura was super friendly and accommodating and I could not recommend more highly for wedding services. The salon itself is gorgeous too!

Best Salon and Spa in Littleton (maybe Colorado). Highest standard of staff, the most amazing environment and lots of extras that make you feel special. Price is comparable with other places nearby but the value for what you get is much much higher.
