I decided to try this location out after not being able to book an appointment at my normal nail salon...big mistake. I requested a dip powder and a classic pedicure. I selected my color for both (poor selection btw) and I specifically asked for an OPI red for my toes... The lady who did my nails (Jennifer: older lady) picked my color and I agreed. She then switched my color to a Shellac color (I was a bit confused because I didnt ask for gel nails because they are difficult to remove) but I never agreed nor did she advise of any price difference... She cut my toe while looking at the door (ouch!) and used the clippers to scratch her face while clipping my toes... I honestly didnt enjoy the experience... The came the power dip... Anyone who has gotten a dip more than once knows the process...I noticed she started off wrong but I didnt interrupt because I was already 2.5 hrs in... I didnt like how my nails were looking but I was ready to leave... The owner of the shop told me my price $90... I was expecting around 70/80 and just asked for a breakdown... She instant got an attitude and said because I selected Shellac it was an additional $15 and insultingly asked if I knew what Shellac was ( I explained I did of course and told her that her nail tech basically upsold me without asking me) she looked so disgusted like I was trying to rip somebody off...I get my nails done done all the time and just wanted to be treated like a customer who was wronged... She then told well next time dont ask for Shellac and rudely said she wouldnt charge me this time...I refused and paid the $90 but advised I would never return...I thanked Jennifer for her time and left in tears... customer service goes a long way. I just wanted to be treated with respect and have my time and money treated with respect.

Omg i love this nail shop. I love Summer, Leelee, and Jimmy. But lately they have been so busy i can’t get in. But they are absolutely wonderful. I’ll be back when things slow down.

The lady that sits in the first chair by the register is rude. My whole service was rushed. I arrived at 6 pm didn’t leave til 8:35. When I sat I. Her chair for my nails and told her what I wanted (gel milky white polish) she advised dip is better. I explained I change colors a lot and not trying to go through soaking for next polish change so I want gel. It’s like she got mad and keep assisting I get dip while she filling my nails super fast and not making sure it’s done correct.the girl that sat beside me which was in her chair first stated she does rush jobs. Rushed her to the point she didn’t get what she came for just told her throw some clear polish on so she can go somewhere else. Not even 5 mins after she finished my nails Lint was sticking to my nails because she rushed through the up drying process and argued with me about cleaning/wiping my gel polish with alcohol. And rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed under her breath the whole time. I spent $100 to receive horrible service. I wish I could post a picture with the review. Because now I have to go somewhere else spend $15 more just to get my polish fixed on my toes

As soon as me and my daughter came in, we were greeted. Friendly and helpful staff and they have lots of polish selections. While my daughter was getter her pedicure for her upcoming dance she was in a massage chair and I was able to sit in one beside her and also get a massage, which was great. Prices are good and we will be back!

I did not get what I asked for. I do understand they cannot recreate what you show them exactly, however, it looked nothing like what I showed her. The design was way off, and she was very aggressive with my hands and fingers. At one point she pushed my hand back infront of the fan to dry the acrylic and told me I had to keep it there to let it dry, and as soon as she got through saying that she grabbed my hand again because she needed to shape it. She told me she could do what I asked for and she couldnt, she tried her best, but if she couldnt do it she should have said so. She shouldnt have charged me $61 if she couldnt do it.

I always get my pedicures here, the staff are friendliness accommodating and funny when you get get know them a bit. Always leave with a smile.

Theyre very nice people. They waited on us even though we got held up. Its the best foot massage and care that Ive gotten.

I surprised a good friend with a pedi and mani for vday. She was very happy, appreciative an most importantly satisfied..most def will be back, soon.

My sis,mother and i got pedicures, and my mother said we wanted a manicure also, I said no mom I want a full set. They said okay. Well the lady wasnt paying attention to me obviously and she did manicure which I personally didnt know she was doing a manicure I thought she was just clipping my nails like they normally do and when she started to do my nails I stopped her because she was just going to paint my real nails and she caught a whole attitude with me and she was rude. She messed up my nails and I feel like it was intentional because she was in a hurry trying to get her regular lady done next. My nails are crooked and they are not painted properly, she should have more than two coats considering the color I picked was a cobalt blue with sparkles. My toes look great. Nails suck. My moms nails looks great though.

Nail techs are very RUDE and unprofessional!! I would not recommend spending your money here!!!!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. This is my second experience here and it was the same as the first. They prioritize pedicures over nails. They left my nails soaking in acetone for 30 minutes to go do more pedicures. I’ve seen multiple people that same after me get serviced. I will not be returning.

Luv nails always take good care of my mom she had a stroke and her left side is weak and she loves getting her nails and toes done. They help her in and out of the chair and they always hold her left hand up to do her nails. Most nail shops want assistance from you but they handle her really real and take their time with her. So if you have and elderly mother or anyone with disabilities they are thw ones to go to. I recommend them 10000 percent

Mr. Riches did such great job. I got dip powder for the first time and he made my first experience one to remember. Not only does he know what he’s doing he cares about nail care as well my cuticles were horrible and gave me tips and made them better. He did a natural length with a coffin shape which many nail techs can not accomplish. Riches is the BOMB as well as Roy; he did my pedicure and he was very particular and neat which I love ! My new go to spot for sure !

Went in for just a regular manicure just regular polish not gel. No complaints about the manicure. My nails look great. However I was shocked at what I was charged. $48 for a simple manicure. Then to top it off when I checked my bank account $10 had been added to the amount I had added to my debit card for the tip. Needless to say I will not be going back to this nail salon.

I went here on 2 different occasions while Lena was on vacation and the service was terrible. The first time, which was Sunday, I was not even greeted, nor asked what services I wanted. I sat for a while, another customer came in and was greeted immediately. On Thursday, I was greeted and I explained what I wanted and waited for a minute and once she was done with her client, she helped another customer while I was waiting who had just walked in looking for Lena but she agreed to do her nails so it definitely wasn’t an appointment. This was unacceptable! Lena would have NEVER did business in this manner!

Honestly, Ive had the best experience here. My technician was very talented and also helped me to pick a color to match my nails better. I get compliments on my nails by all my friends and family. To sum up, amazing place to pamper.

Luv nail salon has a very inviting environment the service is friendly definitely recommend for a nice mani and pedicure. They offer a nice glass of wine to while you enjoy getting your foot massage. I recommend asking for Andy he’s takes his time and get it right.

My visit to Luv Nails was AWESOME! The customer service was AMAZING! I havent had a Mani/Pedi in months because the last place I went to was horrible. Luv Nails gained a new long time customer today. I was very pleased with my experience and my Mani/Pedi looks & feels FABULOUS!!!
