First time visit today. They were very nice. We actually carried on a conversation. Ive gone to several other salons around town & always feel like Im wasting their time. I was very pleased with Elegant Nails. Ive been a bit skeptical on dip powder because the first time I did it, elsewhere, it looked terrible. But the lady today did an amazing job. I will be back. Thank you for taking your time.

Excellent manicure and pedicure - lasting longer than expected!

Went in for eye brow wax and dip powder manicure, the woman who did my eyebrows got wax on my skin and ripped an area off above my eye lid which caused scabbing. When getting my dip powder two of the employee kept going back and fourth taking turns doing my nails which didn’t make me feel like a priority customer and then my nail broke the same day, on day 6 with the nails and they are all cracked and chipping away, dip powder usually last me 2-3 weeks and I wanted to try this place for a change because it is closer to my job but I will not be returning. It’s not worth the money.

I have always had a good experience when i get my nails done at Elegant nails however this time i felt rush after i finishing they asked me to wait 15 minutes, after using the bathroom i accidently hit my mail cutting on the light switch and smeared one of my nails i didnt mentioned it to Anyone becasue i knew that meant i had to wait possibly another 30 minuets they had too many customers and had already ask a customer if they would rerurn the Next day!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Owner ripped my natural nail pulling shoving item between glue and nail instead of using acetone to remove old glue. The French tip paint job looks horrible, doesnt cover original nail whites. Very Painful. No manicure massage, no soak, nothing. 😔 Nails were done one day before this photo was taken. Red line on the little finger is where the nail was ripped and you can see the white on tips are poor quality.Painful experience · Rushed service · Messy results VERY EXPENSIVE $$

I called this business two months before my wedding to schedule myself and my bridal party (seven people in total) for mani/pedis and was confirmed for appointments. Because I had come from out of town, I didn’t know what their status was due to Covid; I had heard that they were temporarily closed. Because I hadn’t heard anything from them, the morning of my appointment I called to confirm. I called numerous times with no answer, left a voicemail and have had no correspondence back. This is completely unacceptable business practice.I understand with the current Covid situation having to close a business or temporarily suspend normal business hours, but a phone call to inform an anticipating person/party/bride is the bare minimum a business could do. We had to last-minute find a place that would get all seven of us in at the same time. Talk about challenging!I absolutely would not recommend this business due their lack of professionalism.

I have gone two times, and both times I have had a thorough pedicure. She patiently scraped out my toe and did a professional job. Have made it my nail salon. Very clean and sanitized. Wear a mask.

I went here originally to have some gel fingernail polish taken off and returned for a mani/pedi with my mom and sister because they did such a great job. While I wouldnt call myself a regular at any nail salon, Ive been to enough to know a good nail salon service- and this is it.While Im sure there are other great places in LR, Id recommend Elegant Nails to anyone looking for a place on the west side.

I do NOT recommend this place! I went today to get a manicure and pedicure. When I was going to get my pedicure done a lady open the water, told me to put my feet in, the water was super hot, I told her and she just kept walking and from the other side of the room yelled at me to put my feet in!! What kind of service is this! And when it came to my manicure I showed her a picture and said I wanted them like that. She took no more than 15 minutes doing my nails, didnt even clean around them😡

I was so upset after my visit here on Saturday, I just walked out when it was time for me to set at the drying table. This has been my favorite nail salon in the past. I drive 20 miles just to visit them. But Saturday was a disaster, it was Rush, rush, rush get as many customers as possible. In the madness of it all she was sitting other customers in front of people that had already been waiting. Mediocre pedicure with warm water and blotchy paint was given to me . Then she keep trying to convince me to get services I didnt want! I asked for a full set but she wanted me to do a overlay because it saved her time. When she started I immediately asked her to change because I didnt like the look of the overlay. She told me she couldnt because the gel has to be soaked off. So now Im stuck with boxy nails. It took her a total of 15 minutes to mess up my hands. After I repeatedly told her I didnt like them. She could have filed the gel down and put the acrylic nails on but was not willing to even find a solution. Im just so disappointed in their cattle herding service.

The worst acrylic nails ever, two nails snapped not even two days after I got them done. Soooo thin.

Its a hit or miss. Sometimes the service is phenomenal and others the nail technicians forget how to color in the lines. Sometimes they are polite and very friendly but if you catch the owners on a bad day you are in for a very unpleasant experience.

The pedicure was nice! They are very gentle and sweet! Very recommended :)

I got acrylic nails and they were horrible. They were uneven and also had dents in the actual nail. And the woman that painted them did even worse. The paint was on my skin and it was see through in some places where she didn’t even touch it when she was doing the second coat. I had to go to a different salon the next day because they looked that terrible.

So yesterday I went in to get a pedi. Typically I go to my usual city nails in Benton (the best) but because I was in LR shopping, I stopped here. This was by far the QUICKEST/WORST pedi I’ve EVER had! I get a pedi every 3 weeks, and have done so for as long as I can remember. He clipped my nails, but did not file them 🙄 massage was subpar, and the paint job, piss poor. Today, less than 24hrs later, polish is chipping and not smooth. Needless to say I won’t be back. In all fairness, I let them remove the dip off of my fingernails and that wasn’t bad at all. Heading out of state now for family vacay, but one of my first stops will unfortunately have to be at the nail shop to redo what I paid to have done already.

Staff has always been courteous and the service has been excellent. Once you are customer they remember your name.

Theyre super sweet and have the best costumer service ever. The pedicure I got was super amazing, theyre my favorite nail salon.

NOT WORTH IT! The people were nice and the place is beautiful but the service was awful. I paid for my sister and I to get a mani pedi with shellac and it cost $140!!!! NOT ONLY did they not give me or my sister a manicure and made us pay for it, but they messed up on both of our colors! Completely different than what we chose. When told they were wrong, the owner said “no, that’s what you picked!” The “manicure” they gave us took a whole 30 seconds and they didn’t push back our cuticles, soak our nails, or cut off excess dead skin. On top of all of that they didn’t do the wet towels, hot rocks, arm massage, or any of the little extra things that nail salons do. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR ANYWHERE NEAR THE MONEY! Will NEVER return back to this place.

Service was below average, nails put on in ten minutes, shape of nails horrible and whooped sided. Nail tech which was owner paid no attention to her craft, which is sad. She should be ashamed of herself, no matter if she as seen me once or several times she should pay attention to her craft and not rush on her services. Will never return!!! Ive worn acrylic nails for twenty years and this by far the worst set of nails Ive had in my life!!!!!EXTREMELY DISATIFIED customer. You should never has a owner or nail tech of a shop apply a set of nails you would not wear yourself!!! PATHETIC
