As soon as my husband and I walked into Rejuvenation Clinic we saw a strong demonstration of friendly professional service from all the staff members! The service is excellent and of high quality! The products used for the massages, nail care and facial care are of high quality! We were totally satisfied! All the staff members went above and beyond to make sure our experience was enjoyable!

Had a massage with Tina! She was phenomenal! I want to say it was one of the best massages I’ve ever had. She delivered the deep tissue I was looking for and helped my body relax! Loved this place!!

As soon as you walk into the Rejuvenation Spa you immediately feel relaxed. The relaxation room in itself is so calming you could almost fall asleep. I had a chemical peel by Rika and loved her professionalism and her calm demeanor.10/10 would recommend!

This was my first visit and I will be return. Very nice pedicure overall. I would have given five stars except for one thing. Signs were posted prominently around the business asking patrons to respect others and hold conversations to a minimum, and if talking, speak quietly. It was observed for a portion of my visit but as more people came in, the conversations increased and were anything but quiet. I learned about several people’s travel plans and families. Since it is a spa, I would think most people would enjoy the quite even if just for a pedicure or manicure.

I have been going here for almost 30 years. I will go nowhere else. I always enjoy my services, the people are so kind but also very professional. I know the Rejuvination Clinic is cleaner then clean and that is so important to me. Mahvash and Jim keep up with all the latest treatments and products, you are in the care of the most competent technicians. 💖👍

Went for a pedicure, and Mary was great. Its a nice relaxing environment with a separate area just for the nail technicians area.They have dryers for your hands and feet, very nice spa chairs & everyone is very friendly.

Norma gave me the best spa pedicure I could ask for, and I’ll be back again soon! Love the atmosphere and kind people who work here.

I received the most wonderful massage yesterday from Tina. I will definitely be back. She incorporated stretching into my massage which helped my sore running muscles. I also appreciated how quiet and calm the atmosphere was.

The customer service is always impeccable. The facility is clean, modern, relaxing, and top notch. You couldnt ask for a better spa.

They were beautiful people but scared for some reason. I left looking the same as i went. They will charge you as mush as they can and do as little as possible. I spent 250.00 for an aroma,, a hot towel on my face, a glass of water, and some tend skin oil....I couldve done that at home.

I have been visiting Rejuvenation Clinic for may years for a number of different services. One of my favorites is the Lash extensions. Having beautiful, long lashes makes getting ready to go walk out the door a lot easier. I no longer have to apply mascara and my lashes are always long and full. I always get many compliments on how natural they look. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The HydraFacial is AMAZING! Two days post facial and my skin is still glowing! Definitely adding that to the regular facial routine! And Kathrine was so wonderful and explained every step of the process!

I was introduced to RC a little over 14 years ago when I was a preschool teacher and my parents gifting me with a mani/pedi and then later on I had a pregnancy massage. Norma was my nail tech and through the years she still is. This last visit I was a bit emotional and she was so kind and comforting as she did my nails. Michelle Levy is amazing!! I have been struggling with an extreme knot in my shoulder along with neck and shoulder pain for almost two years. Visited a chiropractor, tried physical therapy and massage therapy elsewhere but with no luck. One visit with Michelle and I had almost no discomfort!!Have already returned for a follow-up massage and it was just as good as the first. Go see Michelle - you will not be disappointed!

I don’t know these people but I am a midwife in training and I find your employees policy and behavior atrocious! If I were you I would make this right. My skin was completely clear prior to the facial but broke out severely following. i specified having sensitive skin yet extractions were used on my face.

I would not recommend this company to anyone after today. One year ago I bought a $100 gift card message for my wifes Xmas present who was pregnant with our first child at the time. A year later she finally has the time to use the gift card and schedules an appointment for 4:45. I usually get off of work at 4 but I had an unforeseen situation come up at work that was going to keep me later than usual. My wife called them at around noon to ask about rescheduling and they said she would be charged a fee for rescheduling but it was ok of she came in a little late. Obviously she chose to keep the appointment and come in a little late. She said she was getting a message for 15 minutes when the therapist said ok were done. Apparently their policy is that if you do not cancel or reschedule an appointment more than 24 hours ahead of time that you will be charged full price for missing the appointment or if you come late you will be charged full price but only provided services until the original time slot of the appointment is over. That was not explained when my wife called around noon to inform them I would be off late and she couldnt make it on time since j wouldnt be home to watch our child. She was in tears because she has waited a year to get this message done and we paid $95 dollars for a 15 minute message (its a 40 minute drive by the way) because she was late for circumstances that were out of our control. I called to speak with the manager and thats how we found out about their real cancellation policy that we were not informed of ahead of time. She just said that it was unfortunate that we paid that money for the minimal service. I cant speak for how good they are at their craft but as for customer service I would not recommend this place to anybody.

My experience was excellent. The spa is beautiful and very relaxing. Everyone was very professional. Dont judge this spa by the outside of the building. Its beautiful inside. Warning...deep tissue means deep tissue. I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and it was the best Ive ever had. The only thing I can think of that may be important to some but wasnt to me, is I didnt see any showers in the changing room/spa. There could be showers somewhere else, I just didnt ask. Also, there isnt a restroom in the changing room. There is one down the hall where the massages are performed and one in the receptionist area. I already had my robe on when I asked for a restroom and I was directed to the one in the lobby. I didnt like going to the lobby in my robe for the restroom and wished I would have been directed to the restroom down the hall inside the spa area. I definitely will go back and I definetely do recommend this spa for massages. I had the 90 minute deep tissue and I was given the full 90 minutes. No skimping. I used Tina and she was great. My daughter used Justin and she was very satisfied as well. Well worth the price.

I did the expectant mother package which is a prenatal massage and a spa manicure/pedicure. Leah or Lani? I cant remember her name worry but she was very friendly constantly checking to make sure i was confortable did a great job with the message and greeted me with water after getting dressed. She took me to a relaxtion room which has snacks and water as a pregnant lady im was very pleased. I then had a mani pedi with mary and norma also both very accommodating and did wonderful jobs!

Let me preface by saying the facility is beautiful and I would like to return in the future, however I will be mindful of which nail tech I book with...I went in for a pedicure and manicure, which was a big treat for myself. I normally go to regular nail places, which arent near as relaxing or luxurious. Needless to say, I was looking forward to the pampering!Upon meeting my nail tech I informed her I had chellac on my fingers and toes, which clearly didnt suit her well because her response was anything but polite. She said does the front desk know? I said Im not sure. I doubt they did, no one ever asked. She proceed to go up there and tell them. When she came back she said is there a particular reason why you have chellac on your toes? I stated it was because I liked it and Im highly active in my career, as well as, chasing a toddler at home. I told her I cant seem to keep regular polish from chipping within a day or two. She was clearly unhappy with my answer. She informed she just doesnt seem how its possible I chip my toes so easily. She then went on to provide me with a lecture on how horrible chellac is for your nails and so on. (Which is ironic because they offer chellac). Then said you probably dont care what I have to say anyway. It was just plain rude and very uncomfortable. She was obviously very put out to have to deal with my chellac removal. In reality I was the one put out... I had a far from relaxing experience, a lecture about how my choice to use chellac is dumb, and had to deal with someones poor attitude. Not to mention, I paid extra for the chellac removal (which is totally ok with me, as I understand it takes time to remove), but it wasnt even fully removed. I can still see pieces of it under my new polish. I also would like to note, I was there with a friend and she had way more applications during the pedicure/manicure than myself. Im assuming it is because my chellac had to be removed and it ate up time? Either way I paid for the removal so I feel like I should have received the full experience in which I paid.Grand total: $113 for an unpleasant experience and poor manicure/pedicure. All of which I could have gotten for much less money at any run of the mill nail salon.

Finally figured out how to rate my fav spa! Just went on Friday for a 90 min massage with Michelle who was a new massage therapist that quickly put me at ease and was excellent and knowledgeable in her healing art of massage. It was my first appt with her but will not be my last. Had a pedicure with Mary after the massage- shes wonderful also- cannot find anyone better in Arkansas! I lived in Hawaii for 2.5 yrs and Rejuvenation Day Spa is the only spa in Little Rock that comes close to the caliber of relaxing and luxurious kind of spa found on Oahu in Honolulu. Easy to find off I-430 and Rodney Parham exit- check them out and let my fav relaxation experts know that my review sent you their way! Thanks!!
