It was such a wonderful experience. The salon is very clean and had dividers between the client and nail tech. The employees were all super friendly and did a fantastic job on our nails.

If i could give 0 stars I would.. The level of unprofessionalism is at a all time high from the employees to manager . The lady who did my medium length full set (Michelle ) was very rude, unprofessional, and could not do nails. After siting for 4hours for a simple full set, I had to come back the next day for broken, unevenly shaped nails, and a unsatisfied paint job which also took 3 hours to do. She literally rushed on my nails. Not to mention The nail techs are still in training. The nail techs at the time complained & gossiped about how they did not want to assist walk-in clients, & that the owner should do them herself. The owner had to step in to finish painting my nails because her nail techs consistently messed my nails up! The Owner Au is good at nails but she is just as Rude and unprofessional as her staff. & My nails broke off AGAIN after the fact I came back for the second time. Now I have to get them repaired Done AGAIN somewhere else . Im so disappointed. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Au always does an amazing job and always makes me feel welcomed. Shes quick but also takes her time to make sure you walk away happy with your nails. Been seeing her for months and Im always ecstatic when I leave. And Jay always does an amazing pedicure! Will always recommend them! Such an amazing and fantastic duo!

Ive been here before and had no problems. This passed week I went for a pedicure and boy did this one lady mess up my polish. It started coming off the day I left. 45 dollars literally down the drain. I waited 3 hours in there as well just for the pedicure. Overall the owner does great nails. Maybe I will go back only if she does them

Au did an awesome job on my daughters nails. Meydy worked very hard to correct an issue with my nails. She went above and beyond and did an exceptional job. We will definitely be back!!

The owner did an EXCELLENT job on my nails! I showed her what I wanted and she had no problem recreating the image! Her and her staff members were very friendly, I stayed just talking to them for hours!

Got the deluxe pedi and a manicure with gel. Deluxe pedi was $40 and I paid $40 for my nails. The work is trash. She cut so much of my skin after the cuticle it’s still in pain and the work is sloppy. I only I costed because my salon is closed on Sunday’s and I decided to go here but no. The environment wasn’t soothing like a nail salon should be. Roaches by the mani booth. Picture was posted the mani with the light pink polish. Look at how sloppy my nails look. I just got them done Sunday today is Monday. Never again.

Made an appointment days prior, showed up on time and they were very rude, and then told us we had a 45 minute wait. Don’t waste your time, they obviously have an attitude, and time management problem.

First time going. I like the convenience of them being open on a Sunday. The nail tech was talkative (pleasant) and very patient. I will be back 🙂Update I went back a month ago They did a horrible job. The nail techs were still in training she cut me. I had to ask for something to stop and clean the wound I spent over 200 for me and my daughter to get a full set and pedicure 😩 never again will I go back nails were warped and very thick. The gel polish on toes came off in 5days Waste of 💰

The Latin girls who work here are apprentices and very arrogant and rude, when Ms Au is not there, they behave in a bad way, I have been a client for 8 years of this salon, the owner is not available I had to come to a pedicure and manicure and they were very rude to me.

Just because my original post for some reason got deleted. This salon basically only have girls in there thats learning how to do nails. I understand they have to learn, but not on me. If you choose to go here I recommend you to only let Au service you. Another nail tech across town had to correct what they screwed up today. Very dissatisfied!

Was on a search for a nice place to get my nail done at. I tried using the explore page on IG but wasnt having any luck due to the techs I was finding being booked. I googled nail salons near me and came across this one. Au did such a great job. Shes very knowledgeable with what she does and she wont let you down. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be going back and point everyone that compliments my nails in the direction of this salon.

I went in for a fill and pedicure. I was seated immediately but it still took a hour to get my feet done. She told me to wait while she set up her station. 30 mins went by and still no tech. When I asked where she was the man said she had an emergency in the back. Could I not have been offered the courtesy of telling me that ? Another tech ? So I ended up leaving and they didnt even seem apologetic.

Its my first time coming here today as I was in the area to visit a friend. A decent spot for you to come and actually enjoy your time. Clean and organized. The place is really nice and friendly with very qualified techs. The lady took her time to work on my nails and paid attention to every tiny details, unlike many other places which rush me out when they get busy. My nails now look fantastic with beautiful design, perfect shaping and length just the way I like it. Reasonable price. Highly recommended !!

This place came recommended ; however I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. First the price was not discussed. I got charged for polish which was done poorly and for the length had I known this I wouldn’t have gotten gel polish $15.00, and what they consider a long length charge. I will never, never, never return. So those of you be warned ask what is considered extra length and don’t get gel polish.Very unhappy and unsatisfied customer ☹️☹️☹️

I took my daughter here for her birthday and we both got pedicures and manicures. This is a very spacious Shop with a lot of color opportunity. The service was great!If I was to give one critique it would be that Im new to the shellac world and was very interested in the chrome color that the nail tech had on and I dont feel like she could articulate and explain to me how she did it but was quick to let me know it would be like 45 or $50.

Though the lady working on my nails was trying her best to be thorough she lacked experience. The nail polish was dry and did not go on smoothly at all. When I brought it up she offered to redo it and I agreed... I wish I did not though because instead of removing my new sandals with orthopedic foam she just soaked everything with nail polish remover leaving huge red stains on my new sandals that WONT come off 😕☹. I know for sure I wont be back...

I love this place. Visit every 2 or 3 weeks. Deluxe pedicure is amazing for the price, and Ao is great at making sure customers are happy. Bonus---they serve wine!

Stopped in Tuesday about mid-day. I was the only customer there for a little while. Jb(Javy) ? not quite sure I understood her correctly, but she did a fantastic job on my nails! I had dip powder done and a pedicure. I will definitely go back again.Re-cap: My nails looked great!....for about a week and then they started coming off. When I get them done at my regular place they last for 3-4 weeks. Would still come back for just a pedi though...no complaints there.

Maddy is amazing for pedicures. I’ve gotten my nails done 3 times and 3 different ways, and all of them have been terrible. I’m definitely sticking to this place for pedicures only.

Beyond nails & spa is amazing!!! I love going there and dont go anywhere else!!! my son even loves going there because they are so nice and wonderful! My visit with my friends was great. The service was great. I got the deluxe pedicure, the sugar scrub and paraffin wax was my favorite part. The staff is friendly and the place was very clean.

Esmeralda and Leah are fantastic!! My daughter and I go here often and we love the job they do. They make the nails thick or thin to your liking.

Au is a talent and funny nail tech. she will make you laugh while giving you the best mani/pedi youve ever had.

They were really nice but the work was horrible and definitely wasn’t worth my 55 dollars. I literally had polish on my nails and hand I wish I could take a picture and let’s not start with how long it took for her to do my nails🤦🏾‍♀️ At least two and a half hours!!!

I was excited about trying this place due to the good reviews. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The ambience that people have spoke of is basically just dim lighting, which I enjoy, but that is the extent of the ambience. Each pedicure chair has a light hanging down in front of it. I was seated in one of the two chairs that had a much brighter light than the others. I left my sunglasses on it was so bright. The person that did my pedicure barely cut my nails and they were not even. Other than that it was just okay. Especially considering I spent $40 for the pedicure alone. I paid $10 more for the luxury pedicure which was basically $10 extra for paraffin in a flimsy plastic bag that I was just handed. I got just a regular manicure that was already chipping by the end of the day. Also the nail polish is not smooth on my nails, even though the person applied one coat only. I ended up spending close to $70 after the tip. Very disappointed. Will not return or recommend to others.

I’ve been here several times. Customer service is terrible. One time they dropped wax on my sweatshirt and didn’t offer to pay for damages. Went back again to get a pedicure and my toe was cut. The girl didn’t acknowledge it or apologize. If they make a mistake, they won’t correct it. They will not give you the owner’s number or let you leave your number for them to call you. I would recommend you go somewhere else!

My wife walked in to get a manicure. She didnt have to wait for very long and she loved the way her nails looked after they were done. She said she is definitely going back for a pedicure!

I am NEVER going back here again. I have given it a FOURTH CHANCE and I am so seriously disappointed. My nail tech was so incredibly focused on her conversation with another girl about skipping school, illegal antics and what not that she left both of my feet riddled with cuts from when she was using the foot exfoliation tool. This is the Fourth time I have been incredible disappointed. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Also, I would be more than happy to provide pictures for anyone that wants proof. Save your money and go to either Cherish nail spa on Kavanaugh or heights nails by papa johns on kavanaugh. Never. EVER. AGAIN.

My daughter and I decided to try this salon bc the one we usually go to when she is home was closed. We are sooooo glad we did ! We had the best experience! Au did both of our manicures . I recently had a bad experience at the shop. My appointment was at 9:30 I didnt get out of the shop until 2:30 PM.🤬🤬 The nail tech didnt look at the appointment before starting the service. The nail tech was not the person I initially made the appointment with. The staff change the appointment hours before I was set to come in. The nail tech made several mistakes 😒. They need to upgrade their products because they dont last like other products used in the nail industry💯. Management is not helpful when trying to resolve the situation.😡😡

On a business trip for 2 day in Arkansas my coworkers brought me to this place to get our nails done and honestly i really enjoyed my very first experiences today. The atmosphere here was very relaxing and welcoming. People here were really friendly and greeted us very well. This place had plenty of Pedi chairs which were still in good condition and gave us a great massage while having technician worked on our nails. We got Deluxe Pedi for $40 and it was definitely worth what we paid. We really loved the way our nails came out. So wonderful. The price was reasonable for such a high quality works and great services. I wish this place is located in my hometown so i can visit them more often. I will definitely come back if i have chance. Highly recommended!!!

Horrible manicure. I left with unevenly filed nails and polish all over my cuticles. The tech also pulled at my cuticles, leaving them incredibly sore and red.

Ive been a return customer since New Years, and have decided to leave due to inconsistent service and subpar attitude from some staff.The quality of work depends on who you get, however, my most disappointing visit here occured - with an experienced lady when I was preparing for a trip to Chicago. I paid over $90 (not including the tips to each lady) to be serviced and to have gel colors on hands/feet.1] She did not follow my instructions (even though I had a picture from one of my preferred techs who was off that eve).2] 3 of my nails had popped off and the color was coming off by Day 5 (even though they were gel AND I had not been rough on my hands).I decided to give the shop one last chance for the sake of my preferred techs, but they have both recently quit due to shop morale.

Second/Last Visit: I went back to this salon maybe six months later... Its crap! My nails started peeling two days later. There was no massage this time. I had a trip planned and was unable to return and have them re-do their work. Im never going back there.--------------First Visit: The staff are friendly and professional. The atmosphere is pleasant. My standard/$30.00 (no paraffin) pedicure (includ. moisturizer and massage) went very well. My standard/$17.00 manicure (includ. paraffin, massage and moisturizer) was better than many Ive had -- if they massaged or moisturized at all! The manicure girl however, was more timid than her co-worker. She had actual clean-up to do around my nails after the color was applied. But she was consciencous
