Decided to take my daughter to Chic nail salon that was recommended from a friend. The salon was nicely decorated and staff was very nice. My daughter loved the polish selection . She got the basic pedicure treatment. She said the massage chairs was great and the foot scrub was amazing. After the foot scrub and massage, hot towels was wrapped in her feet. She stated this was the best pedicure shes had. Her polish was perfect and looks great with her summer sandals. 🙂

Overall great experience and very different from my usual place I go! The employees are very kind and professional. They are quick but also take there time and my nails came out looking incredible! Very reasonable pricing also.

After a bad experience at another nail salon, I was so nervous trying to come here to see as if I had just finished fixing my nails. I made the best decision when it comes to scheduling these people! Great service and my nails are beautifully polished and shaped. I have a deposit. The customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly and talkative but will also respect you if you need some peace and quiet. Very quick but my visit was not short-lived.

A woman named Lupita did my nails and they were amazing and made my imagination come to life. Can’t wait to come back!

My grandmother and myself went here, it was nice inside, people were semi-friendly. They talk and laugh more to each other and kindof ignore the fact that your setting there. We were told there would be a 30 minute wait so we decided to get a pedicure. We picked which one we wanted but the lady couldnt understand us, we couldnt understand her. So we just got whatever she pointed at. It was fine, we were pampering. We were there for FOUR hours. I got a full set with shilac, my grandma was supposed to have the same thing. They did not put a full set on her, just acrylic on her own nails and pained them. They charged the exact same for hers as they did mine. The workers couldnt stop talking to each other long enough to get her nails finished in a timely manner. $220 was our bill. Wont be doing that again.

I have been to a few different places but overall this is by far my favorite! I always feel welcome, the staff is super friendly. My nails always last a minimum of a month, other places the clear coat and dip powder start to dip after 2 week and break super easily. Here my nails feel non existent and natural and not blocky like other places do. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place for anyone looking to be pampered.

This was literally my first time ever experiencing a well detailed pedicure like it feels so good and they gave what it was supposed to give like I highly recommend people who haven’t gone here yet to go here Because they will literally make you feel like a king or a queen with the way how they were but your feet and massage your calves

I always feel welcome when I come to this salon. Other places will size me up at a glance and serve me at their convenience. Deluxe nail spa makes me a priority every time I walk in the door. I am seated quickly, appointments run on time,, and I never feel rushed, no matter how busy they are. They are very friendly, polite, and careful. I come back for the relaxing atmosphere and great customer service.

Service is always amazing, and quality of work is superb, even when it’s packed or busy they still seat you quickly. Prices are completely fair, I give a full 5 stars and I won’t go anywhere else 😊

I received Overlay on my nails with gel polish and gel on my toes and they always take their time. Love this place.

Service is great and everyone is nice. However, you are charged double. I paid $90 for a pedicure with gel toe polish (nothing more added) and I could have got it done the exact same way at another nail salon for about $45. I will not be returning due to overpricing.

They did a great job with my pedicure and the deluxe pedicure with 10 minute massage was amazing.There wasnt a wait when I came either. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and personable too.If Im ever in the area again I would come back.

Came in with my daughters (10 and 6) to get pedicures and a full set for me. Called before arriving to make sure I didn’t need an appointment. Once arriving she told me she could start our pedicures but wasn’t sure if there was anyone available to do my nails. At the time there wasn’t many customers only the few that they were working on. So the guy who does my feet nipped me several times and pedicure was half done correctly. I watch as the offer other guest, assuming (regulars) beverages which I was not. One of my big toe is missing a huge part of my toe nail which I had to go somewhere else to get a tip out on. Pictures look great on page but I will never return…EVER!!!!

Friendly staff! We laughed and joked the entire time. Went in with two other girls and they did mani and pedi’s on all three of us and we loved how it came out. I was Not disappointed. They got to us as soon as they could and still stayed an hour after closing to finish us up. Didn’t rush or anything. I will Be going back.

I got a pedicure because I was in love with the way they did my nails a few days before. Well my pedicure is bumpy, the Polish is darker in certain spots, and the nails are uneven. My feet still feel rough at the bottom and I don’t like how the polish is on my skin as well. For $70 I could’ve went elsewhere. I wish I knew how to upload pics and videos. Don’t get your nails done here unless it’s by the lady in the first chair.

I was really hoping this place would be decent because I’m getting engaged soon so I just wanted my nails to look good. I asked for basic gel nails and the lady was super rough and made my first nail bleed profusely. I asked if she could be more careful because I might be getting engaged so I don’t want my nails to look all bloody. Then she continued to make 4 more of my nails bleed then said it was my fault because I made her nervous and got someone else to finish them who went on to cut another one of my nails. The had no sympathy and basically blamed the whole thing on me.

Chic Nails & Spa did an incredible job with my Full Set. They have lasted me over a month and a half and still look amazing. I made an appointment before hand and received on time, exceptional service. I definitely recommend others to try out Chic Nails because this is without a doubt the best, cleanest, and most professional nail salon I have ever seen!!! You won’t be disappointed!

First, this establishment is very clean. It seems to be very popular. I am pleased with the pedicure my mom received; however, I scheduled appointments for us. Our appointments were at the same time. When they finished with my mom, an hour and a half had passed and they still had not gotten to me. I just ended up cancelling my appointment. It was enough that my mom received her services but I was still greatly disappointed that too much time had lapsed for me to get my service. My mom and I had other plans and I didnt want to miss out on them. I do not understand their ppointment system. I am open to trying them again, but I will have to consider a morning appointment.

I had an appointment at 2:30 and didn’t get seated at a table until 3 and then didn’t get my nails started on until 3:30. All my nails are different shapes and lengths. The acrylic is super thick. The design I asked for did not happen and they were $80. I don’t mind pay for good nails but these are horrible. Just got them done the other day and one just popped completely off last night. I will never go back.

Really nice place, with great service definitely recommend if you want to know how much it cost it was $80 for the manicure and $45 for the pedicure.

I am new to town so I asked around and Chic was suggested. I went in for dip nail manicure. A gentleman named “VU”. Did my nails and he was amazing. He did not rush though. My nails look great, smooth and perfectly shaped. There were a lot of stations and techs for both manicured and pedicures. Their pedicure stations looked really neat too.

Where do I begin?! When I walked in my nail tech was doing her own nails and made it seem like I was an inconvenience for making her do mine. I had to turn around and ask if it was her bcus she just starred at me and asked the front if I wasn’t getting a pedicure so I can sit elsewhere. I asked for a REGULAR acrylic set, nothing fancy, ($40ish) I don’t care for shellac. Well $65 dollars later I get a basic set white, squared & full of bumps. Never going back again, I’ve been going for years until recently I moved further away so when I’m close to town I make a trip there but clearly it’s time to find a new place

I have SCABS on my toes near the cuticles from them being buffed/scraped off during a pedicure here. Never experienced this and I’ve gotten pedicures multiple places for years. For the higher price they charge, I would expect better care. I’m focusing on them healing currently. Won’t be back ☹️

I have been a customer at this establishment for about a year and on average the customer care is mediocre at best. The services they provide are overpriced for the adequate quality. I recommend new patrons come in with little to no expectations and you may leave satisfied or even impressed. Compared to other nail salons in the area, this location is reasonable as far as nail design, cleanliness and accessibility. Adequate place to go for basic nail services but leaves much to be desired.

Me and my friend came here because our nail salon was super busy ( beyond nails) they was able to get us in but they are really expensive they wanted to charge us $180 for nails ( I really believe the owner just didn’t want to do it, so she threw out a really high price ) it wasn’t anything fancy at all so since we was there already we just decided to get our toes done we was told it was 45$ fair price right ? When we got up to pay we was charged $70 !!! I will not go back to this place. They are overly expensive for the work that I do. Guys you should definitely check out beyond nails

GO ELSEWHERE!!! Establishment appears clean upon entrance but they do not change, sanitize nor use new bits between customers. I asked for a new bit (which cost about 0.02$ if that much) I was met with an attitude and sly remarks. They are rude and unprofessional. I did not finish service so I cant speak on quality.

I have been coming to this salon for some years now and I use the woman owner Lani. The last several times I’ve gone she has not given me what I asked for having to settle on colors I don’t want. Every one I picked out for some reason they can’t do it or they don’t have it although they have it on the nails you look through to pick your color. Monday I wanted a pink in the dip and low and behold that’s the only one in that line they couldn’t find anywhere in the store. So I just wanted clear dip which she kept pushing me not to get it and her husband brought another pink. I didn’t like it and had to come back Friday to get it changed. Well she was running late and once I told her what I wanted she said ok. Well it’s again not what I asked for and she charged me $20 after I had already paid $48+tip on Monday. Both times I wanted to cry. I’ve been a loyal customer and even promoted you and this is what I get!!?? I will never be back and I don’t recommend anyone else going here. It’s not worth it!! They lure you in and do a good job when your new but they don’t care about keeping you. It’s all about the money!!

Horrible service. I went with a friend for my first time to get a pedi and wanted my daughter to try them out for our nails. They did not do the best job on our nails. I decided I wasnt going to go back. My daughter paint was peeling worse than mine after the 2 day. She went to get them to fix it, they gave her the run around, come back tomorrow they are booked. Went the next, they gave her another excuse. Came back told her she had ro book an appointment. She booked the appointment, went the time they told her too and she got there. The lady told her the girl who did her nails wasnt there. Wasted her gas and time. Cozy nails is way better. Listening to my friend trying to give someone a try. Back to Cozy Nails we go. Cozy does a better job and less expensive.

The place is beautiful on the inside! Very very chic! The girl who did my nails was really sweet! My nails were done Monday (12/21) the designs came off two of my nails Thursday (12/24) and one of my nails broke. I called to make an appt to see if the girl who did them can fix them and of course she wasn’t there. So I figured anyone could fix them right? WRONG! The girl on the phone proceeds to tell me no one there is going to fix them!! She tells me I have to wait until Monday to get them fixed!! So I have to walk around and go out with messed up broken nails all weekend (nails I paid a lot of money for) at least that what she thinks I’ll be doing! No way I’m going back to Chic Nails!! Their customer service is bad!SMALL RANT: I don’t understand what the problem is but nail techs are all too happy to take your money but when something breaks or doesn’t look right they act like they don’t want to fix it (or is it just the ones I’ve been dealing with?)

I wouldn’t recommend going here if you value your time and money. The lady at the front desk is unprofessional and doesn’t know how to treat customers. It’s useless to make an appointment. Waited over half an hour every time I made an appointment. Their excuse is always they are short staffed. My girl got a full set of gel nails and they started breaking and falling off not even a week after they were put on. Drove to French nails down the street and they took care of us immediately no appointment and their staff was friendly.

This place used to render good service. Now that Peter no longer works there, I have yet to find a good tech. Been through at least 3 or 4 and they left me disappointed. One of my issues is the amount of product used in my nail service; the acrylic was soooo thin, my nails chipped and broke off shortly after service. Once during a fill, the one tech using the drill had to relax on drilling because it was chipping away at the super thin layer of acrylic. I told her I would like a thicker layer of acrylic this time and she was very dismissive and sorta condescending towards my request..needless to say, my nails didnt last again.. Waste of money. I wont be returning.

My first time coming here was amazing. Lynn did my nails exactly how i asked. The salon is a little more on the pricey side BUT its so worth it. The atmosphere was cute! And i cant stop looking at my nails. Ill be back in a few weeks!! Be mindful of prices and have your numbers calculated up bc they will up the price at the register.

The place is really nice, but the service was horrible I walked in I wasnt even greeted I wasnt even ask what I Needed. Picked Chrome on my nails and paid $55 on Friday for today on Monday to be chipped and coming off already!! On top of that the man cut my finger. I wont be returning to this place the chrome finish looks nice, I doubt it that they would even last through the weekend it was just too much money to pay for something that came off three days later. I just moved to the area and I was really looking and still looking for a good place to get them done on a regular. As a customer that’s been coming to this place of business for two years; I would have never thought I would have had a bad experience at Chic Nails. The customer service I experienced yesterday was the worst ever! I asked the nail professional for a certain look and she stated she was able to do it. When it came to placing polish on my nails I explained that color wasn’t right, nor was the design, the nail professional (Lynn) was extremely rude and told me it was too late and argued with me stating she did what I asked. Which was not true! I showed a photo and she said she would do it so that’s what I expected. Instead she did what she wanted to do and I had to pay $85 dollars for nails I am not pleased with. Then when she she gave me the cost I told her it was just last week and paid $85 for a full set. I asked why I was paying $85 again for a fill. I showed proof by showing her my bank statement on my bank app. She said she didn’t know and that they must have charged me the wrong price. How? Your company has a set price for every service. That doesn’t make sense. If this kind of service your company is offering I would not recommend anyone to this company.

First mail tech that Ive had that takes into account to match the thickness and width of the nails to my hand size. He also has a knack for helping me choose an appropriate polish color for my age and skin tone. On his pedicures... Feet never felt so soft a week after. The salon itself is clean and they offer appointments and walk-in clients. They are fully staffed and perform various nail treatments including dip powder, facial waxing & spa pedicures.

Very GHETTO over priced and poor quality. I got a FILL.. Gel Fill and polish change on toes and was charged $72. No designs no nothing. Then they will set you a appointment and have you waiting a hour NEVER AGAIN

Ive never had such a precise pedicure!! Well, Ive had them before, but they are few and far between. This is the best salon in the area. Its not too expensive and seriously, my pedicures are perfect and I have to end up taking the polish off myself if I want it off because pedicures from here simply NEVER seem to chip. They have some certain polishing skill that other salons truly lack! Whatever it is they do, I wouldnt get a pedicure anywhere else. No bubbling, no chipping... just smooth precise polish.,,

I started going there since summer. Great experience from the girls there. I left my previous regular salon because the girl sitting at desk 8 does a great job at shaping nails.I went into the salon today and had a TERRIBLE experience with the guy claiming to be the owner. I believe they called him Johnny. I noticed he was distracted, so I kindly asked him if it was easier for him I would wait for one of the girls to finish. He rudely replied he was the owner and is busy. I understand you get busy helping others around, but Im coming in for a service and made it easy for him by offering to wait. He continued doing my nails. He realized he was in the wrong so he started being nicer and offering Christmas designs. I kindly accepted and was actually thankful for it. Until the way my nails were carelessly done. I let him know the nails were not the same size. He attempted to fix, but then placed the blame on me. I took ownership of the situation and said ok thats fine that its a bit shorter just make the thumbs even. When he painted my nails, the first coat was terrible and I let him know. He was defensive. He attempted to fix but the stroke to nail was really gooped on there, very thick making them look like they were done by a 5 year old. When he got defensive, he pulled my hand to file it off. He did file it off and I left because he did such a terrible job.I couldnt complain to the owner about the owner. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Last and only $ Ill spend there.

I went here for the first time yesterday and loved it. I had a gel pedicure and manicure and both turned out amazing, my nail technician paid so much attention to detail and made sure my cuticles and everything were perfect and checked to make sure I liked how everything looked. Everyone there was super sweet and welcoming. I also loved to see that they were using proper hygiene, unlike a lot of places. The liners were always replaced in the pedicure tubs and they got out a new set of tools every time, both of which are very important. I’ll definitely be coming here!

Lahni is the best! I’ve been to 3 different nail salons across Little Rock and no one perfected the powder dip manicure like she did. Her attention to shaping & detail is immaculate! Will be recommending this place to family & friends! xoxo

I always have a wonderful experience when I walk into this salon. Customer service is perfect and polite. The nail techs are always gentle and engaging in conversation. This salon has a wonderful selection of just about everything you could want for your nails/toes. When I walk out with beautiful nails, I feel beautiful! Forever going here.

If you get in early in the morning they will get you taken care of fast otherwise be prepared to wait an hour. Other than that the quality of work is phenomenal!

I went for my first visit today and got a mystery manicure. Ive never had gel polish and rarely get manicures but this trip had changed my mind on that! The team was very nice and did everything they could to make it a comfortable process when I was clearly out of my element. On top of that the manicure is beautiful and something I never would have picked out for myself. I will absolutely be coming back very soon.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years. It’s so hard to find an amazing nail tech, great customer service and flexibility all in one. FINALLY I found one! Chic Nails & Spa is amazing. I’m very hard on my nails and constantly having them in water. 3 weeks later they still get complimented like they were just done. Also such a welcoming environment. Highly recommend!

I went on Christmas Eve to get a set of dipping powder nails with no tips. Also had my current set removed. The girl messed up the color that I wanted and instead of just taking it off and start over she just dipped over with a different color which made my set look discolored. I was really upset because I had already been there for 2 hrs. I was charged in full and I just left. Within literally 4 days all my nails started to fall off. I regularly get my nails done at a different and better establishment but I was in town for the holidays and I decided to give them a try. I called and told them and they set an appt with the owner. I went in showing in the work the other girl had done and expecting them to fix them at free of charge. Well she redo my nails and they look way better but continues to charge me at full price. Once again I let her know that I literally was there not even a week ago and that I shouldn’t have to pay because it wasn’t my fault. She ignores me and still charges me. I will NEVER AGAIN return neither will I ever recommend them.

Quiet, clean and friendly environment with amazing staff. They were polite and took their time on our pedicures. The pedicures are well worth the cost as they provide about every treatment under the sun. My feet are so happy and beautiful now! This will be our regular spot from here on out.

I went here for the second time two weeks ago and was waited on by Peter and he did a fantastic job! My nails are so beautiful and I have received so many compliments on them! Ive been here a few times so far and Ive never been disappointed. Place is clean and they use all disposable items which is great! Worth the extra money especially if you need a break. Look forward to coming here again in a few weeks. All technicians are detailed oriented and very friendly.

I love this spa!! I recently booked the party room for my best friends birthday celebration, and we could not have chosen a better location. The entire staff is so accommodating and helpful, the party planner Liz worked with me to ensure all guests received services even though one of their therapists quit suddenly. Beautiful spa, clean facilities, and great prices, what more could you ask for?

Have been to quite a few nail spas in my time but have found this to be the most friendly, atmospheric place to have your nails done and nothing is too much trouble. The technicians are extremely friendly and most of them know the regular customers. If you are new to the Nail Spa, you are made to feel really welcome and they put themselves out for you. If, like me, you are a regular, their friendly helpful service makes you feel good and they always have a kind word or some banter with you. You dont have to make an appointment just walk in and they will accommodate you if they can and they really try their best for you. I cant praise this salon enough and encourage everyone to go and try it out. You wont be disappointed, I promise xxxx

They are the best expensive but worth every penny

This was my first and last time coming here. I had an older lady do a pedicure and as soon as I got home to look at the work (which I should’ve done before) my feet were still in the exact shape as before, I had to go over my feet and basically redo them myself. On top of that I got a basic set of nails no design just color and was charged 65$ plus the male that worked on my nails cut me multiple times near leaving my fingers bleeding. I usually never share my experience or review because I’m pretty picky, BUT never again will I pay a total of 100$ to an establishment that won’t do the work right or make me bleed and charge so much for an ugly set!

The place was nice and clean, the staff was nice. my nail broke the next day and they continue to break. They were cute to being with but for as much as i spent i would hope they wouldnt break so easily.

Very good place to go get a mani pedi. Peter is the best. Hes very humble and a true professional.

I’ve been here twice now and every time I have gone they have always been running late. I understand a few minutes, but it’s been almost half an hour now, and I’m still waiting. The nail work they do is good, but not worth the high price and excess wait time.
