Been coming here for 5 times and never disappointed. They do a fantastic and consistent job. Ive gotten regular manicures, gel manicures and the newest dipping manicure. Love the dipping the best!

I will NEVER attend this nail salon again!! I went to this salon because I normally do my nails myself but I wanted to pamper myself. Anyways, I went and received a full set and a pedicure. I scheduled an appointment for 3:30pm, no one even acknowledged me until around 4:30pm, they had me sit in the pedicure chair but no service, they didn’t even put water in the bowl for my feet to soak, nothing!! — With my full set, after 3 days my nails were lifting & starting to fall off. I had cuts all over of my fingers, nails were super thick and uneven. I called the salon & spoke with the manager, she told me to come in, which I did.. just for her to do NOTHING!! She said “it’s because I’m healthy on why my nails are coming off.” That is an absolute LIE!! I am a nail tech myself, and only went to pamper myself and relax. The owner told me I had to pay for their mistake. The tech that did my nails also overcharged me. This was the worst experience I have ever had!!

Very nice staff. The young man that did my nails and pedicure was so kind and skillful. He gave me one of the best mani and pedi Ive had! Will definitely go back and ask for him. I came in from Louisiana and didnt have to wait a long time. Very pleased with services and young guy!!

My tech did a very nice job. I also enjoyed her personality. They were able to get us in quickly. Everyone super nice. She did my daughters nails and they turned out beautiful.

I only say I didn’t use this business’s service because I couldn’t. I was told to wait 40 minutes before being seated and that was just fine with me. I walked around the mall but once seated I waited over a hour and a half and not one person touched my nails. I mean I’m not usually a ranter but I’m really disappointed. I do not know what they did to my feet or what chemicals they must have put on them. But I am MAD!!! MY TOENAILS SHOLD NOT BE FALLING OFF!! I MEAN MY WHOLE ENTIRE TOENAIL!! I went here for the first time for my wedding nails, and I was SO well taken care of. My nails, they hold up and get me through 2-3 weeks. I will definitely go back and recommend them based off of my first visit with them.

I appreciate their sanitation with covid. Really gave care on my pedi and manicure every time Ive been there. I really appreciate a place that manicure the cuticles really well.

My nail technician was super sweet, asking me for exactly what I wanted and they really went the extra step to make sure my polish didnt come off my toes when I put my boots on. Enjoyed my experience and will be returning for sure. Thanks :)

Service was really good. Everyone took their time making sure my evening pedicure was complete. I would encourage patrons to consider making appointments to make sure they can fit you in. Staffing is tight due to COVID and in turn, slower traffic at Park Plaza Mall. So if everyone comes at the same time, well... prepare to wait. Nyung was the sweetest and he did an amazing job on my pedicure. Be nice and tip well (AT LEAST $10+ EACH technician on an $60+ bill). Great spa for a mall salon! Will return!

They knew this review was coming. Got 100% discriminated against bc me and my daughter were white. Was told to leave bc a black woman complained even though the mask mandate has been banned. several black people came in without a mask and nothing was said and they werent refused service. white people and hispanics you have been warned! stay away from this business!!!

They are pretty good!!!! I get my feet done here often! They always come out very soft! This last time I went a older gentleman did my feet and he cut off part of my big toe nail and tried to polish over it! I was very disappointed being that I got the deluxe spa pedicure with gel polish so I paid $65 and wasn’t satisfied! I won’t be back unless the owner is there. He has been on vacation and you can tell.

It was well worth the price. I got a manicure and pedicure, they made them super long just the way like them, they took their time, I was there until the boss left but that’s okay because it was weeks until I needed a fill in and they were super friendly ! Amazing hospitality, they offered me refreshments made me feel super comfortable!!

I came back to get my nails filled, I made an appointment, but that didnt seem to matter. It took FOREVER and then after I finally did get started, she (the manager)used the wrong color, when I said something to her, sheCompletely ignored me!!! Then she YELLED at me because she made a mistake. I have NEVER been treated so rudely in my life!! I was almost in tears. Finally the lady that originally did my nails came to the rescue!!

Horrible. The older lady was very rude and rough. She kept sighing really loudly and rolling her eyes as she did my nails. My polish has lumps and bubbles on both my nails and toenails. I was over her rude facial expressions and sighs so I didnt bother asking her to fix my nails because she was to rude. First time there and dont plan on going back the customer service was horrible. The lady hid her name tag behind a jacket she had on so I am unsure of her name.I definitely will take my money elsewhere.

I asked for a pedicure, just a regular pedicure with regular white polish and the lady that did my feet told me and I quote “eww regular white ugly eww” . So I ignored because I still needed my feet done. She started working on my feet and when she was scrubbing them she didn’t even scrub the back of my heel so it still needs work done. I inserted a picture.

Went for a pedi after being told to sit in the chair with no water to wait a hour for the next person to walk in and they run their water right away.. still waited another 20 mins just to leave to go somewhere else because the lady didn’t know how to do a plain overlay

I like that theyre perfectionists with the filing of the nails too. Ive gone to other places where it seems rushed but not here. I will continue to come here because of the amazing service and the cute nails!!!!

Went here yesterday and got a manicure. I can easily say it is the worst one iv ever had. my polish has bumps and bubbles in it. Very unhappy and would not recommend.

Normally I dont post reviews but had too this time. The place overall is at least clean but that wasnt my issue. My issue was the fact that once my Pedi started the young man that was doing it was falling asleep. Im not sure the reasoning behind him falling asleep but thought it was unprofessional. To top it all off the Pedi I got wasnt even done rite (I get pedis a lot) its as if he had forgotten what he was doing. All in all if I was to come back here Ill request someone different.

Pretty nails are the worst. I got dipping powder on my nails and they are lifting from one week. I should have known that the quality of their work was going to be bad when people was walking in and they was telling them to sit and no one came to work on their nails for an hour. It took 2 hours for them to soak and work on my nails. I will never not will I recommend anyone to go there. They all need to go bck to school for it or shut it down and hire new workers!!!!

Loved the experience! Little to no wait on a Friday after work (6pm). Came in for a Pedi... Choose the Tropical. Staff was very friendly & fun. The paraffin wax at the end was a special treat to my feet at the end of a hard week. Will diffinately come again.

AVOID THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!I came in for a simple fill. The manager yelled at me because I asked her to use the same color as before. Then she ignored me until I finally got the sweet lady who originally did my nails to fix it. The manager hovered and made several snide and hateful remarks to me about the color she used being the right one. I was almost in tears.

The girls are so cute, I asked if they could be gentle on my feet since he was so sweet and cute how she was giggling while I was smiling. They are very attentive and do a quick job.No complaints at all. One of the nicest facilities Ive been to.

Just recently started going here. The only place I go since I discovered it. All ladies are awesome and super pleasant. We had a nice conversation while they were doing my nails. The new shop with the new manager looks amazing!! The staff are very friendly and always do a fantastic job. They seem to always be up to date with the new trends and styles. I have been getting my nails done with Lee for years and she always does a perfect job. I have also had Jennifer a few times and she does a great job as well. I highly recommend this shop.

Be careful with the pricing! They have a way of increasing prices after services have started. These shops should make sure there is a full understanding of services expected and a price quoted before services are rendered. Buyer beware. Everyone wants your money!

They always have fun and I really love the enviroment here. I sent a lot of my family and friends here and they also love it. I would recommend you to come week days is better because their weekends are always busy. But if you wanna come on weekend make sure you make appointment. Love you guys !!

I tried this place out because I was at the mall and honestly was too lazy to drive to the place I normally go to that does a great job. Big mistake of mines. The guy was incredibly rude for no reason. Three of my fingers were cut from the electric nail filer. No small talk which I’m ok with so I’m just sitting there watching him do my nails and he says “don’t look at me look at your daughter” (which was getting her nails done). I thought he certainly can’t be that rude so I said “excuse me” and he says it again. I was in shock! He took about 45 min to do both a pedicure and dip nails which I felt was done rushed. He messed up one nail and got upset he had to re do it. Just overall BAD experience.

Very friendly staff and they do an amazing job. My girlfriend loves going here and will not go to any other nail shop. The shop itself looks very clean and brand new. We are always greeted immediately and with a smile. You get what you pay for, and they always offer amazing service.

I will never go back laid 35 for my God daughter and not even 2 weeks maybe 1 one of her nails popped clean off!! Suuch a waste of money Im so disappointed I should have taken her to where I know they will do a good job so sad they are busy too I feel they use short lasting materials charge so much would have been 45 they said but only charged 35 and I gave$5 tip!! I came here last night to treat myself to a full set of acrylics. (Base price $30, I got shellac for an extra 5.) Cost me 55. When I was getting them done the lady cut my fingers with the drill several times and when she put on the primer it burned like hell. All she said was sorry and kept doing my nails. As of right now, my nails are extremely sore and it hurts to press on them even a little bit. I will NOT be going back to this place, ever.

I love going here but last Friday was my first time having a bad experience. The guy I had was very rude I asked for opi white polish for my toes and he was like it doesnt matter white is white and the polish is already coming off. Then I wanted medium length nails and he did the length that he wanted to and told me that I needed to hurry up and make up my mind... Ill come back again I just dont want him to do my nails ever again

I got a full set and asked for the silk wrap I got acrylic (Im allergic to primer so I know thats what I got) but was charged for the silk price. Got a pedicure she was rude and rough I asked her to clip my toe nails and she act like I was on her last nerve..this will be last time I come to your place of business.

They did absolutely horrible. My nails were uneven, finger skin had glue everywhere the acrylic was uneven . They will never have my service again. The only good person in there is the african american lady other than that they’re gonna mess your nails up.

I called to ask about the pedicure they offer and the price, as I have never visited this salon. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and not assistive at all. When I asked what was included in the pedicure, she replied “I am very busy”. I asked what she said because I didn’t know if I had heard correctly. She then replied “What. Do. You. Want.” In a very stern and annoyed voice. I then almost started to ask about the pedicure again STILL going to give them my money but then I heard her sigh loudly. I then said nevermind and she abruptly hung up the phone. I will NEVER be going to this salon.

This has to be a joke. The only good reviews have similar verbiage and the pictures SHOWN even look terrible, especially purple nails. The broken English they speak makes this even more apparent. One of them even said she was greeted and asked if she had an appointment! Youre lucky if you get acknowledged. This place is the worst nail shop Ive ever been to. Dont even bother, even if its out of convenience.

Where do I start?? They did an incredibly HORRIBLE job! Pedicure was horrible as the French polish came right off within 3 days. Literally, 3 days! The broad who did my nail dip didnt know what the hell she was doing. I have bricks on my nails. I went to another nail shop on Chenal and the lady attested to how horrible the previous job was and redid it. Do NOT waste your time guys. I promise you, youll be royally pissed when you get OVER charged for a subpar job. They need to be replaced. Simon malls need to seriously consider getting their asses out of there.

I actually give this place zero stars, Google has it wrong. Your nails will come out looking like dog poo. Go ahead and see for yourself after spending $75 on a manicure and pedicure. Or, you can just trust the word of one of the people on here thats not an employee of the place.

Really friendly, talented employees. Put my cell phone in a bag of rice when I dropped it in the water, and also found and returned my mothers credit card when she forgot it there.

I try to come Pretty Nails during a day for a pedicure done & Im very happy with my experiende. It was just me and I had been waiting 10 mins. She was extremely personable and used the best product to me - Nuskin - look them very shiny and beautiful. All of tool at the salon is sterilized in before and after using ( ten points for them ). Cant wait to return!!!
