You want great quality work go see the nail techs at unique nails..

Soon as I walked in nobody spoke to me so I politely asked how long for nail removal he told me an hour and it was only like 3 customers inside. I don’t think he wanted to help me so I told him I’ll be leaving a review.

I really enjoy going to this shop the owners are husband and wife and they are both really good at basic nails. However the husband ( Ken) is the one I would prefer to do my pedicure unless his oldest son happens to be in the shop he is excellent at pedicures. The wife is good at nail designs. If you do happen to visit your best work would come from this couple in the shop!

I have been going to Kay and Ken since I was 15 and I love it here and it is by far the best nail salon in Little Rock!!!!

Ken and Kay are very sweet people. They offer appointments and are very timely. Ken is quiet but very kind and pays very close attention to detail. Kay is always up for a conversation and makes the experience an enjoyable one. My mom and I frequent this salon every couple of weeks and will continue.

I called made an appointment the day before for a refill, and was able to set up an early appointment. I was immediately taken to a chair. Ken and his wife (sorry... I was talking to her throughout my visit and didnt get her name... 🙄🙄😊😊... ) were very welcoming and professional... I ended up getting my nails taken off and got a brand new set. I even got my eyebrows waxed... Overall, I enjoyed my visit and will definitely be returning for a refill and pedi... 😊😊😊

Great professional environment. Kay and Ken are the best in the business and Amone is my pedicure technician who never disappoints me. Been a patron for over 10 yrs and will continue to do business with them.

This nail salon is horrible, I used to be a customer years ago when they first opened up and it was okay, until I was sitting at the nail desk and a house roach crawled across the table. I hadnt been back since. However, this past weekend my son was getting married and I took my daughter to get a shellac (white-tip) which cost us $30. Everything was fine for one day, and yesterday (Sunday 7-24-16) the shellac started peeling off.I called the owner today and told him what was going on and expressed that we would like a refund and all he could offer was a touch up of the sorry service that wed already received. He said, We dont have a refund policy, We only offer touch up. Well now I remember why I stopped going. We have been getting shellacs for years and never has this happened. Either the nail tech was inadequate at her job or perhaps they were using old product. Whatever the reason; we will never return to this place for any of the botched up services they offer and hopefully it will soon be shut down.

They are very unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend this place of business! When I ask to cut down he he didn’t even ask how long he just begin cutting.

They are rude and on top of that...very poor service, and awful nail technicians. They are very terrible and do not even deserve one star...i would not recommend them on anyones nails.

Not worth 1 star! Brought a pic of how I wanted French tips done and they look horrible. Asked for them to be square and they are crooked all the way around. Will not be going back!
