Very clean and quiet on a Tuesday. Uses plastic liners and clean instruments. No masks.Did the Spa Pedicure and it was wonderful! The idea was to do my toes with a base color and a design color, but the design had to be in white. The brush for the white color was thin enough to do leaves like I wanted.Bottom line: These are nail professionals and can do great art. Please work with your specialist to get the style youre wanting. Bring pictures to help explain and show them want you would like. They can take it from there. I love this salon. This is the only place Ive been to get my nails done. The atmosphere just makes you come back.They are all so welcoming and get the job done.

I’ve been here several times and even brought a group of ladies with me to get services done for our special events and vacations. We’ve have great experiences and we always tip very well (between $10 to $25 based on what we get and who services us). I had an appointment yesterday and the man who serviced me had really poor customer service skills. Very curt with his responses and not nice at all. My nails and pedicure was nice, but he could have been nicer. When I asked to book my next appointment, he had very little patience. He abruptly handed me a card and told me to call the next day to book. I’m a regular customer and didn’t need the card, but don’t worry, I will not be back. FYI..the other nail techs were extremely nice to their customers. Especially the one named Jimmy. I wish I had gotten this man’s name.

Today makes my third visit to Cozy Nails. Each visit was pleasant. The staff is very friendly. Nice atmosphere. The nails last for about three weeks which is great for my schedule. My first visit I had Natalie, she does a great job. Best pedicure ever ❤️ I must add that two others have done my nails as well and they also did a great job. I’m just glad that I’ve finally found the salon for me.

I got a gift for my significant other and she enjoyed it very much and had nothing but positive things to say about this place.

Im looking for a regular nail shop in LR, but it wont be here. $120 for 2 full sets...NO GEL just regular polish, too expensive. Also, the polish started coming off the NEXT day. The pedicure was ok. The atmosphere is nice.

They charge a arm and a leg first off. I’ve got wayyyy longer nails with designs & glow in the dark acrylic for $55-60 dollars before. My nails look nothing like the picture I showed them. There’s no reason my nails should be $92 and their shorter than ever. I wouldn’t recommend

Manicure was half-half. The guy was rough and made my thumb bleed a little(not too bad); the end result was okay, under the nail sucks to say the least.

One of the guys can’t do nails and overcharged way too much for simple designs. The glue also literally rips your fingernails out and hard to get off without damaging your nails. I also didn’t get the design I wanted. Please listen to the reviews about the male doing nails. I forgot his name, but he needs to get fired.

Accompanied my girlfriend to get her manicure one day and couple of days later we went again to get her pedicure, both days we got there about 30 minutes before closing and they were more than happy to accommodate my girlfriend. Everyone were nice and helpful, definitely the place to go for manicure and pedicure.

When scheduling my appointment, the lady over the phone, was really nice but once I got there and entered the building, a male technician did not greet me properly, he literally asked me “what do I want” & this same guy ended up doing my nails and pedicure. When it came to color selection, I told him I didn’t see the color I wanted, do you have more blues to choose from, and he rudely insisted what he gave me to choose from was sufficient enough and finally another tech provided me with more choices. And during my pedicure, the tools and instruments he used was clearly heavily used and apparently unclean. Also, facial mask and social distancing are not enforced, it seemed to be optional. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I don’t pay you to be rude and unclean!

They rushed through my deluxe pedicure and manicure. Water, paraffin wax, and towels were extremely hot. Toe wasnt completely painted. Nails were chipping within 24 hrs. So not worth $68!!

I just love Natalie and Hank! They are awesome! I always bring in a picture for Natalie and she never cease to amaze me with her skills and creativity. I go every 2 wks now just because I like something different, but I never have a problem with my nails nor their service. Also the pedicures given here are nothing short of exceptional and relaxing.

I chose this location for my first mid-pandemic trip in a year and I’m very impressed. The location is clean, everyone is following COVID guidelines, and all the staff was very friendly. I waited three weeks after my first initial appointment before writing this review, because I wanted to speak on the quality of the product that is being used. I wore a full set for three solid weeks and not one nail came off. If you have not been here, you are missing out. Best pedicure of my life as well! Ask for Hank, you NEED this man in your life. Promise.

Nathie was awesome. She took direction very well. I asked her attend to my feet in a specific manner; she knew exactly what I “wanted/needed” and went to work!! My feet feel like new! The service was exceptional. The exfoliating, massage and attention to detail to my toenails and heels is just undeniably the best service in Arkansas. The hot towels and warm wax felt so good. They are friendly and accommodating. Genuine and sincere. You walk out feeling like a million bucks and they truly aim to please! You will not regret your visit. Professional and skilled service. I took my daughter age 9 and her friend here to get their nails done and the staff was awesome. As a dad I don’t really know what to tell them when they ask what kind of nails they want so they did a really good job working with my daughter and figuring out exactly what they wanted to do.

Out of all the nail shops I’ve been to (and I’ve been to many in SEVERAL different states), this is by far the best one. The service was phenomenal, and the staff was very friendly and informative. I went for a pedi that was well overdue. They did not rush on my feet, and made sure they were smooth before I left. The massage felt great and my gel polish looks fantastic. Did I forget to mention that the prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a new permanent nail shop, this is the place!

I waited for about 15-20 minutes when I walked in although I had an appointment for a fill. I didn’t get the name of the nail tech I had but she didn’t talk much unless I spoke first. She was a little rude if I told her something hurt or when I asked her to file my underneath natural nail. She did a very poor job on that but the appearance of my acrylic is nice. It took about 30 minutes until it was done.Update: I went back in today (2 days later) to get my nails repainted. The polish they used was old and sticky so it didn’t completely cure. D&D gel is supposed to be hard when cured and mine weren’t. If anything pressed against my nails, it left and indentation. Yesterday was when my nails started to peel (only one day of the gel). I got a whole different color because I didn’t want to get the same color that was old and sticky. Instead of getting Adobe Pink, I chose a bright cherry pink color. It’s much better than before and they didn’t charge me for it. I appreciated that but I don’t think I’ll be back.

Our new favorite place! The nail technicians are excellent. Truly excellent. They are perfectionists in manicuring your hands and feet, and it is very relaxing both manicure and pedicure. I’ve gotten regular polish here and dip. They are superb with both! I’m excited that I found a place with my sister that we love! Extra perk-their prices are very affordable.

Awful... Ask for almond shape got stiletto.. the nail was filed on one side to much, tried to fix it and had to over compensate for the bad filing the nails was really short and crooked. Nails werent smooth

It was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience, I went with my friend for my birthday and I loved it. The staff was very nice I accidentally messed one of my nails on my way out and the Owner (the one who did my nails) was extremely nice and fixed it. I definitely recommend.

The space is very nice and clean. The woman who gave me my pedicure wasn’t wearing her mask correctly which bothered me but when I said something she corrected it. The pedicure was just okay...a day later I have dead skin appearing and the massage was short even though I paid for a “deluxe” massage. I will go back to give another pedicurist a try. Overall, not impressed but no major complaints.

Went for a birthday gift. Out of the four people in my group 3 were dissatisfied. Two girls nail polish had fallen off on several fingers before the day was over. All of us felt rushed through our mani/pedis even though we called ahead and made an appointment. Would never suggest this place for nails.

I heard about Natalie via reviews! I came in and showed her a design I wanted on my nails and she gave me exactly what I asked for! She was very nice and even got me in and out. She’s awesome! I love the hospitality from everyone.

Once I discovered this place, I won’t go anywhere else. They’re the whole package. Travis is my personal favorite but I’ve always had great results on nails here.

Tech showed pictures too pick which one I wanted once finished looked absolutely nothing like the picture. Still charged me $80 even though I didn’t receive the service I wanted.

I got tips and dips for my nails. They look great. The only issue I have is that the nail stylist used an electric nail file that was a bit too abrasive. I have this nails to begin with and when she was filling my nails it hurt and made the mail bed hot and sore. Be I believe if she has used a file but that was less abrasive (finer grain), this would not have been an issue.

I had an appointment @4, for a manicure & pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure did a good job. but when it came to my nails, he kept putting them on crooked & when i was telling him that they were crooked he got upset & told me that my fingers were crooked, which was very rude . so i just told him that i would pay for the pedicure. he referred me to someone else in the shop & he did the nail design that i desired & my nails were glued on straight. if i come back here i will definitely be going back to the second person that did them .

I went to this spa because of the google reviews and while the place is very fresh and cozy, I have to agree with some of the other reviews concerning the communication skills. Most workers understand little to no English. Some pointers:1. If you need a basic service, they are open 7 days a week, and you don’t care much about attention to details, you should visit.2. If you have a special occasion and need top of the line service, this may not be a fit for you.

I thought for the price it was a really good deal. I got a shellac manicure (just a standard one) and they did everything plus wax bags and hot towels. The guy was nice. I’m pleased with it so far. The only downside is that I felt like the guy was rushing a little bit and didn’t clean up my cuticles and that as carefully as he could’ve. Other than that, it was good

My husband and I came here for a pedicure while visiting. Jenny did a good job on his pedicure, but unfortunately jurvis (I believe that is how it’s spelt) did not bother to take time into making my nails an even length, or shape. Toes came out alright.

My sisters bridal party came in for pre-wedding pedicures and manicures. Upon arrival they were waiting for us. They got started really quickly. They did not offer us drinks, we had to ask for them. My sister the bride purchased one of the more expensive pedicure and manicure sets, because it was her special day. They finished the pedicure and started the manicure. As the rest of us were only getting pedicures we decided to pay and head next door to the Mexican restaurant to get appetizers and drinks while we waited for her to finish. My mom told the clerk that she would like to pay for all of the pedicures and my sisters manicure. About an hr later I went back over to check and see how things were going. They were not finished yet. Later my sister comes over to the restaurant in tears because they said she did not pay! Of course she didn’t our mother already had. They would not let her leave to get us. She called but our phones were charging in the car. We went back over and explained to Natalie with the receipt that we had already paid for all! She refused to listen or even look at our receipt. She pushed and pushed and pushed until we paid for another manicure. We even left a great tip. But we were in turn over charged pushed around and for a brief but real moment had our bride held hostage. This is not my idea of customer service or even good service! We will not be back. They made our bride cry and held her hostage, and over charged us! Shame on you!

I love going to this nail shop because they are all very nice and make sure that you are comfortable and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied with your nails. I left one nail shop because they messed up my nails and went to them and they fixed them the way I needed them never a dissatisfied service they do a very good job and I would recommend them. I only went because they were the most top rated out of the other nail salons in the area which is very important since I was only in town for the weekend, visiting from Texas. I arrived 10 mins prior to them opening and still had to wait 20 mins, just for the workers to show up, and once they did, they were all over the place scrambling to get their day started. I informed the nail tech I had to be somewhere at 11 she promised she would be done before then...of course she was NOT and that’s mainly because she was the only person running to the phone every 2 mins when it rang. Now how the hell I got the receptionist as my nail tech I have no idea but it was beyond annoying to say the least. I informed them that I also needed a polish change on my toes upon arrival which they totally forgot about so by this time, 11 o’clock is approaching and I just knew I would be stretching myself thin but I really needed it done. I honestly could have did it myself or let my 10 year old niece do it. I got up to walk out and let them know I wasn’t paying them a dime because oh did I mention my nails STILL hadn’t gotten done and it’s now 1040 because she began working on someone else. I honestly don’t know how they got so many good reviews. NEVER going back. So disappointed.

Spa like atmosphere and it does NOT smell like acetone or anything else for that matter. Clean tools and environment. My nail tech paid amazing attention to detail. I cant wait to come back! They are a little on the expensive side but well worth every dime! Dip powder done right !!!!!
