Ive been coming here for quite awhile. I love this place. I always have Amy do my pedicure & sometimes I get a manicure too. Shes pretty good & always willing to copy whatever picture I show her. My daughter always has Jenny do hers.

I went in for the first time today. I was nicely greeted by the same male technician that did my pedicure and my full set. The pedicure was great 😌, but when it got to my nails he was very rude and making snarky comments at me. I wanted a French tip, and he suggested to get the gel. I was fine with this since I’ve never had it and was excited to try something new. He was very rude about the process and never walked me through. Only saying rude comments “You never got your nails done before !?” Telling me to not stare at my nails while they were being done and instead watch the tv. He said that several times making things very awkward. Then when I asked him about the different nail styles on the display he ignored me. To make things worse I think he was the owners husband. Oh well lost what could’ve been a loyal new customer.

I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they were rude, my nails ending up being rushed and you could tell the nail tech was not happy about doing my acrylics.She cut me several times and had to redo my right hand because it was so bad. She charged me extra for the length I requested and actually made them short.I will not be back and I don’t recommend them.

I love Queen Nail! I try to make it in once a month to get my toe nails and finger nails done. They take appointments and walk ins which is really nice for times when I randomly drive by and decide to stop in. The staff is all super nice and they know me by name when I show up.

Im a guy that appreciates a good manicure and pedicure. I travel and often wind of getting the service on the road. Point is I have tried a lot of places. My new favorite and all time best is Queen Nail. Super service, friendly, and with excellent command of the English language. Great hand and foot massage to finish. Jenny and Van are terrific. And a nice bonus - they are both stunningly beautiful. Ill be back often when my travels take me to Lincoln. Highly recommended.

Just went there with my dad for father and son pedicures and it was such a lovely experience and Im definitely coming back at least once a month. The receptionist was super nice and got us hot herbal tea right away. We sat down and did an awesome foot soak, sugar scrubs, lotions, etc. All natural items and the ambiance was so beautiful and relaxing. Definitely come here if you want a great, relaxing, and fun experience!

I absolutely love this place. Ive tried so many nail places and this is the one place that does a perfect job every time. I can never book them last minute because theyre always busy (especially Harris and Van). Theyre that good. It doesnt matter who you get, youre going to get exactly what you want and youll leave happy. Everyone who works here is so nice, charismatic, and hospitable. I love this place and Im glad I started coming here. Even though the prices are a bit higher than some other salons Ive been to, I think its way worth the money.

Always very good service and nice work on my nails. In particular Jenny is always great (spends special time on my Dads difficult nails). Today I had Harris who was very good and upbeat. Front desk staff also very nice and helpful.

Technician does my fingers and toes and I come religiously every 4 weeks! They are the absolute best here. She is always inspired and has so much fun with her nail designs for me. Ill never see another person!

Absolutely incredible. He is legit and listened to what I wanted but let me know what would look best for my nail shape. What an incredible experience. This place is awesome!!! The atmosphere is relaxing and clean.. All the technicians here are very precise and will make sure they give u the service u asked for and more!!Although my nails are tiny which makes them a little hard to shape, they make sure I get the shape i like..

Ive been here a few times since moving to the area and I love it! Ive always been happy with my nails. Only once I regretted the color choice I made. And even though it was totally my fault, they graciously fixed it the next day - free of charge. Thanks Queen Nail for being so great and customer friendly!

Technician was meticulous and kind. She wasnt too chatty and she didnt hurt me. I came in with my nails a straight mess and she did magic. But she laid a great sturdy foundation and I got exactly what I wanted.

Jenny did such an amazing job on my pedicure. Ive never had a more relaxing pedicure! Very careful and detailed. She took her time during the massage and basically put me to sleep! The shape was exactly what I asked for and the polish was great too. Ill be booking my next pedicure with Jenny for sure.

This is my second time at this salon. All the staff are friendly, courteous and professional. The deluxe pedicure is truly deluxe, with a heating pad for your neck and shoulders and a lovely massage. There is s large selection of polish to choose from and the salon is spotlessly clean!

I found them here on Google. My first visit was for their basic pedicure. I appreciated the sanitary measures that were taken, pedicure tubs had linings and the metal instruments came in a pre sealed sanitized bag. My nails came out perfect and clean. My experience was quick but didnt feel rushed. I would recommend Queen Nail and I plan on coming back.

Very happy with my nails by Jenny I dont think I will go anywhere else now. I wanted a racing theme, but I wanted to use pink and red because those are the colors I wear most. Jenny is awesome!!

The man who helped me was very rude. I am new to Lincoln and will never be going back. Not only was the service awful, it was the wrong color and they didn’t want to do anything to fix it.

I used to go to this place on the regular! Every two weeks for at least 2 years. I loved it. But....Harris is pretty rude, I always noticed the way he would respond to people or answer the phone and it was very short and snotty honestly. One time I went there and got shellac manicure on acrylics, the same day the shellac started to chip and there was bubbles in it. Just an all around not quality shellac job, that I was used to. I called before I went in and told them the situation. I went in the next day, and Harris pretty much accused me of trying to get a free manicure!!!! We pretty much got in a small argument in front of everyone, which is embarrassing because hes questioning my character when Im a REGULAR and tip VERY well every time I went in there. So I have not been back there since then, its been about a year or two. Unfortunate because they do a nice/quality job on cuticles.

I really like Jenny. She does a great job. I have been coming here since July. No complaints!

By far the best nail salon Ive found in #!! Pricing is reasonable and my no chip manicure ACTUALLY held up. I hate when it starts to peel at the nail bed and starts to get caught in your hair constantly... this polish didnt lift at all and I ended up taking it off after two weeks just because it was grown out a lot. Will def be coming back in the future!

My bf and I came to get mani-pedis together. The chairs are super comfy, the service is amazing, and the work is top notch. I accidentally put my shoes on too soon (I was in a rush). Came back the next day and they quickly touched up my big toe without blinking. Will be returning!!!

The male technician was friendly, however, I paid $40 (wanted to charge me $50) for my full set with shellac (one color, no design), medium length, and most of my nails broke off within a week. Very disappointed. Won’t go back.

This is a new nail salon but I was really impressed with my experience. Everyone was friendly from the moment I walked in. Harris did my pedicure and Van did my manicure. Ive never tried SNS before however Le explained what it was when I walked in so I decided to give it a try. Jenny is extremely knowledgeable about the SNS and is a perfectionist so needless to say my bails turned out great! I will definitely be back bc of the quality of work and great customer service.

I really dont make a lot of reviews. Normally only if the service was really below expectations or something was exceptional. I went to the salon a couple of time and more frequently came out unhappy with the service. Most recently I went to get my nails done and the man who did my nails was really rude and impatient. He did them very fast and when I left two nails chiped. I came back the next day after work before an event that I had to attend, and he was rude again and said I had to make an appointment to get two nails fixed. I can understand that there were plenty of clients but I was merely asking to repaint two nails. I will never go back to this place again. There are over 200 nail salons in Lincoln. Go somewhere else.

Le gives the best massage in Lincoln. They offer NU Skin pedicures that are great! Also got a shellac manicure from Le that didnt chip for a good 2-3 weeks. Highly recommend this place!

Not the taller funnier one, the shorter meaner, more aggravating aggressive one. He always has the mood like he doesn’t want to be in there, he seems like a miserable person & he shouldn’t be working in that type of workplace. He is destroying your business. He’s rude to women I have heard him say some pretty disgusting very unprofessional things in Queen Nails. As a business owner myself I am very appalled of some of the things he has said. I will miss the taller funnier guy, I can’t think of his name, he works at Stanley. I will miss his talks. But your husband is a very terrible person. Ive been looking for a salon in lincoln that Ive actually looked forward to going back to and Ive finally found it. $27 for an awesome pedi with multiple massages: lotion, hot oil, hot stone.. They were able to get us in immediately. Seems like they have a lot of regulars just based on how they treated & greeted the clients as they came in. Everyone knew each other. Staff wasnt overly chatty which I personally like when Im trying to relax but others may classify it as a negative. I will be coming here from now on.

I went in to get my nails done a few weeks ago and I left so dissatisfied. I went in for a full acrylic set + polish. I was told the price was $22–which is reasonable. Then, when I asked for a particular shape, they tacked on an extra $5–then she didn’t even shape my nails appropriately. How are you going to upcharge and then not even do it?The lady was nice, but my nails just turned out horribly. She didn’t touch my cuticles, and just left them a mess. I ended up waiting for the acrylic nails to grow out a little so I could do my own cuticles. The polish she applied was poorly done and splotchy. My nails were not smooth or of a consistent thickness. My pinky nail was so thick it started to lift while other nails were so thin I was afraid they’d break. I did not leave happy and I will not return.What made the situation worse was that I told the lady I was getting my nails done and splurging because I was getting engaged soon. I told her I needed my nails to look nice for photos and they didn’t. I had to wait two weeks and go somewhere else to get my fill in done so I could have my engagement photos taken.I am not one to complain arbitrarily, but Queen Nails just wasn’t worth my money. It’s that simple.

I would not recommend. The lady who did my pedicure did a great job and she was very friendly! However, the man who did my French tip acrilic nails did a horrible job! My nails looked cheap and done without care!

You get what you pay for, cheap but not very good in quality. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the salon. The insurments were not cleaned before they were used on the next client. I also got a gel manicure but it was poorly done. I do not recommend.

Was not happy with the fact my great great nieces nail polish popped off two of her fingers, two more by the time she got home and five when she woke up in the morning, and that left one on and it came off after church, they called my niece and great great niece liars, they said she pealed it off, when she said she didnt peal them off, they refused to redo her fingernail polish. I called and got the same run around I told them they had lostour business. They make so much that the $125.00 we spent means nothing to them but there integrity means nothing to us!!

Lee and Harris were willing to stay open past closing time for two pedicures, which was so nice of them! I had a great experience there for my first time.

Went there today and my nails were mad crooked. Looks like no time was spent on my nails charged me way too much for my nails and they weren’t even what I had asked for. Went back in there cuz they said they would fix them and they just cut them off and told me to leave with them like that. Didnt even take the nails off just cut them short. I could say so much more about how rude everyone was in there but you get the hint

A gentlemen did my nails in shallack...I showed him a picture of what I wanted I told him a purple anchor and he did pink I said I didnt like it and he told me it looked fine and I said if Im paying for it then I should like it to look nice and how I want it. so he painted over my pink anchor instead of just redoing it and now it looks ridiculous... then he started throwing my hands around and acting like it was a huge inconvenience to fix something he didnt actually fix... the price is good but you get what you pay for crap!! not going back... then he harassed me about purchasing this vitamin E hand lotion which is really good, but I said no thank you, end of story.... find another nail salon

I had two of my nails chipped within the four days that I got them done. So, I went back to have them fixed. The guys insisted that it was my fault and that I did something to them, but Im not sure as to how they couldve cracked unless they werent done properly. I also wouldnt purposely crack my nail to pay to get them fixed again. Needless to say he fixed the nail and charged me for it, which is a first since nail salons usually fix it for free. Anyhow, the guy I spoke with was rude, but I did however love the lady who did my nails the first time.
