Woman who cut and colored my hair did a terrible job. When I texted and emailed her I got no response and Mina just said she does not get involved because they are independent.

I recently saw Susan. She gave me a horrible hair cut and did an awful job on my color. I asked for summer blond highlights. I asked for butter yellow. She did very heavy low lights that turned out greenish black. I did not notice how bad it was until I got home as she curled my hair. I asked for my money back and she refused. She wanted me to let her fix it. Is she crazy? I wasn’t going to let her touch my hair again! Customer service was awful. There was no accountability, no sympathy. Would never recommend her to do your hair!!

I love this salon & spa for my hairdressers, Kathryn and Dana who both do great work. Maysa does beautiful manis and pedis that seem to last a whole lot longer than when I used to go elsewhere. Its an attractive salon flooded with natural light which is important to me when getting color. Easy parking. Lots of good places to eat nearby too. The spa area in the back is quiet and relaxing. They respect my time and rarely do I have to wait. Reasonably priced.
