New to the area, looking for a good nail shop this may not be the best choice. The young lady is very rude. Our (myself and my daughters) first visit we got pedicures and we witnessed the young lady yelling at the customer for picking at her nails. Still came back for service, like I said it’s very convenient but the second time the same young lady was again short and rude after inquiring about a service my daughter was looking to get. They don’t have enough people working and come with a healthy attitude. With so many other places in the area to go I’d make this your last stop.

Clean, efficient, good prices and friendly staff. Walk-ins are sometimes hard to get, appointment recommended.

My mother Diane frequently gets her nails done here and today the two of us went for gel pedicures. They did an excellent job and were very thorough and took their time, which I always appreciate. The nails look lovely and we were both very pleased!

Needed a pedicure badly and chose this spot which is close to my house. Had a bad experience at Sassu nails so I needed location to go to and Im so glad I did. The gentleman who did my pedicure was so thorough and precise. Will definitely be returning!!!!

I went here to get my nails and toes done because they were recommended and it was the worst decision I made. First off they didnt speak secondly they lie about what they do I asked to get my heals done and he said ok cause it says callus treatment which isnt really provided. Then he disnt polish my toes right it looks like my 4 yr old granddaughter did them they charged my $35 and I left the same way I came in. Will never return there she argued with me about the service. I did not get my nails done because of the service on my feet.

This was my first time at this nail salon and I got SNS. I usually get SNS on my nails so i’m aware of how it supposed to look. The guy who did my nails did a terrible job. It turned out very bumpy and uneven. I usually try not to complain but I was very dissatisfied so I asked for them to soak it off. They told me they were busy and couldn’t soak it off. Maybe they are great with other nail services such as acrylic or gel but SNS is not their expertise. I would advise going somewhere else!

Such great people. Family owned and very personable. If they are busy they will even call when they can take you. Love going there.

Great attention to detail!

I received a gel full set. This is the first salon I’ve been to that offers gel (ibd) full set. The price was very reasonable. They even have a little girls manicure chair. I’ve taken my daughter to get a mani pedi and she loved it. My daughters Polish stayed on for three weeks.

I use to go to the TN nails off of Kildaire farm road, all the time! Katie and her husband are the sweetest people and they take their time doing my nails. I found out they moved to the Apex location and I had to come get my nails done. The salon is very clean and you can tell they care about their customers. I highly recommend TN nail salon. 😊

Scheduled an appointment for a fill in and when I arrived technician stated could not do them bc they were getting ready to close. Sat in the outside afterwards to see Caucasian lady walk in and they gladly serviced her. She sat down at the chair for a full set. Didnt apologize just basically told me I was lying while the guy who made my appointment sat right there and listened

They are very friendly and do a wonderful job. My daughter gets a full set with gel polish and I always get a pedicure. They are very gentle and give great foot and leg massages. Its extremely relaxing.

I was a little reluctant to come here to get my nails done after reading the reviews. I have to say I am so happy that I decided to come here and give this salon a try!! Vincent did my Spa Pedicure and my SNS nails. His pedicure was amazing! And his attention to detail when it came to my fingernails was second to none! I have been getting SNS nails for over a year now and I have had my share of both good and bad nail service and his expertise was spot on! I will continue to go back to this salon and yes ask for Vincent! The whole staff was great! And am sure each of them are as skilled as the tech I had! I highly recommend! Completely satisfied!

The worst service ever. One of the men that works there decided he was going to get upset because I asked his wife if he could do my daughters nails? He decided he was going to scream and yell and point the finger at me. This was so disrespectful, I am allowed to choice which nail tech I like best.High priced, bad service, snippy attitude!They yell at you and you can’t ask or change what they have already done.

Made an appointment for noon for an acrylic fill. I got there and the person who does acrylics hadn’t shown up yet. Waited 20 minutes past my appointment time before finally the girl showed up and didn’t even apologize for being late. None of the other 4 employees could do acrylics. My appointment was rushed and the employee was trying to do fills on multiple people at once. Very bad first impression and won’t be returning

If I could give a negative star rating, I would.Not only did the nail tech take a dremel type nail file to my actual nails, it was one that didnt have a removable file, and he went into my real nail under the gel polish multiple times. He even managed to get my finger.When I kept pushing for him to stop he didnt, and told me to relax, then when he finally did, it was right bbefore my last finger which had additional coats on it because the nail tech from the previous salon Id gone to decided to fix a chip by piling more polish onto the remaining coat. But thats another story.When I let him know this, he assumed I meant I had a gel nail and went even harder on that nail. When I stopped him to correct him he argued with me about what I said, and then essentially said this was all my fault because of how long my actual nails were, that the nail place I went to before used thicker coats.When I tried to pay for the removal because I refused to let them proceed further, I was told they didnt take cards for $5.I should have been comped, instead I added a $2 tip.Do. Not. Go. Here.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had. I’ve gotten SNS nails multiple times, but this was awful. All my nails ended up different lengths and shapes, not only that but the nails were lumpy and multiple parts were see through. When I asked them to fix them they told me they were supposed to look that way. I will not be returning.

Recently got my nails done here and the staff there were very polite and did a fine job on my nails (got gel for my mani but regular on my pedi).

This I must say is the worst pedicure I have ever had! The lady was rubbing so soft it tickled. The chairs are ragedy.English awful! Didnt try to dry my feet and left so much oil I had to ask for a towel so I was able to walk out. My feet looked better before i came. My 9 year old daughter could have done a better polish job! Never going back!

Probably the WORST nail place in North Carolina. I waited two hours to get my nails done. When I got in the chair the lady couldnt even shape my nails the way I wanted it and made me wait longer while she did someone elses nails. I got regular color (I normally get gel) but their pricing for gel was ridiculous. They kept messing up my polish leaving it streaky and messed up. So I paid and left leaving two nails messed up. Waste of money do not go to this nail place for anything. They cant even do eyebrows right. They should hire more PROFESSIONAL people.

My experience was terrible. I get manicures and pedicures frequently at other nail salons and I will never return to this one. The manicure was rushed and the staff jumped from one person to another making people wait in mid manicure/pedicure. The establishment did not appear clean and there seemed to be a lack of customer service. There was no connection at all with their customers. I would not recommend this nail salon.

Went to get my eyebrows done. I have really full bust eyebrows and I ended up with two tadpoles that looked nothing alike with a space the size of Texas between them. When I confronted the lady she said that she thought that it would be centered before she took it off and was totally indifferent. Please do not do here unless you want to look like Britney spears in the 2000s after she had her mental breakdown.

Best pedi and mani i ever have..will come back with new owner

Got nails done last Monday night, paid $85 (with tip included) for mani/pedi gel that is supposed to last a while (usually 2 weeks they say). The nails started peeling and chipping within 3 to 4 days. Today would make day 7 and the polish peeled off from 4 of my nails and 3 are chipped . I am very upset! Will never go here again!
