The WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. He didn’t cover my whole nail with the acrylic, and when I commented on it he said it was ok. My nails are so thin they’re already coming off 3 days later. He painted them so bad that there’s spots not even covered. The painting process was so rushed and sloppy. The sides aren’t straight and they’re chipping off already. He was also very rude during the whole time. He dropped the glue on the floor and continued to use the same one that went on the floor. Do not come here!

I got a Monroe piercing and am very happy. My family has also gone here for ear, lip, nose, eye piercings and have been very happy.

This was the first time I have ever had my nails done and they have gotten so many compliments! Highly suggest them. They were Professional and listened to what I asked.

I WAS going to stop here for a peircing but looking at the reviews I would rather go to Duffy. (Seems they r the same quality) these reviews are so mixed it looks like only corporate has left good reviews to try and offset the bad. Didnt fool me! Wont go and I suggest u do not either.

Met my cousins at this nail place. I am not from Lincoln. The employees are very rude. Not clean. My cousin got a pedi and they didnt clean the tub out for the next person. The piercings arent the right sizes to start off with. Very sloppy. Wouldnt even give a full star.

I went to OPT and got a full acrylic set of nails. I absolutely love them. Ive had them filled since and I always leave happy! Prices are awesome too.

The owner is very rude! And he can’t even do nails. I also got a piercing and it got infected

I’ve got fungus under my toenail. This is the only place I’ve been, so it was easy to pinpoint where I got it from😡 I specifically asked them if they used liners on their foot bath. He told me no he’s been there 20 years blah blah blah. Flag went up I should’ve walked out then, but I needed my toenails done. I am turning them into the health department this is the second time that this is happened to me at this place. The first time I did not realize what it was, because I had never had it before.

TERRIBLE!!!!!I walked in with a walker since I just had surgery on my ankle.I was greeted from the employees as they stood at the other end of the place. They asked me what I needed. I said I had an appointment for a shellac manicure @ 230. They pointed to a chair. There was chairs on rollers in my way. None of the 3 came over to move them out of my way. I was shocked . I made it to the chair. And the woman did hold the chair for me to sit. Then when it came time to go wash my hands..no help moving chairs again. Totally unacceptable.

Worst nail salon I have EVER been to. The guy that did my nails didn’t listen to ANY of my request yesterday. ALL of my nails are CROOKED and DIFFERENT lengths. I told him numerous times to fix my crooked nails, after the 6th time I just gave up. I should have walked out. I spent 35$ (which isn’t expensive but i got what I paid for) on a full set with shellac. Both my middle finger nails are lifted and popped off. Never go here. I suggest you go to Leslee at FETISH NAILS. She takes her time, shapes them perfectly & it’s kind always. I highly recommend you NEVER GO TO OPT NAILS.

I did not like how they do the work and I was expensive because of what they did to me, I would not go back to that place.

If I could give them zero stars I would, they were rude and extremely unprofessional. One of the workers was sleeping in one of the pedicure chairs, one of them was on their phone face timing somebody on speaker phone and it was ridiculously hot in there. While they were doing my nails they acted as if they could not use words and simply ask me if I could lift my fingers up instead of rudely shoving my hand up several times until i realized what she wanted me to do. It smelled horrible inside, like old wet laundry has been sitting out all week. Also, my right hand nails are longer than all the nails on my left hand and my middle finger on my left hand was very crooked and unevenly filed down on one side and the nail polish is not fully on my nails so they look ridiculous all around. Please DO NOT waste your money and time here, youll thank me later!

I come to get Pedicures over my lunch and they are quick while maintaining quality. Nice, clean location.

Got my nails done for prom 3 years ago. Not only were they smudged WHILE my nails were being done, theyd chipped as well and none of the techs did anything about it. I suggest people take their money elsewhere.

Amazing. Went there in a wheelchair, and was so understanding and careful of my broken leg. Such nice people. Got acrilics, and done so perfectly. Awesome job.

I was seated in a pedi chair promptly, and offered a cold beverage. Prices are great, and my pedi made me melt in my chair..... awesome service, prices, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff is friendly & the price is right. My toes always look & feel great after a pedicure!
