Walked into Cozy Nails today right when they opened (looked like they opened a little early) and they said were busy right now we cant take you. Umm ... What kind of service is that? 🤣Being told how long Id have to wait or being offered an appointment for a later time would have been much more appreciated than just being declined with no options.

I have diabetes and so I get a bi-monthly pedicure. The facility, equipment and staff are clean and very professional. I have always been made to feel extremely welcome and it doesnt hurt to go with your best friend!

You probably need to call ahead and make an appointment. I did not see a by appointment only sign on the door. Went into this shop and there were at lease 6 people working which I felt was good because my wait would probably not be that long, I was getting manicure gel and pedicure. I was told that they did not have an opening until 1200, the time was 1100, so I ended up going across the street to another salon and was out of there before 12. Just FYI.

As a man this place is not a usual place I would go, however I am so glad that I did. Service is wonderful and through. If you need a good nail salon look no further than here. My girlfriend loves going to get her nails done by Kim. Seems like all the people here really want you to be satisfied for your money being spent.

My wifes favorite place for her nails of all those shes tried (and they are many!) in the past eight or ten years. Good service and the nails stay on. Prices are the best in Lincoln or Rocklin.

The woman who gave me my pedicure today poked me several times while cutting my cuticles. Rather than relaxing I nervously watched her as she Cut my toe nails. Her massage was very hard and she dug her hands into my calves. I winced in pain and asked her to be more gentle. She seemed new and inexperienced. I will not be returning here for future pedicures.

I really like this nail salon. One important fact is you need an appointment! Most walk-ins are turned away. They seem to work only with appointments. All those women are booked all day long.

They did such a good job, I had a photo shoot at 1:00 and I arrived at 11:50 and they were able to have my nails done and out of there ASAP

I wanted my nails done on a whim today so I googled salons close by and found this one with good reviews. The hours on Google say open until 7. No where in the information I read did it say an appointment was needed so I walk in at 1:38 in the afternoon and ask for a mani/pedi. There were maybe 6 other people in the salon and I was told it was busy and late so they didnt have any time for me and I left. Im so confused and upset by the service I just recieved.
