I take a friend in there, she has health issues and they do an awesome job. So patient and kind. Her feet and nails look so nice.

Very kind and professional staff. Stayed open late to accommodate me and my daughter. They were open to trying a design my daughter had requested and did a fantastic job. We will be back for sure!

Quaint and clean! The staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. They took care of my daughter and me. They did a fun little manicure for her after her pedicure. The pedicures were amazing and my 10 year old daughter mentioned how this was her favorite one she has ever had. (She usually gets about 2-3 per year since she was 3- for context) we will be going back

Me and my friend were able to get in to get in for a pedicure with late notice, we both got water to drink cold from the refrigerator, and the lady and gentleman that helped us was very nice and very professional and very thorough. Really enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and watching the goldfish. On top of that they were super inexpensive and they did a great job

I chose this place while visiting Lincoln since I didnt have time at my normal spa to get a new dip before leaving. This nail salon did an AMAZING job! Totally impressed by their perfectionate work & their prices cant be beat! I would DEFINITELY come back if I lived closer.

I’ve been going to Ann’s nail salon off of 70th/Pine Lake and while they’re great, I always feel rushed, it’s so crowded, and I feel like I’m in a factory. I went to Pauline’s for the first time today and it was ana amazing experience. They were very pampering, courteous, and professional. The deluxe package for a pedi is amazing and a great price! I highly recommend going to Pauline’s if you want to feel like a person, treated well, and have quality care.

Tracy, Lisa, and Amy were my favorites! They were outstanding human beings and I loved how well my nails always turned out. Sadly, there are new owners now and different staff and I am not impressed. The owners are too entitled to wear their staff shirts. The lady that I had barely spoke english so she didnt understand what I was trying to say both times I was there. I get a fill on my acrylics and she barely files them down so they look like big rocks on my fingers, all fingers have different shapes and sizes, and she basically put the liquid made for the powder when making the acrylic nail on my fingers so they are very dry. Unless Tracy comes back, I wouldnt suggest coming here anymore.

Every time I’m in town I come here to get my nails done. They do a great job with the pedicure and the dipping usually last me more than a month! Not to mention the prices are great!

First google review! I have been going here for over 2 years . Went in 3 weeks ago for shellac and it was done so poorly. The gel was uneven and lumpy looking ... They chipped and peeled off within a week . Came back last week and tried acrylic nails. Got the same lady . Again, the worst experience!!! She did a terrible job on my acrylic. My nails were going different directions and they are all different shapes and sizes, crooked, uneven, bumpy and way too thick . And there was a mess under my nails and I asked her to clean them up but I still left with a mess. Now I have to go somewhere else and have them to removed .My last 2 visits were very disappointing.The shop looks very nice and clean but the business is going downhillPrices were not clear.NEVER AGAIN!!

Not pleased with the shellac manicure I got. Cuticles hurt hours later and polish is rough around the edges. I wasn’t offered water but everyone that came in after me was :(
