Everything you expect in a gas station shop they have it. Something more extremely clean restrooms, they have not only dryers, but tissue paper too. Bravo!!!

Lousy customer service. Rude, unpleasant and unprofessional.Been filling up two gas guzzling SUVs here. Thankfully there are other, smaller places close by where they appreciate your business.

Not open during hours they say they are open, happened on multiple occasions. Bathrooms dont work.

The Shell soft touch Wash Service resolved my issue. The wash is not owned by the Shell, but by a separate company. They compensated me for scratches that I believe occurred when I heard a clicking noise going through the reciprocating washer in June (vertical scratch marks every 2 feet along the top of my passenger side doors). The fastest path to resolution is to ask Billy (the Wash Manager) to give you the 1-800 number and leave a message. RESOLVED

Wanted to charge me for an extra coffee cup, they where stuck together, grabbed another one and switched cups, threw the 2 stuck cups in the garbage, pretty and short sighted

I never play the lottory. Unfortunately I came to the wrong place to experiment. I asked for 16 numbers for the Mega Millions and ended up with a Megaplier ticket with one number? How could she eff this up Im sure there were 600 people buying tickets for the Mega Millions why did she try to get all goofy on my ticket? Should Have instantly looked and read the damned before it was too late. If you guys could refund me my $32 I would really appreciate it.

Decent gas station with a good selection inside, extra bonus is the free vacuums, which is a rarity.

Its amazing that as a rideshare driver I cannot wait for fares or be on the premises for longer than it takes for me to make a transaction on a location off a main road in a well lit area near the police department. No gas station has ever done this. The manager must have Libertyville confused with Waukegan or Zion.

Right on the corner easily accessible large area for pumps and cars to get in and out nice convenience area nice and kind staff
