Social worker was helpful, but the waiting time was 1 hour 45 minutes before I spoke to anyone.

I would give zero stars due to there poor assistance. Every time someone answers the phone there rude and no respect when they respond to a question, sounds like they could use a different job.

This is the worst place to go too ! they’re lazy don’t want to help never answers phones and with very bad attitude they really need to hire new people with great attitudes !.

My experience at this office went quite well, the staff were very helpful and kept the atmosphere lite and friendly. The staff did a great job with keeping a positive attitude as well as to keep things rolling so you move through the whole process at a steady pace.

Very helpful and kind employees. Would be 5 stars if somehow the wait time to be seen was any shorter since it often takes sometimes over an hour to be seen. But I understand thats just typical welfare offices. Also when I was there my Samsung Galaxy note 5 was stolen out of my bag on my shoulder. Other than that just gravy lol

This place was horrible. Everytime I go the girl in the front don’t know anything, always has a rude tone. When you call they’re rude and have TERRIBLE customer service. I literally dislike the environment so much I drive 20 minutes just to go to the Porterville one. They should really make sure they have people that know what they’re doing and have good customer service skills, it’s sad.

Its a government office long waiting time over all the workers are knowledgeable and friendly

My first experience coming to this office so unprofessional and they treat you poorly and they just didnt help me I was in there for 3 hours and a half the girls where on there phone looking and txting and ignoring me when I was asking something girl in the front desk ask like she didnt understand Spanish Im never coming back to this place they had me here wasting my time and at the end they didnt do anything all I wanted was a copy of my medical card paper
