I love coming here! All the staff is friendly and very accommodating. If you need your nails done, ladies, ask for Harry! He can do pretty much anything you show him and will find a way to get your design as close as possible to the original. Thanks for always keeping my nails looking right. This is the only place I have ever been that uses terrible cheap polish that wont even last three days on my toes. Every other salon has nice quality polish available. Also, not really interested in listening to all the employees carrying on loud conversations with each other while they are working. Customers should be treated to a calm, quiet, relaxing environment not a bunch of noise. Chair massage controls are broken too.

This nail salon is amazing! Everything is very clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here, everyone Ive seen has always left so happy and I know you will feel the same. They also are very affordable and helpful, so if a nail breaks or chips, they will fix it for free within a week, and its only $5 after that. What a great deal!!

Ive been to LV 2 a couple times recently and have not been disappointed. They are great at accommodating last minute but are easy to book out with as well. One of my most recent visits, I took my 9 year old for a mani pedi for her birthday and she felt like a princess. The staff was welcoming and kind. She and I were both happy with the services we received.

Prior customer who has had previous visits to this business.I witnessed two employees (wearing the smock with the business name) being extremely rude, demeaning, and disrespectful to a target associate at the return counter. They yelled, laughed at her, made fun of her in English and another language, told her she was stupid and didn’t know how to do her job over a return. After this encounter and witnessing how they treat others who serve the public I will NEVER go back to this business and will tell everyone I know to avoid it as well. People who work with the public should conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with others especially while wearing their work uniform! If the young lady from Target came into their establishment wearing her work attire and behaved in a similar fashion, they would certainly report her to Target. Thankfully the young lady at Target held her head high, behaved professionally despite them pointing, laughing, mocking, yelling, and trying their best to humiliate her. Shame on you!

Likely the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Foot bath was cold, work was incredibly sloppy (cuticles weren’t cleaned, old polish wasn’t completely removed, new polish didn’t cover the whole nail or the old polish (but it did cover my cuticles), Sam blabbed the entire time with the technician sitting next to her while giving me a horrible massage. The experience was all but relaxing - every technician who wasn’t busy was talking and carrying on - it was very loud, noisy, chaotic and unprofessional. It’s obvious they don’t know that carrying on a conversation in another language with your co-workers while you’re providing a service to a paying customer is down right rude. Look elsewhere!

I like this business. They always get me in on my schedule. They listen and are quick unlike other places I have been. I dont mind wearing a mask. It is what it is. They are a private company. I will not tell them how to do buisness.

Today I went in for a pedicure. I was the last person to get started and the first one finished out of three of us that went—the whole process was very rushed. The person working on my toes, Paul, didn’t file my nails, put much effort into the massage, nor did he clean up my toes after painting. While I acknowledge how busy this place is, I’m still paying money for a service that should be consistent and well done. I expressed my frustration to him and he walked away from me. The receptionist offered me $3 off and with a lot of attitude. I suppose more than anything I’m upset by the lack of customer service and quality. A simple “I’m sorry” would have been more than enough for me. I know there are great people that work there, but a bad experience like this really ruined my impression of the salon and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The people who did our manicures and pedicures were delightful, and they look great! BUT the place is outrageously priced for what you get. At any other reputable salons, a mani/pedi with dip powder would have only cost MAYBE $75. This place was more than double that! They charge an additional fee for the polish on your nails!

I had a terrible experience. From the start, the technician was clearly angry that I chose a basic pedicure. She was rude and rough and barely met the basic requirements for a pedicure. The entire pedicure took 20 minutes and cost $40. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I expressed my dissatisfaction at checkout he said “I’m sorry how much would you like to tip”. I do not ever not leave a tip…I didn’t tip and will never go back. Horrible customer service!

I tried this place a few monthes ago and was burned, but not without redemption. The girl who did my nails this time (VY) completely redeemed this place in my mind. She is so kind, gentle, and willing to work with you in anything.

I came in for my very first pedicure and I had the best time!! We came in a large group and the place is so big and has so many seats they accommodated all of us! It was a wonderful experience and im totally feelin myself

The spa is beautiful and very clean. The staff was so amazingly kind and caring. For a full set, they provide, at no extra charge, for a nail(s) that get messed up- 7 days! I will be going back to them again for sure.

Do not bother making an appointment or a reservation of any kind. A group of four of us made a reservation almost a week ago and showed up a few minutes early. The person behind the desk proceeded to tell us that there were some walk-ins that were waiting and they were very busy and asked us to come back later. We drove from 2 hours away. And we had a reservation. But we were not prioritized. They called us three hours later to say they were ready to coordinate us in. We decided to still go back and give the place a chance, only because every other nail salon we called WAS prioritizing appointments and were booked out. The pedicures were fine (though the cost for gel is excessive). I would say the temperature of the hot rocks needs to be monitored a little more closely. They felt like they burned the skin initially. Im not sure how the technician could even hold the rocks without getting burned. The manicures felt rushed. The woman that did my manicure (possibly a manager or owner) kept checking her phone and was more concerned with the rest of the salon than doing a proper job on my nails. She BARELY filed the nails - they are all uneven and some are even pointy where they should be rounded. The gel was rushed and incomplete and she even left some on the bottom side of my hand.

Very friendly. She made sure I liked everything about my nails and suggested the colors and what would look good and honestly they look better than past times.Christmas nails 🎄

I believe I was trying to put the review for the other location. Whichever one is by the bank is the location that I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO OR RECOMMENDING. The gift certificate situation needs to be fixed. When you have people coming from out of town with a gift certificate that has the exact same name as the building, it needs to be honored. The gift certificates do not say LV Spa Nails 2 and thats only 1/2 of my issue.

The absolute best place in the Grand Valley for a pedicure. The facility is very clean and well decorated, and everyone is very professional and the ladies do a wonderful job. Holly has been my pedicurist and is wonderful. Been going now for over 7 years.

3.5 - 4 stars as my nails / toes came out well, but the experience I was hoping for (relaxing) wasnt met. Very nice, clean, large salon and nice staff but they were very busy so they were multitasking and doing mani/Pedi at the same time. Unfortunately this meant I couldnt use the massager chair (would mess up nail painting), and felt very rushed in choosing a nail color/soaking my nails while also trying to talk to the lady doing my toes. I would suggest asking customers if theyd prefer a separate experience or to do together depending on their schedule (vs the salon). Its too bad as I was really looking forward to a calming experience after a busy week. Not sure Ill be back, or at least not on a weekend.

I give this place 0 stars!!!!Went to get pedicures they paint your nails with color 1st then thats it no top coat with clear.I knew better.Wasted my $Jet at Fancy nails is 100% the best nail person in GJ. I am taking my daughter there now to get her manicure...

I’ve never had an issue with this place, as a matter of fact, I have brought my daughter here for years and always loved it …. Until this last visit, I paid for the deluxe pedicure for both my daughter and I and barely any callus removal was done, no cleaning out underneath the nails, and they put gel polish on us so when we went to remove it was nearly impossible … I have to say for $130 after tip for 2 of us, I am very disappointed, and won’t be returning due to the lack of basic services in a pedicure that we did not receive - unfortunately :(

Made an appointment for a bridal party with a reservation at 4:00 o’clock and there was another bridal party who had NOT made a appointment and got in before mine and they also were seated together. I’ve only been to LV spa and nails twice and this time just proves my point to why I don’t like this solan. The nail techs, who did our nails were very irritated and very rude when we have asked to sit our party together while we got our nails done. Again we made this appointment a month prior and the receptionist wrote it down wrong and booked two people instead of seven.I was waiting for about 15 minutes while also watching multiple nail technicians point at me and walk away. Not kidding! Pointing at me and still not receiving service.On top of everything that happen I continued to remain as polite as I could. Upon closer inspection, my acrylic nails were also extremely overpriced for the quality I received. This salon also will try to add on extra services that I did not ask for and instead of the $37 pedicure I originally asked for I was charged for a polish and scrub which was supposed to be included with the service I wanted and was charged $58. My acrylic were not done to a high standard and I paid $62 for a originally $45 acrylic full set.I definitely learned my lesson and will NOT be returning to this solan by reason of, poor quality, unfriendly staff; (with exception of the male receptionist), overpriced services, and deceitful pricing. I am not pleased with the service of this nail solan.My nails will work for what I needed them to this time but I also wanted a cute and fun little nail set to admire for myself. After this weekend I will most likely be going back to my preferred nail solan for anymore nail and pedicure services.

My husband and I visited for pedicures, I got a manicure also. My nails turned out perfect and the massage and care we were given left us feeling so relaxed! A fantastic date idea!

Me and my 8 yo daughter asked for a peppermint pedicure ..never got the peppermint or the massage, very little scrubbing of dead skin...poor service was still charged $66 just for 1 pedicure ...full price for services not recieved ..this has happened 2 times ...total bill $176..waaay.too pricey

Would give zero stars if I could. My nails themselves were great and very well done, however I purchased a pedicure and they asked If I would like gel polish. Ive been in before and they have only charged an extra 5$ for the gel. Today they charged an extra TWENTY DOLLARS FOR BASIC GEL POLISH. They did not inform me gel polish would be this much extra, and they never charged me this much before. No where was it written that gel polish would be so much extra and no other salon I have ever been to has charged that much.

I usually go here, it really all depends on your nail tech how good it is. Ive had mediocre pedicures and really nice ones but I always come back. Never had a horrible experience. Definitely recommend.

I do not mind at all paying more for a good service. This place is beautiful, chairs are great but the overall service is absolutely terrible. Didn’t know how to cut nails correctly, service was rushed, the towels and stones were waaaaaayyyyyy to hot. No communication. The girl I had was on her phone and talking to other employees the whole time. She started mine 10 minutes after my husbands started and finished about 10 minutes before him too. Kinda rude. Wouldn’t come back. Another lady working there pulled down her mask and told her client she could as well for the service. They also charged more than what I was told in the beginning.

The lady who did my manicure did not do what I asked.

I’m sad to say I’m pretty disappointed with my last visit here. I thought I’d give it a try again after feeling uncomfortable from my previous visit with one of the staff making me feel bad for their mistake. I asked for ombré nails and the man doing my full set made them look beautiful then suddenly ruined them by putting paint over and trying to put some white powder on top. I’m not sure what happened but they didn’t look good at all. I will not be returning here anymore. Linda was great however all the time to me and am sad to not see her anymore.

Got a pedicure now my toe is infected. The lady that did it was not gentle at all as if she was taking all her life long pain out on my legs, feet and definitely my toes 🥵🥵 i wouldnt even give it one star but had to in order to make this review. Definitely do NOT recommendP.s. my aunt went here a few weeks prior to me and she got an infection on her finger as well.

Good service... Barely wait on any visit. Reasonable prices...nice shoulder massage with any manicure service. But... Today the owner let 2 girls in with 2 dogs. Not service dogs...and they barked several times. Not sure the Health Dept would approve that. I think the dog go everywhere fad is going way too far. I own 2 myself and they do not belong in the grocery store or nail salon! Boo to owner...afraid to lose 2 customers...you wont, they will come back next time without pets! The customer is not always right.Based on owner stating no dogs in the future, I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 5.

Im actually so upset with my nails. afterwords my fingers were cut up and bleeding and as for the nails they weren’t even what i asked for. i showed them the color i wanted and they used something completely different. the design was clearly rushed and then i payed 80 dollars for them? that’s absolutely ridiculous and i will bot be returning.

I love this place! The staff is always super nice. They do great work and are fast. However, with that being said, they don’t skimp on the massaging time. Lyly is my favorite technician. She handles my nails, my toes and facial waxing. She’s amazing! I just text her when I need to make an appointment. Super convenient! It’s a beautiful salon, and YES...all the plants are real.

I have been seeing Tammi every time and Ive always been super pleased with my nails and they dont charge an arm and a leg for their services! Great spa! Very fancy place but have never gotten a good long lasting pedicure here.I usually go here when I visit my sister because its her favorite place in town. Three times now and I have never had a shellac pedicure that lasts more than a couple weeks. The one I go to in my hometown lasts at least three months!In short I wont be visiting here again.

Was very nice and attentive went with a party of 3 and they were very sweet. Definitely a must go!

Nails look good and friendly staff

Everyone that has helped me has done a very good job, I love powder nails. Everyone is kind. There isnt a lot of English, enough to take of my feet and nails. I prefer relaxing and minimal conversation. I have visited the at least once a month. This is the first time I noticed the check in at the front. I thought it was for charge cards. No one invited me to use it.

Absolutely love this place! Came in at 2:40pm and they told us the wait would be 20min and it was about 5! Staff is great! The inside is beautiful and so relaxing! Definitely recommended and will definitely be coming back here!
