I called Torch company because my A/c was not working, David Yeager came out and was the most professional technician I’ve came across. David knew his trade like the back of his hand, came with high tech tools and apps that let me see what exactly the issue. I believe that he is a trustworthy man and that he will walk anyone thru and explain the right steps to take. I will recommend and happy issue was resolved for now.

Will N installed our water filter system for us. He did a great job and was so polite and courteous. He even put on shoe covers before he entered the house. The installation went well. Everything was cleaned up. We are very satisfied with the service received.

I had JD from Torch out to fix some leaking valves in my basement. He also recently helped me with a sewer and drain line that was blocked. JD was on time, professional, and courteous. What I appreciated most was he clearly explained the issues and how he would attack the problems. He took the time to understand the root causes of my issues and only fixed what was needed. Transparency is very important to me when hiring contractors, and I appreciate JDs approach in this regard. 5/5 would use again. Highly recommend!

The people I dealt with over the weekend were very helpful and friendly. They told me up front about any charges. I called on Monday and they were out the next day to install our new water heater. I called torch service company and spoke to lesley. She was awesome, they had clay come out and he was at my house to fix my ac within a hour and they didnt charge me a arm in a leg to fix it. This is the 2nd time I have used the Torch Service Co. I have been very pleased both times! They are excellent. The first time was for a water leak under the slab in the kitchen which required extensive work to include running cameras through the pipes to find the leak then breaking up concrete and repairing the hole after the leak was repaired. Yesterday I needed 2 toilets and a bathtub drain evaluated for my parents who are in their 90s. Dustin Bence was awesome! He identified the problem with one toilet quickly and repaired it then checked out the other toilet and the tub and found them to be working properly. He took the time to visit with my mother and explain what had caused the issue with her toilet and to answer her other plumbing questions. He was knowledgeable, respectful, kind and funny! I had 3 quotes from different plumbing companies when I selected Torch to fix the water leak; their pricing was the best and their workmanship exceptional! I highly recommend Torch Service Co. for your plumbing needs.

When all other companies had a 2 or 3 week waiting list, Torch Service provided an opening to take care of a faulty sensor. Will (service tech) was on time, knowledgable and professional. They also provided me with a military/first responder discount which I did not expect. Torch Service Company will get all of our service calls going forward. Family owned and operated so I could not be more pleased.

I asked for a bid to replace the service line and Dustin took extra time to figure out if I really needed it or if there was something else that was causing my issues. Even gave some ideas on how to test for other things. Will definitely be requesting him in the future.

David was very friendly, not pushy, and very thorough. He told what he was doing at every step, asked permission for the next step and told us before each step what it would cost. I will most definitely be using Torch again!

I have now used torch five times for both plumbing and AC. The front office staff is great and attentive, and everyone that has come to our house has been knowledgeable and solved the problem. Scheduling has been very good andthey tend to get you taken care of within a day or two or you can always opt for after our service

I had called 6 different AC companies this morning, all of which could not come out 3+ days. I also was not impressed with the initial conversations i had with any of them...until Torch. The lady I spoke to initially instantly made me feel better about our situation and gave me the feeling I was speaking to a company that cares about their customers. Philip Smith came out on very short notice with our AC not working. And as we know in OK no AC can get very uncomfortable very quickly. He too exceeded my expectations of customer service. Unfortunately my unit that is out is older than I am, putting it at 35 years old or so and it doesnt look like a quick repair is going to be possible. That said there is a plan in place to have a solution figured out as soon as possible. Although frustrating, all I could ask is for a company that is open and honest about the situation and is willing to put the effort forward to help get me back up and running as soon as possible. And Torch has met and exceeded all expectations so far. Here is to hoping even if it requires a unit replacement it can be quick and not completely break the bank.

I would recommend Torch service to anyone. Will was my tech and he was great. Knowledgeable of my plumbing issue. Explained everything to me. He also kept his mask on at all times, and she covers. Such respect. I will hands down recommend and use them again.

I am impressed by the professionalism of their service folk and of their office staff and management. Had been dealing with a main line backup issue for a couple of years on an annual basis and this year it seemed to get worse. I used their services 3 times in a month period- first for an emergency line clearing, then for a camera run, and then finally to repair the part of the line that was causing all my issues. I would definitely recommend these guys for anything sewer line related- their people and their equipment is top notch and their prices and expediency to deal with my issue were as good as I could find (I shopped their quote around).

We came home to some sort of transient faucet leak (enough to flood a good portion of the kitchen). I called that evening and discussed it with Torch, cut the water to the faucet (which stopped it at that time) and they came out the next day. He couldnt find the source of the leak, but was very thorough in his search and ultimately didnt charge us.

Matt has been to my home on 2 occasions to repair and replace outside faucets, the kitchen faucet and the laundry room faucet. He was very professional, kept me informed of what was needed, and was very efficient. I’ll certainly use Torch Services again for plumbing issues. Thanks Matt!!

I called first thing this morning and they schedule me for 1-4 for this very afternoon. They told me Raul would call a half an hour before he arrived, I received a telephone call around 2 pm saying he would be there in a half an hour or less. Raul arrived about 20 minutes later. He worked on my shower and could not get it unplugged. He began to think that I had busted pipes because the snake would only go so far and stop. He did not stop there however. He went into my hall bath and worked on the sewer drainage from my hall bath sink. It worked! I felt like he went to the greatest links to try to help me with my drainage problem. In addition, ladies, he cleaned up the mess that was made before he left. I highly recommend Torch for plumbing. Previously I had heat and air check ups with them and was very pleased with that division also.

I cannot say enough about the Torch guys that did my HVAC replacements today. David, Clay, and Phillip crushed it! They jumped on the task right when they said they would and did not let up until they had knocked it out! Very impressed with how quickly they were able to get it done. I am working from home and barely knew they were here. You also could not tell they were here after they left minus the new equipment because they did such a great job cleaning up. Professional, hard working, and super friendly! Great communication from the beginning, starting with the Torch office personnel on through the install and wrap up. I will always recommend Torch and any service they provide based on my experience!

Very helpful. Asked to fix a drainage problem and they did really well except there wasnt any hot water after the fixing. But they came back and fixed it. I would really recommend!! One thing that I didnt like was it was too expensive (probably due to our problems anyways) Other than that, 5 stars!

Matt went above and beyond in trying to help me with not only plumbing, but with a dishwasher. I had no way to get a dishwasher to my house and I was in a time crunch. He took me to Lowe’s, which he said he had to go anyway to pick up parts he didn’t have, and let me use his truck to bring dishwasher home. I don’t know another company who would have done that.

Torch Service Company was at our home with-in an hour of our pipes bursting. They found the leak, repaired it and were gone with-in 45 minutes of arriving. Super expensive service. Called them in and got big bill. Charged more than $300n for a capacitor of AC unit with less then an 30 minutes onsite work.Curious why a business has so many positive reviews without reasonable price.
