This company is not a good company they come out and just look at the item and assume what’s wrong but that not the problem they change things and charge you and work around the problem and tell what the real problem is. As for the owner he is just like his employees called him and he promise to come out after a week he never show up nor answer his phone again

Dont use this company at all they will charge you 280 dollars to put a patch on your AC unit, then it will go out within 2 days. You are better off getting portable AC units and having them in your house. Terrible service!!!!!

They came and got my unit working again and was greatly appreciated but I do need to get the leak fix that the guy found, bc it is really hot in here again, and asap please and thank you!-Chris Yokeley-

Poor integrity for the customer. IF YOU HAVE A CHILD IN THE HOUSE, CALL SOMEONE ELSE. It is a life threatening risk to call them. The owner is Unfair, unjustifiable, lack of truth, lack of knowledge, down right thieves about what he is knowledgeable about. PERIOD . If you need a part Look for the part you need online so that youre not paying over by around triple the amount.Also when you Hear circuit board count on paying for a circuit board, a fuse and capacitor, that probably wont work, because what caused it to not work, ( which was the fan, like my husband asked the first minute their serviceman walked in the door) they avoid altogether. All to have steps to take. Steps that cost money that arent getting to VERY SIMPLE heart of the problem issues. .Then this even is after the first modest service call of $85.00The owner refused to give our cash back on the part that didnt fix the problem.Ours still doesnt work . I have a circuit board less than 24 hours old. He refused to give me my money back, and the air Unit itself has not turned on.Also I would like to add that the second service call was over $380.00, with the combined price of the circuit price, capacitor and fuse and NO WORKING AC.Over $460.00 spent.I forgive him. It led me and my husband to a better company, with better integrity, lower prices and higher quality.Also its a good thing my husband went and bought an AC motor, and he got in touch with his friend whose helped him and blessed us!We now have a MUCH BETTER tech, and are thankful to say the least.

Recently came home to a cold house due to a heat pump failure. Called Davidson Heating & Air. Had a very quick response (same day..early afternoon). The technician was able to identify the root cause of the the problem and have the new parts installed the next day. Great job! Very professional!

I called mid morning for a service repair on my central air/heat unit. The tech was able to come out that afternoon. He was very knowledgeable, and didnt try to charge me for things I didnt need. He was honest and forth coming in his assessment. Total cost of the service call was far less than what I anticipated.After calling two other companies, and receiving less than professional, over the phone service. I decided to go with Davidson Heating and air. I highly recommend these guys. And will be dealing with them for future needs of my unit.

Outstanding company! I have placed my trust and confidence in DHAC for over 20 years and never been disappointed. Equipment is highest quality and the staff is exceptionally qualified and professional. Recently had problems with a 25 year old unit call DHAC their response wasfast and the repair was made that day and cost was minimum. I feel that the integrity of the company and quality of service saved me a bundle from having to purchase a new unit.

Spent $4,000 on my heating unit. A month later it wont work I call them to come out and fix it since its under warranty. They said it wasnt there fault it wasnt working and it would cost me 300 more dollars to fix plus 80 for coming out!! I just sucked it up and paid. And now on January 5 2018 me and my family are freezing and I called and they told me since its past 5 it will be an extra 120 to come out just to look at it! It was 5:02 when I called. These people have no heart and they are very greedy and do a half ads job!

Had to call 3 seperate times for same problem not fixed and was asked to pay service call seperate on each call. Should have went with someone with some sort of guarantee or pride in their work. .....and problem is still not fixed because I refuse to keep paying for the same unfinished job!

I will NEVER call Davidson heating & air again...Davidson not only didnt fix my heat. they burnt my furnis up. I had to get another ac guy out there the same day they were there. I have a lot of rental properties and deal with many different companys on different things and I can tell you to save yourself some stress and call anyone else..
