Cooling Experts called and asked if an earlier window would work... This is after I had called that same morning, so I was thrilled to be offered an earlier timeframe. Brandon arrived within an hour of the phone called, diagnosed a leak, repaired it, and added coolant. This is after I was told by another company that I needed a new unit and was given estimates ranging from roughly $12,000 for a higher end unit to $7000 for the lowest. The ratings may be good online, but who knows what will happen once they get to your issue? Well, Comfort Experts had excellent ratings, and they did not disappoint. I needed my whole HVAC system replaced mine was old and had shut off. Not only did Mike get my HVAC running until they could swap out the system, 3 days later, he beat my first quote by $8600! That seemed crazy to me. I was very happy with the service and the two men who came to swap out the system. All in all a great experience.

Comfort Experts sent Lorenzo Mack out to take a look at our really old furnace unit (and fan system) which had stopped working on a holiday weekend. The main office was responsive and called us promptly on the following Monday morning to send someone out right away. Lorenzo was fantastic, he was thorough and took his time to really figure out what the problem was and how to fix it. The repair was affordable (especially considering the cost of having to replace the entire system). It seems like this company prioritizes having well trained people work hard to repair the problem and truly trying to help you out unlike other companies that give up too early and try to sell you on an entirely new system.

Repairman was courteous and honest in his assessment of problem areas with my air conditioning ducts. He arrived on time and was very professional.

Mike installed for us a range hood that vents cooking smoke out of the house. It is a project more complex than it sounds, since it involves deducting at both the ceiling and the roof. He used very good materials and supplies: the stainless pipes he used were super thick. He and his partner did the job well and quick. They cleaned up the range after the installation. A very nice and professional team. I highly recommend them.

We contacted Comfort Experts Heating & Cooling to try to confirm our diagnosis that the blower motor had gone bad in our furnace. While there they corrected the wiring in our newly-installed Nest thermostat (oops). They scheduled a same-day appointment with no rush fee and then waved the diagnostic fee after confirming our diagnosis. They replaced the motor assembly the following day in less than 45 minutes. The cost was extremely fair allowing us to benefit from professional installation while keeping the ratio of parts-to-labor in a really good range. Our tech even offered to throw in a quick fix to stabilize one of our attic support beams.

I have a service contract with Comfort Experts. The guys came to service my HVAC unit. Despite it pouring down rain they got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. These guys are always so knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Hard to find that quality in people these days. Will continue to use them.

The technician that came out to the home was very pleasant and very focused on reviewing my system to see what we can do to get it back up and running. Ultimately this is the May have to be changed out and I work with a home warranty company which required me to find my own HVAC company and provide a detailed estimate of cost for repair or replacement. I called several of the larger companies in my area thinking that this would be right up their alley… It was not. When I explain to Mike what I needed he said he would not have a problem providing a detailed estimate to my home warranty company! I was expecting to be disappointed and he gave me the greatest news so that I could move forward. I’m very excited to get the results of my visit and looking forward to working with Mike and his crew :-)

Very professional. Pricing on repair was a little high. $150 for a $12 part. I know labor was included, but $138 for a 15/20 mins repair is a little crazy. Chris was however very helpful and took time to explain things. I will use them again.

The serviceman worked thoroughly and quietly, then showed me what was causing the problem. He then continued to repair/clean the unit. When he was almost finished, I asked for the amount I owed him. He told me that all he had done to get things up and running was covered under my maintenance agreement! I could not have been happier!!
