Brasington has delivered each and every time we have called. Most recently, I had a plumbing emergency (showers) and they were able to come same day, diagnose the problem and fix it. In addition to their knowledge of plumbing, both individuals who came out were very respectful of our home. They each arrived with mask and both placed shoe covers on when entering our house. I give them 5 stars and will continue to use them moving forward.

We have used this company for quite a long time. At least my mother has, she is elderly and beginning to have memory problems. I’m in the process of trying to help take over some things for her and I live in her home to help. The A/C just doesn’t seem to function when it gets got. They’ve put in a new unit several times but there are always issues. The unit in now is new. Once again, A/C goes out and we call them up. They look over it saying it’s a Freon issue or they think MAYBE some part that needs to be replaced that somehow isn’t covered by warranty??? I’ll be requesting all the paperwork from them on work performed and warranty etc. But they wanted to charge $300 for Freon that shouldn’t be low. And $700 for some part they wouldn’t really go into detail explaining why we needed it and it isn’t covered. Like I said, I’ll be calling to get all related paperwork to try and figure this mess out and see what my options are for my mom going forward. Absolutely ridiculous.

Replaced my 15 year old gas hot water heater with a new tank less system. The guys were professional and polite and did a great job including the electric work and taking off the old unit. I highly recommend them for your heating or plumbing issues.

The repairmen were very professional and did very high quality work. Unfortunately, the charges were somewhat exorbitant. Home repairs in general have become extremely expensive. I have a hard time understanding why they are so high. It has little to do with the cost of materials.

The response to my online request was prompt and scheduling was easily done completely via text messages. David arrived early, showed me the problem and explained my options for repair and payment. The repair was scheduled for 24 hours later and completed within a couple of hours. All of the technicians were courteous and friendly. Any repair mess was thoroughly cleaned before they left and David walked through explaining where the leak was and what was done to rectify the problem. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

They replaced hot water heater and 2 AC systems. All work was very well done and they also were very nice to deal with.

With very short notice, Brasington was able to check out my plumbing issues and made an appointment for the very next day. They were able to replace my hot water heater and garbage disposal. As long as they were here working I also arranged for them to replace my antique toilets with modern water-saving units as well. I was very pleased with Davids courteous and prompt service.

Impeccable & prompt service. Extremely courteous and friendly. I called for service at 4:30pm, they were at my residence at 5pm! My air conditioner was deader than dead. They were back in the morning installing a new a/c unit. David and Lance were excellent workers, and very knowledgeable. I’m very happy with the Trane system and have found my forever heating and air company. Brasington is phenomenal. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Brasington is the best! Our sump pump went out this morning. We called a few different companies for quotes and Brasington came out at 1/2 the price of their competitors and 100% great customer service! They were so knowledgeable took as much time as we needed explaining the issue and solution to us and were just good people! Highly recommend!

I called and scheduled to have them address a plumbing leak at my house. First, they could not fit me in for 7 days. That is unusual, but I decided to try them anyway. On the day they were scheduled to come they never showed. I got a call from the owner apologizing and she rescheduled me for two days later. Once again, they never showed!! I called and asked what happened. She said they were sorry and she could reschedule me for next week. No thanks.

I have been a customer for several decades and have always found their attention to detail, expertise, friendless and willingness to work with you well above and beyond the ordinary. I am always more then comfortable for them to do the work while I am away at work so I dont have to alter my work schedule to solve a plumbing or heating emergency. Enough said. Good, competent folks who do good work. Cant recommend them enough!

David arrived on time and assessed the issues with my 2 AC units with me. After a couple quick tests he plainly explained everything to me and gave me a couple options for solutions as well as his honest personal opinion. He then gave me time to come up with decision, no pressure whatsoever. I will definitely be using these guys from now on and highly recommend them to anyone else.

Heat wasn’t blowing warm air, never a good thing on a cold morning. Contacted this company after being referred by a neighbor who has had wonderful service from them both plumbing and hvac. David came out to my home immediately diagnosed the issue and resolved the problem. My husband and I were completely satisfied with the technician’s knowledge and communication in explaining to us exactly what was wrong and how the problem was going to be resolved. Great company...family owned since 1935 and the customer service shows! Had water poaring under my house this morning. I then contacted Brasington plumbing and spoke with Marci in the main office she told me they would send a technician out to diagnose the issue and resolve the problem. 30 minutes later they had the technician at my house. When he arrived he shut the water down and then went under the house, found the problem on a cpvc water line. David informed me how brittle it was and everything looked to be fine on other lines at the moment but in the next few years we might need to replace them . He fixed my problem thoughroly and quick. I was off to work by 10 am! I found this company to be efficient on time and not as expensive as other companies I’ve called in the past. Very professional and care about their customers.Thank you David! I really appreciate you and your company!

Over charged my mother! 540.00 for a simple reinstallation of kitchen sink drains when she had new counter tops installed and the work was sub standard do to all the leaks NEVER AGAIN!

Great company. Showed up on time with my water heater and left area clean..I would highly recommend them.

Unreliable, had a small project guess it wasn’t good enough for them . Told me I have to pay off first but never showed after to finish up.
