I had a tenant call me early on a Saturday morning to let me know her unit was not blowing cold air. I called at least six different heating and air companies to try and get someone out. Automated Comfort Systems was the first to call me back (one of only two that even bothered). Jason was out to the property within a few hours, and fixed the issue even faster than that. Im not sure you can expect much more than that in terms of service. Hell be my go-to guy for all future heating and air work.

Today was our 1st time using ACS. Jason came out & performed the AC Spring Maintenance on our system. He was very professional, knowledgeable & explained everything he did.Our system is over 10 yrs old so he suggested a few things that could b done to help it run more efficiently. Jason came out to take a look at our old system, since the AC went out last fall. He wrote up several detailed estimates at my request, and we had new system installed this week. We got a highly rated American Standard complete system. Josh updated us frequently throughout the install, explained how everything worked, and answered all of our questions. ACS is AMAZING! We needed our air conditioner moved due to construction in our back yard. I work from home, so it was very important I have air condition while I was working. The owner was very considerate, and made sure the team working at our house was also considerate since it was 80 plus degrees outside. They were finished within 4 hours! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

We are very pleased with the service we received from Jason Williams. He saw that our system was very old, but said if he could fix it for a reasonable cost, he would recommend we fix it and then consider replacing it when we are ready. It is now running great and we will call him this fall to replace it.

Called after business hours and Jason was very quick to respond. Our outside unit quit working and they were quick to identify the issue and correct it. The motor was quickly replaced and was greatly priced. Was more than willing to help us out and will definitely be using them again if any other issues arise.
