Hands down the best HVAC company around! They were extremely nice and respectful. Cleaned up, as they worked so we have no mess to clean up. They had to completely replace our system. New ducts, Air return, cut new holes for vents, new thermostat, pump and blower. They did not try to over sell/up sell me anything like other places have tried to do. They are honest and straight forward. Absolutely no complaints from me. They went above and beyond what we expected! I am terrible with names, so I missing a couple. But Jason, Brian and Josh were awesome even when my kids were asking questions! I can not thank them enough for their kindness and respect!

Jason and his crew did a great job! We are very happy with the new American Standard dual fuel HVAC system. The natural gas furnace produces very warm air. The crew did everything we asked of them and completed the job timely. We will continue to use their services if needed. S.Johnston 1/23/2020

Nothing but great, quality service! I would highly recommend Custom Carolina Comfort for your HVAC service needs in the Davidson county, NC area. Worked around my schedule (even in cold rain) for servicing my heat pump at a fair & reasonable price. No surprises. He quickly identified the issues with my 14+ year old Goodman heat pump, and now it heats better than it did in years. Custom Carolina Comfort will be the first place I call or recommend for HVAC service!

Worst Service ever!!! Very dishonest. Called my home warranty and unfortunately, they sent him on 7/24. He came to my house and supposedly had fixed a leak in the valve of my central ac. Paid him the $60 service fee and 14 days later, ac went out again. Called my home warranty again, they sent him again, but this time, he told me that the compressor was bad....mind you it was replaced 3 yrs ago along w/the fan motor.... Had friend come and take a look at it and he said the compressor was fine, all it needed it was frion gas but since he is not licensed and bonded, my home warranty company needed another opinion.... Called Eanes Heating and Air (very professional, courteous and honest) and they gave me a free 2nd opinion. I wish they could have fixed my problems but they dont work w/home warranties.... It was not until 8/11 that my home warranty approved someone else to come and fix my problem... I didnt mind but my 2 children under 7 did.... Very upset we both Custom Carolina and my home warranty.

Very honest and knowledgable, $70 service call and guarantees the parts and labor.
