Carolina Conditions did a great job with my A/C unit, which was installed a little less than a year ago. Installation took just a couple of hours, and their work was clean and professional. They proactively scheduled routine maintenance before the added burden of the summer months, and the technician communicated well. He came just a bit before the scheduled time, but only after calling first to make sure it was okay. I highly recommend their services.Edit: Id like to note that after the service, I was provided with an invoice that included detailed descriptions of every step performed, photographs of the components that were checked and cleaned, and notes on the manufacturers specifications. I have enough information from this maintenance that I could probably perform preventive maintenance myself...but I think Ill continue to leave it to the professionals.

I dont normally leave reviews but just had to with Carolina Conditions. The entire experience from setting up the appointment to resolving the issue was a breath of fresh air. The electricity in one of my walls went out a little over a month ago and after trying, but unsuccessfully, to make an appointment with another business, being told I would receive a call back after numerous attempts to schedule something, I finally called Carolina Conditions on a Thursday, spoke with Allison and got an appointment for the following Saturday. Marcus called beforehand to let me know he was on the way, arrived early, figured out the problem, and had it fixed within thirty minutes. I even asked him for a quote about additional work and received a follow up email within a timely manner too. I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!

Michael Rose was very professional and did a great job at figuring out how to light the sign on Blythewood General stores building. I needed to replace a ceiling fan that was acting in a strange unsafe manner. Mike and his crew inspected it and determined it was simply a wattage overload so we changed out lightbulbs and that fixed it. It saved me the expense of putting in a new fan! They asked if there were anything else I needed after replacing some flood lights, and a light fixture, and they fixed a wobbly light switch. Mike is an source of great knowledge and expertise. I feel very confident in his work. I have had them over for many projects and I recommend them highly! Electricians are cool!

Scott my technician was wonderful and knowledgeable. Scott worked quietly as my infant baby slept in the next room. Scott was very polite and informative about my HVAC system. Scott gave me tremendous customer service in the answered every question I had. I originally called for the $99 special and Scott discussed in detail with me the maintenance plans and I upgraded to a yearly maintenance plan.

This company lied in their response to my previous rating and review. The operator apologized to me and admitted fault but couldnt or wouldnt fix the problem. She also said she listened to the original phone call before she gave the apology. Plz dont try to make it seem like its the customers fault. So this is a better understanding on how they conduct their business.

Mike was extremely professional. He arrived on time and got right to work. I had 7 ceiling fans, 5 motion sensor lights, 2 carriage lights and a doorbell for him to install. Let me start with Allison who answered my call for assistance with a leaking AC unit. Allison was amazing friendly and helpful. They were booked all day so I was advised it would have to be after 5 p.m. About ten minutes after I hung up with her, she contacted me to advise me that they had a cancellation and that she could fit me in. Since I was a few days away from my biannual service, she made them coincide so that I did not have to pay extra to fix my AC unit. That was amazing, so thank you! The technician Carl, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went step by step with what faltered with my equipment and the many ways to fix the situation so that it would not happen again. He did a great job fixing my problem and helping me resolve some issues with my previous inspection. Could not have asked for a better duo when I was in a time of crisis and a leaking AC. I have Carolina Conditions come out annually to clean the dryer and vent. They are prompt, professional and have always done an excellent job. Forrest also did an excellent job today. I will continue to call them and will also have them do additional jobs as needed with pluming and electric.

We had a chandelier and fan replaced by Tim Frazer and were very impressed. The company scheduled our install quickly and he came on time, wore shoe covers to protect our floors, was very professional, and everything works great. I ordered the fan online and the remote that goes with it doesn’t have the reverse feature that I wanted so I need to have another fan installed and Tim even said they would come back out and install the next one when I get it with no service fee, only labor costs. We used Columbia Electric Service to have POE cameras and flood lights installed before they merged with Carolina Conditions and were happy then too.

I needed a dryer vent line replaced and rerouted in my crawlspace. Carolina Conditions was able to provide a quote and do the work the same day. Forrest was the representative and he is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend and call again in the future.
