Had a complete system replacement installed by Killman and his guys. I was nervous about getting the variable speed equipment but Mr. Killman assured me that I would be pleased. So far everything has been awesome. Had this installed a month ago and it has been perfect. I highly recommend Killman hvac and will he doing business with them in the future. Job well done guys!

Mr. Killman came quickly and gave us a very fair price to replace the unit. They were able to replace it 2 days later, very quickly and professionally. I would recommend them 100%! They did a great job!

This company came to my house to install a new gas pack and install new duct work.I am completely dissatisfied with the quality of their work. After treating my house like a construction zone and leaving their trash everywhere. I was told the reason was because they were used to having a construction dumpster on the job.I will be repairing the damage caused by their install for several weeks. Bathroom tiles broken. Carpet openings for duct work cut too large to allow the vent to cover it. They even went as far as trying to hide it so that I would not notice. In a laundry closet where the return air was installed, they ruined the finished walls by scraping paint and some of the wood off the wall.The final straw was when the owner called not to check on the install or how he would clean up their mess or fix the damages they caused. He only called to find out when he would get paid. He even tried to justify the damages since his price was lower than the rest. Word to the wise, you do get what you pay for.Horrible company that I will never work with again.

Excellent company!! I have a split unit and I have used them to replace one unit completely and also to repair my other unit. I have also referred them to two other customers for new units and all of us have been very pleased with Killman Heating and Air. I believe their technicians are honest and trustworthy and they do not try to oversell or overcharge. I believe their rates are extremely reasonable and I trust them. They also provide quick service. I will be using them to replace the second half of my split unit this year.

These guys at Killman are awesome, mid July heat very hot and had to replace complete upper and lower a/c units. Arrived at 8am and finish around 4pm. Love how quiet these new Trane units are. House feels great. Very professional, friendly. Thank you so much.

Wow! The team at Killman is fantastic! They installed a new AC unit at the start of the summer. We’ve had a couple issue with the heat pump draining since we got the new unit. They came out promptly, fixed a clogged line (that was not part of the new unit install) and didn’t even charge us! Great group of professionals. Highly recommend them!

We had our main AC unit go out over Memorial Day weekend of all times, after keeping it limping along for several years. I heard about Killman’sfrom friends at church so I called them for the first time. The owner, Andy Killman, called me back that night and actually came out on Sunday! He was hoping he could get it going for us right away. What a wonderful man - kind, caring - He was actually concerned with our comfort! Unfortunately it was shot, which wasn’t a surprise. He immediately got in touch with his distributors to find a unit and 1 day later it was installed, despite this being their busiest season. I scheduled an install for a new heating and air unit as my old one was on its last leg. They were very professional by calling the day before to remind me of the install and on the day of to make sure they impacted my family and I as little as possible. They were able to remove the old unit and have the new unit up and running all in under 4 hours. I will continue using them for all my HVAC needs as I have never had any issues or concerns about the work they perform.

Killman was able to come out and assess our broken AC the same day that it busted. We needed a brand new AC unit, and they were at our house the next day installing the new one. With the weather being so hot, I was sure it would take a while to get the new one, but Killman was so quick to get our new AC up and running! They were so prompt and extremely professional! I tried out their service based on the reviews. Unfortunately didnt go well at all. I called because air wasnt blowing out in 3 rooms upstairs. They came did an inspection and determined I needed a damper replaced to resolve the issue. Later that week they came back and put in a new damper for $600! A few days when by and the air stop blowing out of those same rooms. I called they came back out and gave me the run around saying a may need another damper replaced. Sounds like they either didnt do the work or replaced the wrong damper. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. Im out of $600 and nothing has change but my bank account. SMH

It is so refreshing to deal with a family company that cares. I am so grateful, to find an honest company, that offers quality service at affordable prices. The only negative, is the Dominion rebate. I paid cash for my unit, so getting back the $500 is needed. Dominion lost all of my paperwork, and I have to replace it. That means going back through Killman to get them to do their part. I feel that since my job is done and over, that it is not a priority to deal with me. I called the company & sent 2 text messages. I shouldnt have to jump through hoops to get this rebate. This part of the process has been stressful.

This company installed the original unit 5 years ago and provided excellent service. Although we are extremely disappointed the compressor shorted out barely 2 months out of warranty, they were able to get the part, and install it in 2 days, when another company put us at 8-10 calendar days in 100• heat index. Amanda continually called to update us on the status, good or bad, so we weren’t just wondering, which was much appreciated. We haven’t even heard back from the other company since last week that still has our part “on order.”

Our ac wasn’t cooling as good as it had been. I went online and requested an appointment on Killmans website. I received a text the next morning giving the timeframe they could be there. Adam showed up and within 30 minutes had the unit up and running. He suggested keeping an ear out as the compressor started a bit rough. I asked a few more questions and made sure my wife understood what to listen for as well if I’m away.Adam was super easy to talk with and answered my wife’s questions as well. Very courteous and knowledgeable.

We called several contractors for a diagnosis of our old heat pump systems. We obtained a written proposal from Andy Killman, which was fully explained. Andy was courteous, professional and answered all our questions and concerns. On installation day the team arrived promptly, and installed both systems in one day. Amanda Killman, (this is a family-owned and operated business) handled all the paperwork for us regarding the registration of the warranties and filled out the forms for the rebates from the energy company. She provided us with copies of the paperwork. They made the process simple for us, which was much appreciated. We couldnt be more pleased with the service we received, the quality, and overall price. We highly recommend this HVAC company.

Killman Heating & Air is the only company I call when I need service or repair. They are fair (no need to shop), install only top tier equipment, and are personally a pleasure to deal with. Oh, by the way, you can set you clock by their responsiveness and punctuality, they are always on time or early. If they are running late, they will extend the courtesy of letting you know and confirming that a time, a bit different, will be OK with you. Like I said, no need to call anyone else but Killmans. It is clear, with Killmans, the Customer ALWAYS comes first.

Highly recommend Killman’s Heating & Air. Just had an issue with my air handler blower motor - programming issue with the electronics on motor still under warranty.. Adam showed up between the time given and was professional as he always is when conducting my annual inspection & cleaning. This time our Trane went down on a hot summer day. Ugh. Adam quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the part which arrived the next day. Once Adam got the part, he switched it out & had us A/C in 30 minutes. Thank Goodness!! Killman Heat & Air is a Great faith based family owned company I’m glad we went with 4 years ago when our 15 year old heat pump went out.
