Pros:-Location-They keep the property looking nice.-The value is is decent-New management and things are being improved.Cons:-Below standard internet plan and only one choice (50mbps and data capped).-My experience with the maintenance crew has been mixed. They’ve been slow at times and often “band-aid” problems instead of fix them. Our fridge has a leaking problem and they haven’t fixed or replaced it after a few attempts. Instead we just a bowl in the back to catch the water. Our screen door was in rough shape when we moved in. They just “unbent” the door instead of replace it like it should have been. It still looks beat up and I’d be willing to bet it’ll cost us when getting back out security deposit.Overall Thoughts:The complex and apartments overall are pretty nice. They keep the place clean and the location and value is decent. The new management has been proactive at improving the complex which I appreciate. Despite my complaints my experience overall has been pretty good.
I live on this apartments for 4 years. They are awesome, really quiet, nice neighbors, clean, and easy access to mayor roads. I only left because I bought a house, otherwise, I would have lived there for a long time. Maintenance people are nice, respectful and professional, and the office team has been always awesome. Alejandra, the manager, was always available to answer questions, and really nice to deal with. Honestly, even when I love my house, I miss my apartment a lot. Thank you all for making my staying there an amazing experience.Sonia Masso
Floorplan is great, gigantic closet, large built in shelves, desk, crown molding, huge balcony. New management just came in, so far so good.
The staff at this property is the best I have come across after touring several different properties in Lewisville. Nancy went above and beyond to help me feel accommodated during the tour, and other staff members were very welcoming. Pricing with everything was transparent, and they follow up with potential prospects. Property looks well kept and updated in the apartments. Even if you lease elsewhere, the tour is worth it.
Ive lived in the complex for a few years. The location is great. And the staff has always been helpful & kind.
Everyone is tremendous! The office reps are personable, friendly and VERY helpful! The maintenance men are AWESOME!!! They are professional, friendly and very efficient. The complex is so nice. The layout regarding parking, trash, and picnic is very easy to access.I have been here 3 years and LOVE IT!!!
Great team, cozy community
Nice canal views, neighborly people, management girls are great
I have lived here for 2 years and plan on renewing my lease. The manager ( Alex) and her team are amazing. The apartments are well kept and our neighbors are all super sweet. I would give 10 stars if I could!
Been here 2 years going on 3 and never had any issues. The apartments inside are beautiful, appliances and the bathroom looks great. If something isnt working they will check into it right away. The staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. They try and make the environment fun by having events throughout the month, witch is nice. The pool and weight room are small, so if that is really important to you then it may not be a perfect fit.
I’ve lived here for over a year and I’ve chosen to resign my lease so far I can say I love it and they manage to take care of me. We have a great staff in the office who is always helpful and maintenance answers your calls rather quickly.
Really happy with my apartment! The place is so quiet and peaceful. I feel very safe and very comfortable in my new home. The management is great and the service team always takes care of any maintenance issues right away. Really wish we had new appliances, but other than that i love love love my apartment :)
We lhave lived here for about 9 months and love it. Great apartments, very spacious and well priced. The leasing agents and management are also very friendly.
Beautiful apartment layout with great on site amenities. Office staff are extremely helpful and the new management make a world of difference! Love all the new upgrades we are seeing; signage, landscaping, appliances, etc.Word to the wise: be kind and you will receive kindness in return.
Nanci was so professional and very inviting, i would recommend her anytime .
The stay will be great. Good location. BUT.... Be prepared to not receive a deposit back and watch for the bogus charges on your final bill.I was charged for full replacement of carpet instead ofcleaning/patch by the apartment complex after move out. This was not acceptable to me as the stains could have beenpatched or cleaned. I received my 1st final statement viamail from the manager with an invoice with no information(this was supposed to be an estimate document whichcontained no pricing, dates, or signatures) so I assumed itwas fabricated. If youre asking me for money, I need thestatement from the company that replaced the carpet, notsome counterfeit invoice with no information regarding thecost of service. From the phone call with the apartmentmanager, I received a shoulder shrug, basically insistingon the carpet change for 2 stains that were not large enoughto constitute a full house carpet replacement. She sent 3photos which included 2 stains and 1 other photo of whatwas normal wear and tear on the carpet right in front ofthe doorway. The cost on the statement AFTER the $250deposit was deducted amounted to $533.61. The next day Ispoke to the regional manager from Sun Chase Americanwho manages the property and advised him of the situationand he too continued on with this blurb about the full housecarpet change, advising he did not even try to clean thecarpet or patch it, just charged for full replacement. He thengave me a story with information about how I “really” onlyowe $325.33 due to the fact that the carpet was new uponmove in Sept 2016 and carpet has a 5-year life span so hecan only charge a certain amount for a 2-year replacementdirectly to the tenant (Ive yet to see any documentation onthis rule nor is this information in my lease). I still havenot received the corrected invoice that itemizes thecharges for the $328.33. According to Tenants rights, Alandlord may be able to deduct for large, permanent stainson the carpet and pen marks on the walls caused by you oryour guests. Even in these cases, the landlord may not beentitled to replace all of the carpet or paint the entire houseat your expense. Well this is exactly what happened in my situation! After reviewing the statement and the comments listed, they are also charging me for plank in the wet areas (kitchen& bathrooms). I was advised by theapartment manager Julie on my walk through that the tile/plank/countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen would be changed anyway as they do not use the styles anymore, thus appear to be added to the charge of the carpet replacement on the statement fromSherwin Williams. So, basically be aware they will SCAM you out of your money. You can look at these photos and tell the so-called large stains couldve been patched or cleaned after 2 years of wear/tear.
Ive lived here for almost 5 years and have had a great experience! Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Plan to stay here for many more years!!! ❤
I have lived here for almost a year now and I love it. Very quiet and I just love my apartment. The staff here are wonderful. Great place to move.
Do not move into these apartments! They are scammers and will scam you out of money when you move out! Guaranteed! Also you will have to deal with beetle and roach infestations all spring, summer, and fall! Every morning I woke up there were hundreds of dead ones all over the floors. All they would say was “we will spray again” when obviously that wasn’t the problem. It was trying to prevent them from getting in. But they refused to do that because it would have cost them money. They will charge you for cigarette butts being littered when you don’t even smoke. They will charge you for not picking up after your pets when they’re not even there and out of state. My pets lived in the apartments for a total of 3 months out of 13 and they definitely take advantage of that and charge you for carpet cleaning which is like 150. They charged me 10 dollars to take out an item I forgot after I moved out. If I remember correctly it was a fabric softener box and a George foreman mini grill. Me and my wife respect our property and our housing. They WILL find ways to scam you out of money. The manager had a terrible attitude and treats everyone like a criminal. They refuse to work with you on anything especially when it comes to moving out and dates. The Apartments are poorly insulated and you can hear everything from you neighbors. They look nice, but trust me they are not.
My only issue was with the old manager, Kathy for her attitude. Once she was gone, I renewed my lease!I love that they accept packages for you when youre not at home. Maintenance is on point! I hope nothing change in this apartment. I wish they didnt charge pet rent because my dog doesnt have an income.
Do not move into these worst apartment! Most of the apartments are infected by the roaches. Management is very very poor, they dont know how to talk with customer and they charge too much when you leave the apartment. My recommended is dont move into this poor apartment.
This place has left such an impression on me ! Management was so helpful and truly cares for the individual needs of each person . The property is beautiful, very clean and well kept. The pool is gorgeous and great for families with kids . The club house connected to I️t is a very calm environment to hangout or host special events . This property is a must see !
Best place I ever lived and great staff!! Clean property as well!
Loved living here for the 9.5 months that I rented an apartment with them. This apartment complex has decent amenities and if you are on a budget, you may want to check them out. Generous referral rewards and a decent group of people managing the place are a plus.
The apartments look great on the outside but when you actually move in its alot of minor issues. Julia is a amazing manager. need more managers like her.
I have lived here for years.it is quiet..efficient..and most of all clean and within reach of everything I need...stores,airport,malls,etc.
I stopped by to check out because I was considering moving there. One guy was on his phone. The other was talking to someone. He heard me take a step and looked up. I said hello and he went back to talking to the person. No greeting, no Ill be with you in a moment. If this is how they treat you and you havent moved in yet, what will the service be like after Im locked into a lease?
I am thinking of moving to these apartments and wanted to know from current tenants if utilities are included in the rent and if so which utilities specifically. My fiance and I like what weve seen online but want just a little more information before booking a tour.
Management is careless and zero integrity, they care only money not the maintenance and they charge illegitimate when you move out on the name of inspection, when you move out of the unit you expect a huge bill even though you clean the unit with profession cleaners, they charge you.. When I moved out I cleaned with professional cleaners though I got bill of $775 and when you ask proofs they show fake phots and nonsense, Very bad management and they don’t respond even to your questions or complaints. If you take any unit in this apartment you are ruined, trust me.
Not enough amenities (just very small and old gym, lol), the only pool is closed for more than a year by now, rent is up every year of course. Management is okay. Maintenance is great! but overall...theres a better place for the same money in the area - Chapell hill luxury apartments.
Nice place, well kept, great staff!
The internet is horrible here. They use at&t internet and its the worse I have ever experienced! Its super slow. The fastest option you can current get is up to 50mbps down and it never runs at that speed. Att came to my unit 5 times in 1 week and said yup we cant fix this. The apartment refuses to allow Spectrum come in because they would have to drill. If you like to watch Netflix then prepare to let it buffer. The apartment manager told me you can have any internet provider you want knowing they dont have anyone else at their complex. For the apartment itself maintenance is very slow to fix problems. The parking lot floods all the time. The entire year of 2016 the pool was closed and they refused to give a discount for an amenity that is part of my rent. Towards the end of the summer they sent us to another apartment complex to use their pool but theirs was broken too. Imagine that.Windows are not sealed properly and it allows moisture in that creates mold around the window seals.I was doing laundry one day I emptied my dryer and had my clothes out ready to fold and put away. I decided to leave and get lunch and at that time they inspected my apartment which I knew they were going to do. They left me a notice that they were going to fine me because of my clothes being out. Really??? Thats beyond ridiculous.Oh and last part. When moving out to buy a house once you agree to do a 30day close on the house and you are out of contract for the apartment you better be ready to pay for an extra month of the apartment rent. Yup they required a 60 days notice for an out of contract move. Yes I was paying them more per month with the plan to move away from this place. They refused to work with me. So always paying on time gets you nothing . They are greedy and dont want to help when they need to.Oh and they have a person living there that works out of his garage 24/7. The person was real nice but unfortunately his work leaves nails in the parking lot cause flat tires. I brought this up to the apartment and they said was it by the garage over there. So they knew about the problem. But did nothing to stop and and of course they would not replace my tires. This happened all throughout my 2 years living thereRoaches in my clean kitchen! They did the bug treatment many times but that did not keep the roaches away.Do yourself a favor and do not live here. Find a better complex that will work with you, keep the pool open every year, and provide reliable intrrnet!
Never pay rent online. The system doesnt work properly and youll end up paying late fees because your rent didnt go through (although it would show thanks payment successful). Plus you have to pay $15 fee for paying online. Absurd. They wont cooperate with you either.
They charge everybody huge amount whenever anybody is moving out and there is roach problem in most of the apartments. The appliances were old and I kept asking them to change which were never changed and finally at move out I was charged for that.
I love does apartments because Im moving to them
There 2 big water leak they have not fixed and months. The water is pouring into the driveway slash parking lot
Yes dont rent this apartments, they charge you nearly $700 bucks when you move out, they dont inspect while you are vacating and they say once you move out our team will spect and will send your deposit to your new address, finally they will send a huge bill to your new address.
The pool is closed for more than a year. Most of the apartments are infected by the roaches.Management is very poor and they charge too much when you leave the apartment.
You cant access floorplans on their website. Who wants to take the time to go visit a community and not know what the plans look like?
Love this property!
