I generally like these apartments, but I feel like my concerns are not being heard or cared about. Since March I’ve gone to the office at least 10x times and emailed with management about the disturbance upstairs. The neighbors have no respect for the people that are downstairs them. There’s jumping, yelling, screaming, kicking, moving of furniture at all hours of the day and night. It never stops. The office manager claims they have spoken to corporate about it, but the more I talk to them the louder the noise gets. It’s starting to interfere with my job, and sleep therefore my well-being. They won’t take my concerns seriously so maybe a bad review will finally open up their eyes because I am sick of it!!!!!

I love it here. It’s quiet, kid-friendly, and well maintained. They are hard to get ahold of over the phone but if you pop into the office, everyone is genuinely radiant. Over, my experience has been great so far.

I love this community, I have lived here for 5 years now, I am so glad that there is such a peaceful vibe. The management and staff are incredibly kind and are willing to work with you and makes things better, I have always had quick turn around when in need of assistance.In fact we have referred our friends here as well.The community itself is well kept and there are always little updates that we notice taking place all the time.

The apartments are nice for the price you pay. Maintenance is ok most of the time. It takes forever to get pest control, even though you pay for it monthly. The thing I despise the most is that you can NEVER reach anyone at the office. If you call, they dont pick up the phone, EVER. You leave a message with the service, they dont call you back. EVER. Very frustrating!

I have lived at this community for 10 years and love it here. Not only is it a nice and peaceful community but the staff is amazing. They always put the residents first and taken care of. It’s never a question to renew my lease from year to year because I simply love it here. Huge thank you to the staff for always being accommodating, efficient and prompt in our servicing needs! :)

If youre looking to move into this apartment complex, beware of the lack of management here. Ive lived here for about a year and let me tell you, if you call for maintenance for any issue, you wont get a response for months at times.You can call the office to expedite the process right? Nope, you can call them 5 times a day for a week and leave them messages and let ensure you, you wont receive a call back. Ive also visited by the office several times waiting for 30minutes with no staff in sight. The one time i was finally able to find someone in the office, they told me the issue would be resolved by that day. I guess when they say today they really mean whenever we feel like doing our jobs.If you want an incompetent management company that doesnt care for their residents, this is the place to be!Watch as they give a super generic response to this review just like all the others.

Very nice living environment! Beautiful buildings. Gated community, very clean. Always someone around as far as maintenance etc.

The value is horrible. Don’t live here. It’s so much money for what you get. Look around because there are lots of apartments with better value in the area. The community is fine. The gate is always broken. Management never answers the office phone. Maintenance will say they’ve come when they haven’t. They split the water bill between the entire building so you end up paying more for water. They will charge you so much when you move out no matter how much you clean/repair. They double charged us on our move out sheet and we had to go through a lot to get them to take the double charge off. They just want your money. They’ll take as much from you as they can.

When I first came to take a look in to the apartments I fall in love with the common areas, and the people working at the club house was very nice. Im already in my second year living here, and I have to say that the administration have an A+. Always there for me and during the quarantine they even gave us payment plans for our rent. That has a lot to say about this place. It has its residents as a priority.

A man claiming to be a maintenance worker tried to assault me after he showed up behind me at the broken front gate delivering food and he got out and tried to fight me instead of fixing it, and that’s with an no scratches on my bumper and no paint on the gate, I never got a resolution.An hour ago someone stole their neighbors order and I just got fired with 13 days to make 1,500 to save my household and depended on that. Someone, who most likely wasn’t starving or needy and wanted a free full meal more than what could happen, like that mad customer calling without an answer and getting me deactivated in less than 60 minutes of the delivery,So they keep some REAL stand-up residents around, but I already have met some nice ones and already knew they hated the worst ones in town moving in.

I have been leaving here for a year already, and it is an amazing place, quiet, well take care of, the do the work orders on time, they take care of the property and the have a great staff! Elena is really nice and helpful!

Ive gotta say that my husband and I love living here. When we toured they gave us the option of a private walkthrough without a member of staff with us. It helped us to take our time, discuss our likes and dislikes and then we eventually were able to return for measurements. Absolutely no hassle. Sandey in the office is incredible, professional and extremely caring. Weve never had a problem with maintenance. Theyre always very quick to respond (normally same day unless we put the request in late in the day). The main maintenance man that normally comes (his name escapes me at the moment) is very quick and extremely polite. He always gives great advice on how to avoid problems and has spotted issues we didnt realize and fixed them for us in the same trip. Love living here, but could do with a slightly better A/C unit. All in all an excellent complex to live in and were starting year 2 this month.

I lived here for 3 years. Their prices have absolutely skyrocketed the past few years. I paid $1030 for a 2 bedroom and now that price is nearly $1700. No major issues with the community besides loud kids and the gate never working. But there are far better deals out there. This place isnt anything special to charge that much. If you have plenty of money to burn, the community is fine, but if you are on a budget look elsewhere. If their prices were more reasonable I would rate higher. Also, expect to be out a few hundred dollars on move out. Theyll charge you for everything they can.

Very nice upgraded apartments

My wife and I lived here for 1.5 years and enjoyed our time living here. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Never had any problems in 1.5 years, and when we needed something done, maintenance would fix it next day. The complex is kept up and the dog parks were a great perk to us. The apartments were designed nicely. We ended up having to cut our lease early with our house being finished early, but everything was explained up front and they were helpful when needing to complete the paperwork and pay the affordable fee to cut it early.

Nice from what I saw but the price i was told over the phone was not the price and the fireplace they said was in it it wont be i spoke to Joy over the phone so thats false advertising i wrote down everything she said got there and Elena was their very sweet young lady gave me different information

Im a potential customer wanting to inquire about the property. I wanted to speak directly to the leasing office not a centralized office, How come every time I call no one answers. This is not a good first impression.

Not well maintained, I always see trash in stairs and common areas.

My bestfriend and I showed up here with his mom. She had an appointment and all they did was send us an apartment number and made us walk through it on our own. They didnt even show up during our conference time.

This is a pretty good place to live. I have been here approximately 5 years and have not had any real issues. The management staff is friendly and accommodating. Maintenance is satisfactory and punctual so that is a plus. The apartment I have is modern and easy to live in. The property is also pleasant to the eye and there are really no eye sores to be seen.The only complaint I would have is the walls are thin and living on the 3rd floor, I have to keep my TV, music, and noise down, otherwise I am likely to receive a complaint. All in all, it is a good place to live.

The responsiveness to issues is still fairly high. Place is relatively clean, tho more recycling bins would be helpful. California had laws about cleaning up after dogs I wish were in force in Texas.

Front office management are all so awesome & lets not forget maintenance cause they work very hard. The community here gives us a great and friendly atmosphere.

Dont waste your money here, fairly new but not properly managed. its a rip off! I cant wait to move out soon. Entrance gates are always open and miscreants moves freely in and out to trade drugs. Up to 5 residents with wild pit bull dogs sometimes unattended to. Bed bugs issues in office area carpet and chair,pest control vehicle is always here to do one treatment or the other. Rodents and bugs around pool area in late night and day time Sharp objects, house flies, snack left overs are buried in sand court and a fighting ground for kids, left over foods, weed and grass growing in sand court. Under aged kids are allowed to walk dogs without parent supervision. Excessive and repeated fighting in driveways and around building 1, 2 and 6 Beer cans and bottle around drive ways and parking lot, spider webs and dirt in hall ways. Professionalism, knowledge, helpfulness, and overall service level is poor, management too lazy. Assistant manager will run you down with golf cart going beyond 15 and 20 mph. New steadfast living manager doesnt care no matter how many times you complain, nothing happens except discrimination and gossip

I really do not know where to start. This is an amazing property with an amazing team in the office. After many years running properties I personally am very picky about where I live based on how the office & team acts & reacts to issues & how involved the manager is. I spent one day looking at a set list of apartments and the whole reason why we chose to move in was Sandey (PM) she is amazing!!! Its not every day that you can really find a manager that gets involved and helps with residents, she toured the property for us & even searched for the perfect unit based off of our needs & wants in a home. Bree & Michael are also amazing and are always on top of everything. We moved into what they call a classic unit, which just hasnt been updated but the home was still in PERFECT condition. You can definitely tell that everyone on the property takes pride in there work and they take care of there residents. My only issue with the property is parking, its not bad I can always find a spot however they should really look into installing a few more covered spots due to Texas weather.I highly recommend this complex to anyone.

I lived at this location for a year, well I say a year. I had a years lease but it was so bad that I moved out while still on my lease and still paid for that lease. The staff, if thats what you want to call them are the rudest Ive ever had to deal with. If you go in to ask anything they act like you are bothering them to do their jobs. The grounds are not maintained, so much so that I either had lizards or snakes in my apartment. This has nothing to do with the guys that were to maintain them, they were not given the tools to do their jobs. (in my opinion) The amenities never worked, this includes the car wash, vacuum, pool was always dirty, GATE never worked the whole time I lived on site. Do not pay for the clicker remote it is a waste of 50.00! I have never written a review in my 47 years but this one was a must. The only thing I can say good about this location is that the maintenance men were always polite. If you listen to the on call message this location sounds like paradise, but believe me it is the furthest from that. I had to put this as one star to post this review, but it doesnt even deserve that. Enter at your own risk...Pam

After moving out they sent a bill for almost $2,000. Claiming damages and cleaning. I have tried multiple times to get hold of someone to talk about these charges, but they are never in or available. No walk-through was done to show damages, amongst the absolutely absurd charges is one for new carpets claiming my dog ruined them. I have a support dog who is literally trained not to even step inside one of the bedrooms. This place is a joke, they can lie about carpets and cleaning costing $1,600 along with the fact that none of these issues even exist. I can wholeheartedly recommend you not put yourself in this place.

Maintenance issue responses are handled in a timely manner and the maintenance staff is friendly as well. The grounds are well maintained and the overall neighborhood is pretty safe.Management is always helpful with any issues that we may have.The layout of the apartment feels more like a house rather than your standard apartment floor plan. Living room is spacious and great for entertaining a few visitors. The kitchen is small but thats pretty standard in most apartment complexes. I do like that the kitchen is open on both sides making it easier for two people to work in a small space.You do have an option to expand your square footage if you choose a unit that is on the backside of the property. You lose your patio space but you gain more room in the living area which works well for my family.

L love how spacious the pantry/laundry room is. My master bedroom’s closet can accommodate all my stuff and my bed fits quite nicely in my room.The staff is always friendly when l stop by the office and the Christmas wrapping section has been a huge help right now.

I believe the staff works extremely hard to take care of the property and residents. I absolutely love this place! Sandey is amazing and so is Mike. They are beyond appreciated.

I like this place, a friend stays in a 2 bedroom, 2 toilet and its really spacious for the price n not noisy but one of the things I dont like is how unkept the stairways are with cigarettes butt everywhere every single time I go there.

There was a rat in apartment. After repeated visits to the rental office, they finally were able to close a big hole but could not capture the rat. Mike was very prompt in visits to apartment and figuring the issue. I ordered a rat-trap from amazon and I was successful in capturing the rat live. I am still monitoring the situation in apartment.

While the apartments themselves are fairly nice, in a good location, decent rates, etc., the management needs a lot of work. Reading some other reviews, yes there are some pest and maintenance issues here and there but its an apartment complex, it kind of comes with the territory.If you do decide to move here READ EVERYTHING. Ask for documentation for everything you sign/pay for. And whatever you do make sure you dont give them any reason to slap you with a fee because they do it constantly. Then if you go in to try and dispute it, the only answer you get is Well thats what this paper says. Im looking at you Assistant Manager. They make no effort to help you out because why should they? It only benefits them, and if you dont pay their ridiculous fees, they just add a late fee onto as well.Also understand that if you go for the cheaper surety deposit instead of the normal security deposit, you dont get that money back and it doesnt actually pay for any cleaning/repairs when you move out. They dont bother to tell you about that until move out and they want money for cleaning and repairs.I cannot honestly say I was sad to leave.

Staff is nice and the apartments are too but the walls in the apartments are so thick you can hear people from the floor above you. Its annoying.

I recently went to visit the office as a prospect tenant. I prior to visiting had made an appointment through apartment list. I get there and Mrs Noelle says they cant show the unit because its not clean. She asked I come another day. I already had to take off work to look at apartments all day. She proceeded to show me pictures. Before she shows them to me, I said to her you just sent me an email and I glanced at it and it said something about white appliances or cabinets and she then asked if I even read the email?. Well when one is searching for an apartment we tend to get emails from several communities its certainly hard to keep up with who has what. Im here in person why cant you just yell me without being rude. Gate was broken I didnt drive through the complex . I was really close to submitting the application online the night before glad I didnt. Not a great first impression. There is a picture online with what appears to be white cabinets and white appliances. She showed me a picture of a unit with white appliances and wood colored cabinets. Not what you see in the websites pictures.

They try to parade around as an upscale complex, but they arent .Only 3 of the 6 washing machines actually work, with one having an awful smell from the water not draining and it caused the whole damn laundry room to stink badly. Someone is gonna get hurt climbing in and out of the window. Takes them several days to follow up for maintenance requests. There are far better complexes for less.

I have lived here for the past year and a half and have been quite happy. My neighbors are quiet and tidy. I like the floor plan of the apartment and the view of the canal. My only wish is for garage access but they are not available at this property.

I love it here!! The community is beautiful, the apartments are perfect size. They even have a car wash bay which is nice. Its in the perfect location for shopping and food! The office staff is very friendly and the manager Sandy is the nicest manager ive ever dealt with at a complex, she personally has helped with any problem ive had and never get irritated. She is great! Highly recommend it for anyone looking!

You should live here only if you like feeling like youre in prison. Ive never been harassed so much in my life. After we moved in we got tons of emails reminders from the office about their rules, so many rules and fines for everything. We also had so many maintenance visits it was unreal. Then Mike at the front office was the most horrible person he was rude to my teenage son and seemed to have a power complex. My mother in law was in very bad health and my husband got a job closer to his mother so we wanted to move. It was like parting the red Sea we couldnt get out of the lease even if we gave our first born I had to stay at the apartment for months to finish out the lease and I was pregnant living apart from my husband because we couldnt afford to pay over $6000 to break the lease. Then I finally moved out and they took my entire $500 security deposit and tried to charge me even more saying I owed late fees! I had to go to the building management because when I called the property manager they said they didnt have a ledger of my account that they could send me outling the bills. These people are liars and scam artist. I would never suggest anyone move here.

This is one of the most unreasonable managements Ive ever come in contact with. I would not recommend them to anyone. The office staff is not personable either.They have nice maintenance personnel, but that is the only good thing I can say about them.The expectation of having spotless carpets at move out after living here for 7 years is insane. Fining for having normal wear and test on items, that you paid a deposit on, isnt ethical.

Moved here two weeks ago and ready to move. Unfortunately we signed a 13 month lease. Carpets were stained and dirty when we moved in. I let the front office know at least twice already, plus marked it on the move in form, but they have yet to do anything about it. About a week later we went to the front office to inquire about a covered parking spot. They told us that the one we wanted was available, we wrote a check, but the next day I received a call that it was already taken. Bummer, but the manager was nice about it. However to this day Ive seen no one park there. This past Sunday, our keys were not working. It was about 12:50 when it was discovered that our keys were not working. My boyfriend and I walked to the front office and waited for them to open, which they open at 1 on Sundays. When the lady (never told us her name) arrived and we told her that our keys werent working her first response was why didnt you just call emergency maintenance if it was before hours? We proceeded to tell her that we just found out and it seemed like someone tried to break in. (The latch was bent where the door locks. Her next response was well you need to call the cops. Maybe we should have, but nothing was taken, our home (at previous properties) were never attempted being broken into, so we didnt know the proper channels to take since the main solution we were looking for is new keys for our front door. Also, when we asked about our locks being changed, she said she had to ask her manager because there may be a charge. Why would there be a charge if THEIR locks and keys dont work properly?! Long story short, overall all bad encounter with trying to get a simple thing resolved. Now two days later, my car was vandalized. Nothing major but someone sprayed silly string all over the back of my car. Horrible first two week experience. Cant wait to see what happens next!!

The people who work in the office are always willing to help, we receive notifications about everything, we are always informed about changes and everything, great apartments everything very well and they are very organized.

I have lived year over a year no MAJOR problems with my apartment itself, Now the gate on the other hand is very frustrating i dont remember the last time the gate actually worked, they have the gate code set up to my mobile device which will NOT open the gate so i have to sit for 15-20 min. for another resident who has a clicker to the gate to enter, yes they gave me a clicker but only one which i gave to my nanny so her and my child could enter with-out waiting, i work nights so i end up coming home about 12-1am and WAITING FOREVER sometimes i have to park outside the gate and walk to my apartment and i explained this to the staff, she told me i can get another clicker but it will cost you $50, why would you charge me $50 for a problem that has nothing to do with me? I am very frustrated.

I interact a lot with Mike and Melissa, they are always willing to help out and are very attentive to my requests. I have remained a tenant for 7yrs due to the decent price for rent, style, space, location, schools and the friendliness factor of Melissa and Mike as office staff.

Anyone moving into these apartments please read all reviews because the bad reviews are 100% true. This is my second year lease. First off the maintenance team is absolutely sweet and hard working. The management is a HUGE joke. Last year they threw a door/patio Halloween contest and the one who had the most likes on via internet got 100 dollars off rent. We thought it would be festive and nice to have cheaper rent. Got the most likes. Ask when we were going to have the rent off they said they picked their winners. So integrity is out the door. The gate is always broken. Pool is always filthy. Kids do whatever they want. My neighbor moved out, a homeless man stayed in that exact apartment illegally until we called the cops because he was trying to break into our apartment. Because the on call security for the apartments never showed up. Emailed the apartments about it and they never got back with us. Fridge broke twice when we first moved in. Lost a lot of food. The paint is cheap on the walls. If you accidently bump something into the wall paint chips off. My across neighbors party every night and have at least 8 people stay In that apartment. Safety is definitely a issue. Great location and I have a great view out my window. Stayed another year because they had claimed to have new management. Cant wait til my lease is up. Worse apartments ever..

Pretty awesome place for the price. Although refurbished, the job isnt well done and the age of the complex shows. That coupled with mediocre maintenance jobs lands the place 3 stars instead of 4

Where can I begin. Google needs negative stars.I have been submitting service requests and sending emails to Bree in the leasing office regarding the mold smell from vents when the ac/heat is on since September, it is now November.I am new to the apartment complex. I have only been here for 3 months.I have been smelling mold for months in my apartment when the air/heat is on. I have pics of thick mold growing in the vents. The sight of it will make you vomit. Weve been breathing this in. My whole appartment smells like mold when the unit is on. I cant use the ac, so we are hot. Cant use the heat, so we are cold. I have severe allergies. My eyes were itching stinging and burning. I have been having bad allergy attacks and had to see an ENT last week to get an endoscopy and a steroid shot because my allergies were so bad. I have been so inconvenienced because I work from home. Bree sent To the Rescue carpet cleaning to clean my vents I use the word clean loosely. When I returned to my apartment dust was all over my kitchen and clothes in laundry room. A carpet cleaning company is not qualified to handle mold. I have woken up some mornings with no voice.I had to send Sandey a certified letter return receipt of the problem. I had to get estimates to get the vents/ac cleaned by a reputable HVAC company. To clean mold correctly, a company must use negative pressure to trap and remove the mold without circulating it through out the apartment.And also the a/c coils need to be professionally cleaned. Thank goodness Dalworth was able to show me what weve been breathing in. Why did I need to do the foot work. I dont own this building.In addition the neighbor has had up to 7 bags of trash sitting outside of his apartment almost blocking the stairs. For weeks a chocolate shake was spilled all over the neighbors doorstep, just nasty. Trash drip marks all up and down the stairs. To top things off for the last 2 weeks a nasty dirty diaper has been on the stairs with a juice bottle and pineapple peel chunks. I am soooo done!!! I am so DISGUSTED!!!I pay $400 more in rent to be sick and DISGUSTED???. No way!! I lived in my old apartment complex for 8 years and I have never seen anything like this!!

Ive recently moved into these apartments. Im happy with the location and the actual apartment. However, the night I moved in my car was vandalized with sugar beimg put into my gas tank. I would have thought that just maybe someone in my personal life could have done this, but NO ONE knows where I live. Hell I didnt expect to move in as soon as I did. I am disappointed at management for not being concerned. The cameras werentworking nor does the cameras cover the parking lot. I filed a police report and management sp/w an detective. However Ive yet to receive any courtesy calls from management. #off2abadstart 🤦🤷

Staff has been really good at fixing problems, maintenance staff is on top of things usually resolving things within 48hrs even for minor stuff (high light bulb changes etc.)...neighborhood is calm, kids run around in the afternoon, but Ive never seen them cause problems in the 14 months ive been here. Extended my lease simply because Sandy (Property manager) and Bre (Front desk lease agent) have always been friendly, flexible, and available to answer any questions and help with any issue. Only gripe I have is the onsite laundry facility...but im pretty sure thats an issue with the vendor they use for the machines...seems they have a problem keeping them current and operational. A lot of the reviews on here seem pretty old, this new management company had just taken over right as I was moving in and it took them a few months to fix a lot of the issues the previous company had left for them, they have been doing a very good job so figured id drop this review, hope someone at Steadfast reads because these people need some praise.

I love living here, very convenient luxury Apts, wash or vacuum your car, watch a movie at the movie theater, get a sun tan on the tanner, go to the gym or enjoy playing pool, how about throwing a barbecue at the pool, they have everything!!!

I have lived here for almost a year, it is a great location but this place is a joke! They dont care,when you ask about the gates never working, someone drove into it.Really! why would anyone do that.The pool, dont get me started. someone dumped gallons of beach in the pool. it was awful!!!!management changed again and let me tell you about their bad attitudes. its funny they want to charge you for everything but they do nothing.pools is gross, garbage everywhere all the time.They are very nice to get you in here but once you are in, all bets are off.Dont do it!!! this place is awful

Maintenance swapped our broken fridge for one infested with roaches, and now our apartment is infested with them. We see at least 5 a day. After multiple pest control treatments and even buying my own roach baits, the problem has not gotten any better. Forcing us to relocate. The management has refused to let us out of our lease early even though they were the ones who created the unlivable conditions.In my almost two years there, we had several maintenance request put in. While they are fairly prompt at responding, they typically leave a mess that requires us to scrub and mop the floors to clean up after them.Do not select a unit near the playground. Unsupervised children are constantly running around causing noise, we have even had multiple times where children were slammed into our outside windows because they were fighting and frightened my two young children.The people running the front office are rude and not very helpful, I have witnessed them screaming back at upset customers, they should not be working with directly with people.

Do not be fooled by the exterior of this complex. The office staff and property managers are lazy and they charge for everything including trash pick up. there is no outside storage and even thought the floor plans look big there are no storage places inside the apartment either. I notified the front office about a mosquito problem they were having due to standing water in the back of my building from recent rain and also from a leaky pipe from some resident in out building, I was notified that depending on what side the water was on it was my duty to contact the City of Lewisville to complain. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. this is the WORST apartment Complex EVER!!!

Dont consider this place. Bad Management, will suck money from you (Admin Fees, cleaning charges,etc) but will never give you service. I lost money when I moved out as well.Stay away.

It isn’t the best apartment to live in, not very affordable but, the people who work there are very rude.

Noise is loud and management do not seem to care enough to enforce the rule
