Do NOT rent here!!!Landlord is extremely lazy and unprofessional.She welcomes herself into the apartments without a 24 hour warning. I was in bed one morning and I heard a noise in my living room and there she was! Standing in my living room!! She harassed me over the phone, email and text messages.She has a very expensive task list to complete when leaving a unit. When something is broken, or urgent she will ignore you for days and finally respond and refuse to fix the issue because she either doesn’t have time or it’s not her responsibility. I had a leaking bath tub that was warping the vinyl flooring for 2 months. I had a broken window for 6 months that was letting in snow, rain and cold air. I had broken a/c for almost 2 weeks during July heat. She is lazy and could care less about you once you move in. They don’t snow shovel the parking lot or salt them. It’s not worth the price to live here. The apartments are out dated and close to everything was broken when you move in. Do NOT move in here!! It is a headache and you feel nervous to leave your apartment in fear she’ll break into it. The apartments are full of drug heads and people that rummage through your garbage. I walked out to my car to find an old lady sorting through my mail and trash that I had thrown in the dumpster. Upstairs units and hallways smell of weed and cigarettes. Just don’t move in.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Manager is lazy! I live here and the manger doesn’t lift a finger. She informed me that I have to purchase and change light bulbs, purchase and change air filters, purchase and change batteries. When I first moved in, I asked her if she could check to make sure my smoke detector was working. She told me to get a broom and check it myself. Rude and lazy!!! People leave their trash and cigarette butts on the ground and in the mulch. Even though there is a NO SMOKING sign in the hallway, residents are free to smoke in their apartments. My apartment stinks of cigarette smoke and weed from my neighbor below me. There isn’t “quiet time” hours listed in the lease so don’t bother contacting the manger because she will just tell you to call the cops. The manager does not clear the walkway and parking lot of snow even though the lease agreement states she is suppose to. She refuses to put down salt so that her tenants don’t slip and fall. I was carrying my daughter out to the car and fell on the ice. I contacted the manager asking her to salt the parking lot. She didn’t answer her phone or return my call… instead she sent me an email with the lease agreement. She didn’t even ask if we were ok. The next day I received a letter under my door that she is not renewing my lease and I have to get out within 60 days. You will not get your deposit back because she gives you a long list of impossible chores to do before you go.

Lived there for two years and now both my siblings live in this complex. Wonderful, affordable apartments. And the Landlord is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Nice place

This is my third time living here, and I love it. The manager has always fixed any issues or problems I have had! Not to mention I have always gotten my deposit back when you complete the list when you move out! I live in a two bedroom now with my son and I must say that the tendents in this building are respectful and quiet! The person below me even has a little garden outside. For the price I think its an amazing place to live in Lebanon! When I moved into my two bedroom I was blown away at the space and the new carpet ! Deff would recommend it to anyone I enjoy living here!
