Do not move there!! i have had mold growing inside my apartment on my cabinets, my furniture, my clothes, my pictures, etc, and they gave me a $100 gift card and said there was nothing they could do, they do not care about anyones health or well being!! worst place i have ever lived for the money they charge you!!!animals use the bathroom in front of your patio and leave it there the grass wont grow, the office never calls you back

I’ve lived here for about a year and a half now, and although it’s very hard to “love” apartment complexes, I have loved this one. Their office staff and maintenance never act inconvenienced about anything you call them about, and that’s very important to me as I’ve had previous landlords/maintenance workers who were nightmares to deal with and who were verbally abusive to tenants.Out of all of the staff, Bridgette is absolutely phenomenal to work with! She helped me with a nuisance neighbor situation and has been so supportive throughout my entire time here. The support I’ve received from both her and upper management has made me want to stay here longer than I had originally planned for.

I lived in the apartment for over 3 years. Never had a issue with maintenance or apartment staff. I only encountered one issue with my heater and they sent their technician out the same day and worked on my heater until it was up and running. They only issue I have is the spiders and the small insects that comes in the apartment alot since I was on the first floor. Other than that I really do enjoy the apartment complex. It’s completely quite, everyone is friendly, and most of all you do not have to worry about any criminal activity. The apartments are super cheap compared to any apartments in Nashville!

I have lived here for a few years now. The apartments are poorly designed. Particularly the HVAC systems, just bad.Only used the pool once. To dirty to want to go back.Zero service from the front desk. No one is ever there and IF you can get someone on the phone, they refuse to do anything.No one can do anything about the constant barking coming from upstairs. All. Night. Long.I will Not be renewing my lease this year. I cant take it anymore.

Takes over 2 weeks to replace a part for a dishwasher. They didn’t even bother to put the work order in when we first called and asked. Rent is ridiculously high for poor quality apartments. Since November we have had water pressure issues, a bad dryer which could of easily caught on fire and had to be replaced, disposal has stopped working multiple times, good luck getting a garage anywhere remotely close to your actual apartment, this is a “gated” apartment complex with a gate that never works and that is useless anyways because any person could walk around them so what’s the point, the gate hits cars. I have never lived in an apartment complex that charges this high of rent but is so low quality.Update: I would give them negative stars if I could. I switched renters insurance and provided proof via email over 6 times as well as spoke to Bridget on the phone about it and I am still receiving emails saying they do not have proof of renters insurance when they do. At this point it is harassment.

I love my apartment. What I do not love is how people shoot fireworks off within the complex, people are inconsiderate when out walking their dogs and I feel like the office staff could use some classes on customer service. The property manager however is super great to talk to and she is what makes me want to continue living here. She is professional and tactful. Hopefully I can edit this soon and bump it up to 5 stars.

We moved from out of state, and have LOVED it here.The staff are fantastic, professional and friendly.The maintenance team is outstanding, and always handles any issues quickly and in a convenient time for us.The salt water pool is amazing, and we have met a bunch of new friends there while enjoying the luxury of a spotless, well maintained pool! The grills and seating areas are great for cooking out, or sitting down there under the stars. They have a nice sand vollyball pit, and workout room too!I have ever seen one piece of trash on the property, and people are always out walking their dogs.This is a non smoking property, and we really appreciate being able to sit on our deck and enjoy a beautiful view without chocking on smoke.All our family and friends who have visited us have loved our apartment ( and a few wish they had known about it before the choose a place).

I really enjoyed my time at Bartons Run! The staff was very friendly. Anthony was very helpful when I moved in and Toni was the best property manager Ive ever had. The maintenance staff was great! Never any issues they didnt fix. I also met some really good friends while I was there. Definitely recommend this place!

Apartments are very nice and I absolutely love the layout. Only complaint I have is the inconsiderate people who feel they can let their dogs poop anywhere they want and they are not obligated to pick it up.Letting your kids walk your dogs is no exception, they should learn proper etiquette as well.

I have lived here for almost a year. My apartment is large and has plenty of storage. The office staff, especially Anthony have been great and always helpful. I have had almost no need for maintenance or repair, but the maintenance staff are always friendly. The grounds are well maintained. My only complaint is that tenants dont pick up after their dogs even though there are adequate poop bags and disposal facilities all around. I love the trash pickup service. If my rent is not raised too much I will renew my lease.

These apartments are a complete joke. Don’t even waste your money here. When I moved out didn’t even get my deposit back because I didn’t have all my keys when I paid separately $25 a key so don’t see how that makes since. When ever you need an about an hour to two to get there. For these apartments to be so expensive this year I lived there I have never wanted to get out a place so fast would never go back here. The property manager is just rude and don’t ever wanna talk to you

I have lived in many apartments in the middle Tennessee area over the last five years. The service at Revere at Bartons Run has been by far the worst I have ever received. We had major insect problems multiple times while we lived here... mostly millipedes and spiders. We also had problems with our ceiling leaking. These problems were never properly handled despite numerous maintenance requests and complaints. The management changed hands multiple times in the 18 months I lived there. No one will ever give you a straight, honest answer. We moved out a month ago, and the property manager will still not return our calls regarding the refund of our security deposit. Take my word for it and find somewhere else to live.

I lived here for one year and enjoyed most of it but towards the end is when I had enough. The walls are super Duper thin be prepared to pay an extra $115 a month just to keep your apartment heated and cooled. Right now my apartment is not livable in with no water or no electricity and without contacting me or anybody on the lease they changed my locks!! I did a lot of research and that’s very Illegal! They never gave me a notice or anything I just came back to get a few of my items and I couldn’t get into my apartment because they had change my locks no I was not evicted or anything they just change the locks because they said they needed more for a different apartment complex. I repeat never was I ever informed and I’m very sure this is highly illegal!! So if you want somewhere to live that will just barge right in and change your locks at any time because they need some for a different apartment then choose this one!!! Also with that being said my apartment is not livable and they are still making me pay $1100 plus the water I never used for the whole month which is pretty weird instead of you paying your own water they put everyone’s water bill together and then divide that by however many people live here that does not sound right whenever I use no water the whole month of December I’m still being billed $50??? I repeat these apartment is big and kinda nice but the rent is outrageous and I’m pretty sure they change the rent every year up $100.

I chose this complex due to it being new and gated. I also chose this complex as they stated garages would be available. In October I was told that it would be two to three weeks before any garages would be available. This was no problem as I was told that I had to wait until November 11, 2017 to get a move in date as the apartment itself would not be ready due to construction. At move in (November), I asked again about the garage and was again told it would be two to three weeks before garages would be available. In December, I asked again about garages, and was again told it would be two to three weeks before garages would be available. It is now January and I have again asked about garages and have been told it is going to be soon.....we will let you know when they are available. There are twelve garages directly in front of my building that are complete and empty that have not been assigned to anyone. Clearly there is a communication problem between property management and the contractors building this complex........very disappointed here. Clearly, huge management problem. It really stinks having to scrape ice off your car every morning when there are twelve empty garages just a few feet away. Overall, over promised and under delivered.

This Revere is wonderful! Spacious units with high-end finishes and a fantastic office staff makes this place home.

Ive been living here since April of 2017, it is now October of 2018. I love my apartment but the my neighbors are loud and inconsiderate. I have complained to the office management since March about this issue and nothing is being resolved. A few weeks ago the guys gun discharged downstairs and the police nor office bothered to check in on neighbors or even bother to reassure them everything was okay. My husband is now deployed and i have a newborn due in 4 weeks and now im even terrified to live above these people. And not to mention i now believe they are smoking marijuana in their apartment because i smell it most days when they are home. What am i suppose to do when my child is born?? I dont want her inhaling that or me being terrified the guys gun will discharge again and happen to come through my floor. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU DONT MIND MANAGEMENT NOT HANDLING YOUR COMPLAINTS IF YOU HAVE ANY

Clean, quiet and the residents are so friendly

The maintenance is terrible. They say they will change something and then never do it so you have to spend your own money. When my bathroom got frozen pipes for three days, which is an emergency maintenance call, they never came. It is all just them telling you straight up lies to your face or over the phone no matter how nice the workers may sound.
