For the most part, our experience with Redwood apartments was positive. We moved into a new-build community 3 ½ years ago, we’re blessed with good neighbors throughout, and our maintenance needs were taken care of in a timely manner. These things are good but expected based on the cost of the apartments in this community which was pretty high compared with other local apartment complexes of comparable quality. That said, our move-out experience left something to be desired. After 3 ½ years and tolerating the construction process as the complex completed its development, with the unfinished landscaping, poor drainage, patchy grass, and mud everywhere you went once you stepped out of your apartment we were charged $434 for “stains and/or tears to the carpet much of which was likely a result of the conditions outside of the apartment being carried into the apartment and the fact that the carpet was 3 ½ years old. It seems like a reasonable expense to expect that if a renter has occupied a unit for that long that they are going to have to replace the carpet. It appears as though they understood that and made the correction in all of the new apartments which removed the carpet in the common areas in favor of laminate flooring, yet they still saw fit to charge us for their mistake and their conditions in the area. Additionally, we gave 30 days’ notice and vacated the apartment within the 30 days, yet we were charged an additional $116.67 for the lost rent on the unit for the week after our 30 days were up. Upon further review of the contract we noticed in the fine print that this is a stipulation within the contract, however, it was never explained in advance, nor was it noted when we coordinated the 30-day notice and clearly wanted to avoid paying additional rent. We are truly disappointed in Redwood Apartments for the way they closed out this lease and handled the expenses detailed in this review. Ensure that you carefully read the contract before accepting their terms because you will be held to it and there will be no consideration for your time tenure in the community, the extra charge you pay for your animals, or the lack of expense you cost them by being a good tenant, it won’t be repaid in kind.
Great place to live, very quiet does not seem like an apartment but a condo in a neighborhood. Rose has been very helpful with questions I have had, and Rob the maintenance man is wonderful always very prompt in addressing any concerns we have had. Would definitely recommend.
Bob knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within 15 mins.
I have worked with Monica since I first came to view the community about a month ago. She did her best for me every step of the way. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome, and I greatly appreciate the lengths she went to in order to help us find our next place to live. She answered all of our questions throughout the process and made sure to never leave us hanging. Thanks to her efforts, move-in went very smoothly. We are very excited to be a part of Redwood Lebanon.
I entered a request for a maintenance issue at 9 AM today. Had to leave for a class at the Y. When I returned the repair was already completed.Maintenance free living is worth every penny. Thanks to Rob and Rose for being the A team in our community.
We love our new neighborhood! Everyone is so friendly. Our neighborhood manager, Monica Schroeder has been so kind and helpful. We are so glad to call this our home!Maintenance was very quick and professional.

Rob did a fantastic job. He was on time and diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly.
When our bedroom smoke detector needed resetting on a Sunday morning, maintenance returned our call quickly and walked us through a successful reset.
As always the matter was taken care of immediately. Rob is such a nice guy.
Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
Very nice and easy to work with, we love our place.
Lived with construction through put whole year. Overrated and cheap save your money people. She management is a joke. And 5 star reviews are from people who works there and family members. All my 5 neighbors moved out with same exact complaints. I asked them for a favor to validate and to share their experiences. Good luck to all.
Everything is pretty good here. I just hope you never have to deal with the regional manager because she has no care about helping you.
Great experience moving in. Quick and easy process.
The only rating, previously to mine was by the maintenance man, who doesnt even live here. To clarify, per the Community Manager, he has an apartment here, but doesnt stay here. It also seems, since my review, there has been suddenly new 5 star reviews....all of which do not have full names attached. Why? Especially if they are so happy? And why after all these months did they decide to post a review now? (06.24.17 Update: Now after speaking with the Regional Community Manager on 06.23.17 all the 5 star reviews that were added are now gone? Obviously they were bogus reviews)I have been here since the end of January and to date still unable to even enjoy my patio. See patio picture below. The Community Manager has lied to me numerous times. And to top it off, they are still advertising brand new apartments. I thought I was renting a brand new unit, only to find out that someone had already lived in it approximately 3 months. The Community Manager NEVER once offered to inform me that someone else lived in my unit, I had to ask based upon the condition of the carpet (black dog hair all over), grease above the stove and on the wall behind the stove and the water damage I found around the shower. I was told there has never been any complaints about the showers, yet there was water damage already in my unit after someone lived here prior to me moving in for only 3 months? I was told the carpets where cleaned, they were not; they were only shop vacd. There are numerous issues with the doors, flooding outside and more. The worst apartment I have ever lived in; which is unfortunate because they are laid out nice. This picture below was after just one rain and this issue has been brought to their attention for FOUR months before they finally addressed it. The next day the electrical box was almost completely submerged in water. The maintenance man, finally unclogged a drain that day. A drain that none of us (several residents) even knew existed. This could of been prevented well before flooding and destroying the landscape if the drain had been kept cleared from the beginning.
I have a lot to say about these $1300 a months cheaply built unfinished apartments. They promised us that grass and backyard will be done at move in not only it wasnt finished but you have pile of water everytime it rains. They have open wires hanging. Now when it comes to management one of the worst ones ever seen. They never answer the phone and seems like they take tbeir whole day lunch. I contacted attorney General on lease contract regulations I hope they will able to come through and investigate these overrated and over priced apartments. I wouldnt recommend to throw your money into place like this.just want to make sure people make educated decision since we have been lied to through out the year.
Beautiful place! Wonderful staff!
