Awesome service and great food!

I actually live here and I absolutely adore it. We just renewed our second year lease. I cant wait to spend another AMAZING year here.

We moved in here at the very end of May, so weve now been here for just over two months. Everything has been great so far with the apartment and the apartment complex in general. We have a two bedroom apartment and it is extremely spacious. I love the open floor plan between the living/dining room, and the open counter at the edge of the kitchen bordering the dining area. I also LOVE the massive walk-in closet just off the master bedroom that could honestly be a third bedroom on its own! There is so much space, and is a perfect location for the washer and dryer. I also haven’t heard a peep from our neighbors, which is hard to find in an apartment complex these days but super important to me. When you move into an apartment, you expect a bit of noise from next door.. that’s what comes with living in such close quarters. But that’s not the case here are Arbors. The staff has always been kind and the maintenance team so far has been very efficient. We also have between the 1st and the 5th to pay rent, which is super nice, depending on where payday lands. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 star is because of the lack of amenities (no pool, no gym, it’s just the apartment and that’s it). But we knew that moving in so it definitely wasn’t a huge deal. The shower is also slightly smaller than I would have hoped, but the rest of the place makes up for the size, so I don’t hate it. So far, so good!!

We have lived here for almost 3 years now and still love it would definitely recommend the arbors !!

This place has the worst management ever. They will threaten you and not take care of your unit. Beware do not rent at Arbors of Lebanon

Renting from this place can be risky. Especially if you forget to pay your rent even just once. Thats what happened to me. I didnt mean to forget, but I have medical issues. They filed against me anyways even though I was willing to pay. I guess thats the excuse they used. They just wanted me out because I called so many times. 3 times for the cockroaches, lost count about the noise problem. Was hard to sleep with the guy in the next apartment having loud phone sex. Every night! It was horrible. Then there was the loud music every weekend. Booming car stereos. And every weekend when the staff went home the teenagers around the complex would go wild. I had my mailbox broken into and had my identity stolen with the mail they stole, and packages stolen from my front door. Then there was the leak in the bathroom from the tenants who over flooded the toilet 3 times. Yeah, they patched up the ceiling but did nothing about the mold that started to grow. And when I first moved in, the apartment looked like it wasnt cleaned professionally. Stains on carpet, the stove was dirty on the inside, and there were bits of food in some of the cabinets. Needless to say, I made them replace the carpet and stove. Overall it was a horrible experience that I am still paying for 8 years later. So far I have paid them over 3,000.00 dollars, then forgot about it only to have my wages garnished because I forgot to pay them 500.00 more. So as you can see it is not worth renting from them. Save your money for a house!

If I could give this property a negative rating I would. We filled out an application an gave them a check to hold the apt and we decided NOT to rent from them. They STOLE our money and refuses to refund the holding deposit. This company full of scammers and thieves. DONT rent here.

I dropped off my check for rent...they initialed on the check the date received and added their initials and went to court and lied to the Judge ...saying they had not received payment...I have the check with their initials on it...Sierra Property Manager ...I guess its okay to lie in court...huh?...Sierra???
