One star because the tech who came out was good.ZERO stars for the company and whoever answers the phone.I was quoted a flat rate which included 2 hours labor for a roadside assistance call. The tech was there for less than a full hour and then he told me the charge, it was a $100 more than the quote. When I called back to the shop the person told me he never quoted me that price, basically called me a liar and threatened that the longer I stayed in the phone arguing about it the more it was going to cost me. Unreal... I will NEVER do business with this outfit again, nor will I refer anyone to them.Terrible customer service, overcharged and talked down to. Not reputable if you ask me.I stand by my original review.He has now called and harassed me by phone and by text because of my review. Again he is trying to justify changing his own quote. I know what I was told. I went with his company because he quoted me a cheaper price.So apparently his business sense is to quote less than the competition to get the job, then when it is time to pay he jacks up the price.Great business practices. Truck was towed incorrectly. The differential dumped all the fluid at their lot. Picked up the same day and I was told it was not their fault. So the differential dumps all fluid same day its picked up and dumps it at their lot and its not their fault? You tell me. They offered to keep my truck and pay me nothing. Good way to get free cars I guess.

Over priced had to pay over 400 dollars and was stranded for over 2 hours waiting for a tow guy to pick me up

I have used Dazzos for both towing and to fix my car. They did a really good job. Service was both efficient and affordable. I would use again and recommend calling Dazzos if you need towing service or good mechanics to fix your car.

Came out of an appointment and car won’t start, it’s Sat around 10:30, look up and find they are close to where I was, so made the call, quick answer said he would send a text and if I’d please send address, did it 10 to 15 minutes max later they were there, these two young men were pleasant, professional and wasted no time getting me started and on the road. Been in these situations before and these guys were awesomeThanks for your help and also it so nice to work with people who have good attitudes,If you’re in the Batavia or anywhere near, these guys deserve your business. I’ve used dazzos for years and they have always came to my rescue in a timely efficient manner. The guys their are always polite and knowledgeable. Most recently my daughter was having car trouble and they were their within 30 minutes to get the car and I had a phone call with a diagnosis within 2 hrs. I won’t use any other company and always recommend them to friends and family! My daughter is back on the road and the bill was fare! Thanks for everything!!

This is a great company. For my daughters 7th bday we asked them if they could be part of the parade and they showed up, with more then 1 rig! It was highlight of the parade for sure. So many big rigs with horns and lights, really made her day. Simply the fact they went out of their way to do this I wont hesitate to use them for future mechanic work.

I dont give reviews often but, I had to leave a review for Dazzos! My car broke down, which is never fun, initially I called for just a tow. When the driver arrived he was so nice and even offered to give me a ride to the repair shop I was having his tow my car to. The service was great from the start so I decided to have Dazzos do the repairs instead. They had my car fixed by that evening! The price was fair and much less than Ive paid in the past at other auto repair chains! Id rather give my business to local businesses anyway. And they did not disappoint! From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my vehicle, I received great service! Thanks guys!

Only gave them a Star because they do have good character, but if I take my vehicle somewhere I expect for it to be fixed especially if they say they knew what the problem was.

If I could give a 0 star review I absolutely would. We had a vehicle brought over to them for a couple issues that would have been a relatively easy troubleshoot, order the part, wait a few days, get the vehicle back. After 3 weeks of waiting we finally got our vehicle back because they pulled it apart, didn’t put it back together because apparently the owner was out of town, and gave it back to us. As well as charged us a couple thousand dollars for their own screw ups. I would NEVER recommend this company for auto repair to anyone. I guess it’s true when the boss is away the kids will play.

As much as it sucks to get towed, this place makes it a little less painful. I came home to find my car “gone”. As I have never had an issue with parking at my destination before, I had first thought it was stolen! Before making assumptions I called the towing company even though the hours of business were closed. The man who answered was not sure if my car had been towed so he called the driver right away to find out if it was impounded. Within 10 minutes the driver called me to let me know that indeed it was picked up and if I wanted to come pick it up. I was already on route when I had told the driver I was picking it up. It was past 1 am... and the driver rushed to the shop to let me take my car out. He was also very easy going and light-hearted about the situation. For all I know, he didn’t have to stop what he was doing, probably sleeping, to come out in the freezing weather to let me take my car. They could have easily told me to wait until their store hours. Thank you for being kind and flexible to make a towing experience less annoying!

I called when my car died on the highway and the guy from dazzos was extremely helpful, told me to call insurance first to see If they would call for it to be cheaper for me. After insurance didnt help I called back and he had a tow truck to me ASAP and was very fairly priced. Great company great people!

Yesterday we called out Dazzos Auto Repair and Towing to take a truck to the dealership because we thought that the power steering was gone on the truck and needed replace.This towing company took the time to check the truck out to make sure this was the problem, then called in and told us what we needed to do to repair the truck, They also were able to do the work for us instead of us having to go to the dealership and rental a truck while we were waiting to get fixed.By Dazzos being able to fix the problem the same day saved us money and time. I was hesitant at first. My daughter broke down on a side street late Friday night. Not many businesses were open on Saturday, but Dazzos was. i trolled the reviews to see what people had said about local mechanics since the ones that were open for business on a Saturday, I never used. I settled on them primarily because they tow. When I called and told them the problem, I was assured they could hook the car, work on it on that Saturday, and likely have it finished by the end of the day. Without having looked at the car they ballparked me an estimate. They told me when the tow would be there (and they were right on time).Still unsure, I almost cancelled, and had the car towed to a mechanic I had used before. However, I elected to give my business to Dazzos. Everyone i dealt with was mild mannered and professional. The tow truck was spotless. I mean it was super clean. The driver was friendly and careful.These guys immediately went to work on the car, and fixed it in about 3 hours.... Under the time i assumed it would take, and under the estimate they gave on the phone.I have never wrote a review before. Never. I lodged my SUV in a ditch on a recent winter day. I called AAA for a winch-out but the driver said areas too icy call us again when it thaws (which was at least days away!) I called another local towing company - same thing. By now its nightfall and ten degrees. I heard about Dazzos. The Dazzos driver MJ came out, cooly assessed the situation, and had me back on the road in ten minutes. Now I know to call Dazzos first.

Great guys were closed and came to the shop just to service me called to let me know they were there and waited for me.....mind you this was a sunday

Had lots of repairs done and at a very affordable price. Only work that was needed was done. If they saw a problem that would be happening in the near future and were working in the same area, its preventative and more cost effective, they would let you know, and allow you to choose. If there was a problem with a repair, they are always quick and pleasant to correct.

Passing thru Batavia, a fuel line connection came loose on my truck and left me stranded in the middle of a Saturday. Knowing nothing of the area, I Google searched auto repair shop near me and dazzos popped up highly rated. So, i called and they quickly came and towed me back to the shop where Bob was nice enough to drop what he was working on and help me get back on my way asap. When going to recover a vehicle that had been towed by this service I was expecting the worse. I was pleasantly surprised by Bob (the owner) who was courteous and accomodating and more than fair, He and is other staff members made a really bad and uncomfortable situation bearable. My Jaguar wouldnt start and I didnt want to keep paying Jaguar Prices, so I called Dazzos who came highly recommended from a friend, and they quickly sent a tow truck to pick up my car, brought it to their shop. Our family has has multiple experience with Dazzos. He replaced the transmission on my husbands car for almost half of the price the competitors were asking, he did it in a timely fashion, and was very polite. The SUV runs great! Next my son needed work on his car, and he did it for a very reasonable price and very quickly. After dropping my son off to pick up his car, I was driving on Butterfield in the middle of a major snowstorm (I probably should have stayed home) and I lost control and ended up in a ditch by Fermi lab property. It took a while for them to come out to tow me out, but they told me that when I called. It seemed everyone was stuck in a ditch that day! While he was pulling me out of the ditch, another car lost control and ended up in the ditch too. He ended up rescuing that woman too. It was a very busy day for all tow truck drivers that day. I will recommend Dazzos to all my friends and family. They are trustworthy, friendly, budget friendly, and just a great place.

Charged me $492 to winch tow my car a couple of feet off the road then took my car to their shop rather than my place of business. I will not use them again.

I just wanted to say how satisfied I am with the service from Dazzos Towing. I am a business owner in Saint Charles, and have had issues with vehicle parked in my parking lot that are not customers of my business. I also had problems with vandalism. After my parking lot was monitored by Dazzos I have not had any problems.

As a local business owner, I use Dazzos to patrol our parking lots. They always to a great job. The drivers are very proffessional and courteous. I understand why big trucks need a place to park and that they use my lot. I also understand that a lot of semi drivers are foriengers but they need to pay attention to the signs that are posted. I am sick and tired of picking up there garbage. Dazzos is a one stop shop for me. One phone call handles it all. I use them for both towing and auto repair too. I stoped my truck near Sport Authority in Aurora to buy some food.. They towed my semi truck and trailer with load in 10 minutes. I paid 700$ to get my truck and trailer back. They asked 1400$ to give my truck back. Bunch of scames.

Shady business. Car was towed on 14th of the month they tried to say it was the 4th. The guys there were straight up rude.
