NEVER GO TO THAT PLACE!!! The hygienist (I believe shes not a dentist because she does a terrible job) hurt all of my gums doing a cleaning, it took only 10 minutes to do a cleaning that she said had to be deep. In addition to being super rude and uneducated, she was so hard on the cleaning device that I left with pain and my gums were bruised and bleeding, dont waste time going to a place where there is no qualified professional

These have by far been the best dental (and possibly medical) experiences I have had in my life. Dr. Ramon and the team continuously show how amazingly kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable they are! I could really not imagine myself going anywhere else for my dental needs. It feels counterintuitive to say but I look forward to my next visit!........Today I was there for a cleaning, Dr. Alina was extremely gentle yet thorough. She ensured to take a follow up scan and then touch up any spot that was not perfect.I previously visited for an orthodontic appointment and Dr. Lorena was great. You can really feel the concern and care when she speaks with you. Throughout the visit both her and Dr. Ramon explained to me what is going in both medical and laymens terms. Not to mention they made the nightmare of sorting through insurance coverage a breeze.

I came to South Dental for an emergency fracture of a molar. The fracture was really REALLY deep to the point that the tooth was completely cut in half and an extraction was recommended by Dr. Stella Gonzalez. After further examination, she opted for a temporary fix and she reconstructed the tooth which currently looks like new! She performed a miracle! The procedure was painless, quick, and successful and I would come back for any other dental issues that could arise. The staff was very kind and helpful, specially Ramon at the front desk. I would recommend this dental office to my friends and family without a doubt. Thank you again to the team for the prompt and successful procedure, I greatly appreciate it!

Very friendly staff. The dentists & hygienists are all good and very pleasant. The clinic itself is nice and clean with a modern look. The manager Ramon Vera in particular stood out as exceptional. He is very kind, caring, helpful, always welcomes you with a smile. He cares about the patients and you can tell he cares about doing a good job and making sure clients needs are met. Very happy with my experiences in this clinic.

Although I do not suffer from dentist phobia, I have to say that visiting South Dental MidTown has been a uniquely positive experience. Over the last few months I had several appointments that involved cleaning and replacement of childhood fillings. Who doesnt value good customer service? Dr. Ramon (sorry, Ramon, forgot your last name) leads a fantastic team! The service itself? I have become a fan of Dr. Gonzalez. She is both knowledgeable and thorough. The woman would not release me until she was satisfied that everything was perfect. Her assistant (sorry again, I am horrible with names) is a jewel, competent and eager to do well. Really, whats not to love? I am not one to write reviews. That should tell you something.

This is the best office in Miami so clean and contemporary, and the staff is amazing. The hygienist Maria is very professional and does an excellent cleaning, she is the best I have experienced. The dentist is amazingly great, very thorough when examining me. They offer me several financial options for my dental treatment and their fees are very reasonable.I strongly recommend South Dental Midtown of or your dental needs, I know I will recommend it to everyone I know. Went in for a cleaning yesterday as a new patient and had a great experience. Very little wait time, very professional staff. My dental hygienist (Maria) was very kind answered all my questions and the dentist as well. Overall very pleased.

I had a great experience today with this South Dental location. I woke up this morning in a lot of pain with a swollen portion of my gums. I was nervous about going in to a dentist because my health insurance has just lapsed and I’m between plans but upon looking up my symptoms I realized that I needed to get to a dentist ASAP. My fiancé called in and got an appointment for an hour and a half later which was great especially under the circumstances!Once we came in, we were greeted warmly by Ramon who was very kind and gave us the estimates up front which I appreciated. I immediately noticed that the staff put a lot of care into creating a soothing environment which was also appreciated as dental visits can be a bit stressful for me.After I got my x-rays done, Ramon and the Doctor showed me the x-rays and explained them thoroughly. They gave me my treatment and prescriptions as painlessly as possible and explained my next steps. I didn’t feel rushed at all and all of the staff members were so professional and friendly. Also, everything turned out to be very reasonably priced and there were no big surprises (which is saying a lot coming from an unemployed recent graduate school grad). I think we’ve finally found our family dentist. Thank you guys!

From over the phone to when I walked in, the man at the front desk was genuine, very happy and cheerful, and communicated very well with good conversation. It wasn’t to long of a wait to see the dentist. They were all very professional and most of all the office was CLEAN and sanitary, which I care about most. On top of that, the price was amazing. It was $40 TOTAL for the cleaning. Very impressed with this experience and recommend this place to anyone.

I had an appointment today and from the moment I walked in until my appointment was over I was overly satisfied. The front desk staff are VERY helpful and nice, they treated me with the best care possible. Really good place if you want to get your procedure done with the cheapest price in the market even though it is located in one of the highest pricing areas. They have a cleaning special for only $40 and if you have a healthy mouth it might even be free (like mine). Front Desk is super attentive Dr. Vera and Abel are the coolest guys in town, and service is top tier as well.

Being a Midtown resident, when I first saw that they were constructing a dental office I was very excited. The convience of their location is a major positive, in addition, I was also extremely impressed with the entire staff. The quality of service, professionalism, and personal touch really solidified my return to South Dental Midtown.My hygienist, Maria, was also very knowledgeable and careful it was apparent that she was very skilled. This will definitely continue to be my dentist while I live in South Florida.

I recently went to South Dental Midtown for an exam and a cleaning. My dental visit was amazing, all my questions were answered and more. The dentist was very knowledgeable. The front desk super friendly, the manager was extremely professional and awesome, the assistant was extremely courteous, professional. I have lots of things to do since I have insurance they told me they would pre estimate the treatment to know exactly what would be my copayments. Which I think is awesome and is the correct way to do it . This office waves the patient responsibility fees from the very first visit, awesome. I was very informed about everything in regards to the treatment . I strongly recommend it. I gave them 5 stars because they are the best.

I visited South Dental Midtown for my regular check up ( amazing $40 first visit) . You do not find this in Miami. I was very impressed with the service and attention I received. The cleaning was spectacular, the facilities are state of the art, the dentist was amazing and the staff was very professional and awesome. Their services are affordable and dentists are very professional. I recommend it, 10 stars.

Maria did a great job - she cleaned my teeth but also educated me on proper hygiene, gum structure, and teeth structure. The facility is new, with top notch technology. The staff was very welcoming and nice!

Best dentist office EVER! Not only did they do a great job but also they are all professionals! Really friendly, from the receptionist to the assistant dentist to the doctors, they made me feel welcomed all the time. Dr. Diaz is the best, she did a terrific job and her assistant Mariana as well. Hiram in the reception desk is very accommodating, polite, friendly. Dr Vera who is the Manager babysat my fuzzy baby for hours and made him happy. I had an urgent major problem with my teeth and they all helped me, super fast and I even got a discount. I recommend them to anybody seeking for real profesionals and want an outstanding job at a very reasonable price.

If I could give them negative stars I would. One star is give them too much. I went to this dentist office a month and a half ago because I was having pain in one of my molars. I already knew I needed I root canal, they confirmed what I had told them (as they supposed to) then they proceeded to brush my teeth, a week after they told me that was a cleaning... I never asked them for a cleaning.That same day they told me they will call me in 2-3 weeks to confirm if they could do the root canal or not. It has been 6 weeks and I haven’t heard from them.This Was the first time I ever heard a dentist office needed 2-3 weeks for something. Let alone 6 weeks and still nothing.I made an appointment with another dentist and they handled my root canal the next day.I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to no one. save yourself and go somewhere else.Some of the people on the reviews are they’re employees. Don’t let them fool you.

I been in south dental midtown, for clean my teeth, receptionist ask about my insurance, I give them my insurance card than the guy in reception is told me. its gonna be free, because my insurance gonna be cover my cleaning.I didnt sign any bill or I didnt see any price about cost of my basic cleaning teeth treatmant.than when I finished he told me, I am good to go, after 4 weeks I had a bill about I have to pay $700!!! even I didnt relieaze for what I have to pay.they did totally dirty job, they didnt give me right information.The receptionist told me he confirmed and free which he is lied to me.This place is unprofessional I am gonna tell everybody about stay away from this place because they try to defrauded people!!!

This is the first time that im going to a dental office and the wating time not exceed more than 6 minutes in the waiting room, after that the employees was really professional and polite, the dental assistance and the higyenist was excelent and gave me a professional and kind treatment, once i spoke with them i realized that they have a impresive background on dental health area, and of course the price its excellent, you can park on the street and its easy to find a spot and cheap (like 2 or 2,50 $ for 3 hours), once you finish you can go to shop over multiples stores next to the office100% RECOMMENDED
