When my friend and I saw the reviews for this place we were so excited, but after getting my nails done here I will not return. After walking in, my technician continuously rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they had jelly nail polish. The final product is absolutely hideous, I didn’t see my nails fully until she was done. I’m guessing she didn’t put enough of the polish on, and I’m unsure of what is going on under my nails. When leaving, my friends technician shook her head looking at my nails. To let a customer leave with nails like this is disgusting.

Wendy and LISA has the worst customer service skills. Lisa will have you waiting for a long time. Then talk to you like she is your friend. Very unprofessional!!! Nails already lifting after 4 days!! Dirty around my nail bed after a fresh set!! Poor quality!! NEVER again...

Ive been a few times. Its very convenient for me and quick service and good with. But last week the tech accidentally cut my finger with the electric filer and did not offer a discount. That was disappointing.

I’m not really sure why there are so many negative reviews . I came in today for a pedicure, my first time here . My experience was great, pedicure felt AMAZING and service was quick and nice . Will be back again .

I wanted to to do a simple drip design but not only did she messed it up but when I wanted to do matte she forced me to get gel when I told her I didn’t want it. All of that costing $35 and it wasn’t even shaped good either (I wanted a coffin shape). That’s not even the bit of it. When she filed my nails to get the so called coffin shape, she went to hard to the point where I almost bleed. I’m going to redo my nail but not at that place and I’m never going there. Not very good for a first impression.

Been coming to TP Nails for years. I bring my family and friends from out of time here and they love it and get some many comments on their nails. They do it all. Anything. Some things that are new to clients are old to them. They have never failed me. I recommend everyone to try them.

This place does not deserve not even 1 star but I can’t choose 0 so....This place is so unprofessional, I made an appointment with Lisa, personally made the appointment directly with her.I arrived to the place on time and she’s with a client, takes for ever cause she had just started when I arrived. I waited for her even tho I was already upset cause there’s a reason why you make appointments..This lady has the nerve to take someone else after she’s done even though I’m sitting right in front of her waiting for her.. She takes this other client cause she’s doing a fill and it’s supposed to be “faster” and tells me if I want somebody else to do my nails, I didn’t wanted anyone else, someone recommended her to me so I wanted her and also my appointment was with her, when I confronted her she just kept stuttering not knowing what to say, obviously Lisa does not know the meaning of the word appointment. I went off on her, never insulted her tho. I was just really upset I waited for her about an hour and still won’t do my nails.. taking other girls before me.. So I walked out of there..Again 0 stars very unprofessional, not on time, rude.Do not waste your time going there..

Don’t waste your time and money coming here. The owner is petty if you don’t LOVE her work, she and her associates will skip over you to help other people that have got there after you AND they ignore your design requests and do whatever they want to your nails. My mom received a gift certificate from here and the owner would not allow any other associate to do her nails because they would not be “paid” (what sense does that make??) Overall, just poor service and professionalism.

This place is TERRIBLE. The lady doing my nails yanked my hand and refused to stop filing when I asked . She filled so thin my nail cracked the following day . When I came in the morning after, they said “your gonna wait a while” to get my nail repaired ! PLEASE don’t waste your time or money !!!!

I am never disappointed with my nails when I leave. The wait is a bit long however I’ve never scheduled an appointment the times I’ve been so it’s not a big deal. Again I’ve never shown any of the nail techs a picture of what I wanted and it isn’t spot on.

My mother and I have been a long time customer, for 10 years or so, and the treatment I received at my last visit was unacceptable. My fill in was rushed and uneven, my nails did not match, and my toe nail got infected from the cuticle clipping by one of the staff. I’ve never had many complaints, but for me to come back to address the issue and to be told that I am being picky for asking that my nails and toes be fixed is ridiculous. I pay and tip very well for my services and I do not appreciate being scolded for errors in the work that their employees performed. Lisa will not take responsibility for the numerous mistakes made and I won’t continue to support.

Wish it was possible to give them no stars at all. the first time i went here it was okay but my nails were basically breaking as soon as i left the shop. i went back to get them repaired and the guy that did them did a horrible job and had an attitude while he was doing my nails. I left there minutes ago and they are already peeling and chipping. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. I TRULY REGRET GIVING THEM ANY OF MY MONEY

I am truly frustrated I am regular customer. I was told throughout the pandemic we need to schedule appointments. I came in schedule the appointment return the next day for my scheduled appointment at 12 o’clock. To sit there for an hour and then see the person I requested start working on another customers nails. No communication no nothing. I then ask Lisa is she working on another set of nails. She said yes. I stated I scheduled an appointment at 12 I already waited an hour. She doesn’t acknowledge anything. You don’t value your customers time. Having them sitting forever is not how you do business especially when you say appointments are required now. I will do by business elsewhere. Since you don’t value me as a customer.

Every time I come here I get disappointed.And honestly I don’t know what they been using on my nails but I’m pretty sure EMA is the correct thing to put on my nails. Otherwise whatever they using is hard to get off is really gooey and sticky and I try to ask what they put on my nails, now but she couldn’t answer my question... but honestly I will Not go here no more I let too many things slide and you should get it right the first time!

The owner Lisa is very unprofessional...I have been a paying customer for over a year... she started yelling and screaming at me in front of customers over a mistake she made on my nails!!! I can and will not continue to give money to this establishment and neither should you!!! There are other more professional nail salons and spa’s to spend your money. LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!! LISA IS THE WORST!!!!!

I used to absolutely love this shop however over the past year the customer service has gone completely downhill. The owner Lisa is very rude and is constantly arguing with her husband in front of customers. They do not honor appointment times that they have scheduled with you and will literally leave you waiting for hours to be serviced. I strongly would not recommend this nail shop.

I love it they are friendly and fast. They love to keep you laughing. Faith is awesome she always hooks my nails up!!! I moved out here and tried them out in very particular about my nails she does a great job! Highly recommend them they always give you a deal so tip them well

I am a first time customer and I came with two of my other friends we our got matching acrylic nails the quality was OK But they charged us too much because on the board where it says the price is it says 22 for the full sets and 16 for a fill in and we all got full sets And they charged us 35 it was a plain color and just the ring finger was with glitter and they weren’t too long they were short other than that the nails look really good I recommend this place only if you’re on a budget for under $40 it’s a place to go it’s not bad but They can do better the staff were pretty nice they treat us good

Just tried this place out and I WILL NOT be going back. From the moment I walked in I told them I needed a regular fill in and pedicure. I specifically said NO GEL! Guess they decided what I asked for didn’t cost enough. I walked out of there paying over $50!!! I waited an hour before someone told me to sit in the pedicure chair. Sat there another 20 mins before some random lady turned on scolding water on my feet and walked away. The woman next to me saw the steam coming from the bowl and finally turned on a little bit of cold water. I’m so upset that I’ve been crying ever since I left there. I feel like I just paid (OVERPAID)someone to mistreat me. I called to let them know what happened and they’re solution was to come on days where they offer discounts. Really??!!

It was my first visit. I must of gotten a basic pedicure. The lady did a good job but I was expecting more. I will go again and try an upgraded pedicure to see if its any better

Love my pedicures, but the ladies that do the nails is another story.Everytime I get my nails done they hurt my fingers and they burn for days, they push down to hard and it really hurts. I asked for round and they did square.I dont wear square.Need to pay more attention when you jerk your hand that means it hurts.

I use to love this place, but they are so unprofessional. I drove an hour for an appointment, only to be told me that my appointment would not be honored, and there are 2 ppl waiting. Lisa didn’t care at all. I don’t beg anybody to take my money. I like the way Amy does my nails but I will never be back, ever!

I found this place through Google, theyre rating is 3.7, which seems to be better than most in the area. I stopped in around 1PM, which I thought would have been a busy time, but the place was kinda empty. I didnt let that deter me though. I needed a fill in and my nails were about to pop off if I didnt get it taken care of. My tech (Amy) was great, very good attention to detail and listened to what I wanted. I was in there for about an hour, which I would think was a bit long for a fill in. But the results were great, so I cant complain much. I will return.

Lisa husband is rude as hell got mad because i didn’t want him to put on a fake nail and just free hand my broken nail when he said no I said just polish he said no he didn’t want to do my nails because he wanted to put on a fake nail! I like Lisa but I will definitely find me another nail shop customer service is everything and they are not equipped to handle a lot of people at one time it’s to much for them and at this point they just need to retire!

An older man was doing my nails and he was so rough he cut my skin. He was so busy looking around and talking to everyone. He was very rude. I should not have gone back but I did. The girl that did my fill was very nice and did a great job. I believe her name was Amy. I will not be going back again though. There are hundreds of nail locations to choose from in my area.

**worst experience ever!!** my nails have this huge gap from where my natural nails and where the fake nail was placed then its the acrylic is. I complained about it but she said it was supposed to be like that. Excuse me, no. The nails are so uneven shaped (I had an oval shape). The application of the gel polish is poorly done. There are bubbles on some of my nail. The buffing process was the worst part. The lady who was doing my nails was using a fast speed of drill that it burned my nail bed. I complained about it and she just turned it down just 1 speed level and it still burned and too fast. For $30, definitely not worth it. Just terrible.

DONT NOT GO HERE IF YOU DONT WANT GEL !!!!! They basically tried to force me to get gel polish and when I showed them what I wanted they automatically gave me a GEL PRICE !! They also did another family like this .. it was a little girl getting acrylic that was barely over her nub and they charged her $32 and didn’t tell her she was getting gel .. her proceeds to ask why was my daughters nails so expensive because the starting price was as $20 and the lady would give her a direct answer she just kept saying it’s so much more beautiful and will last longer !!! There prices are LIES AND they basically steal your money!!!

I had an appointment that I arrived on-time for, only to make me wait an additional 30 minutes because they werent there. Once they got there, they didnt respect our appointment and instead took someone else when I was before them. Extremely rude owner and I will never be coming back here and will be telling my friends and family not to come back here either.

Unfortunately this will be my last time coming here. I had came in with my mom around 5 p.m and there were barely any customers and had to wait about 20 minutes to get my pedicure which wasnt a problem. After the pedicure though, I had been waiting hours to get my eyebrows done and they were taking in multiple customers who were getting multiple things done ahead of me when getting eyebrows done barely take any time to do. After the second time I asked when I could get my brows done and my mom happend to finish with what she was getting, Lisa told me to just come back tomorrow even though at this point I had been waiting for almost 2 hours. So I will be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give 0 stars I would.......today is my first time visiting this nail salon. My pedicure went great, unfortunately afterwards was horrible. When I trued asking questions everyone pretended they didnt know English language, but as I recall when I first walk in, the guy who soaked off my nails laughed and joked with me, but then later pretended when there was an issue with my service that he couldnt speak English. I will not be coming back here, another lady was rude and wanted to rush my service stating that Im causing problems lol...I planned on enjoying this all day after being on the road all weekend for a family funeral. Thus was not expected!!!!! No one should he treated this way especially on the first visit.

Im only giving a 3 star because my pedicure was perfect. My full set on the other hand was a no. Im disappointed because I honestly thought theyd do better. The woman that did my hands was very aggressive to say the least. She didnt properly shave the underside so there were sharp points and acrylic stuck to my fingers and my nails werent evenly polished. Also she basically told me what shape to get. She didnt ask. If me and my husband wasnt in a rush due to us being late for work, I wouldve stayed and had it corrected.

Great place for nails; not worth going for eyebrows.Its fairly priced, and the service was good overall, but I was very unsastisfied with how my eyebrows turned out. I asked them to leave them thick, and just to do a regular clean up on them, and I left the place with my eyebrows being almost pencil thin.

I do not recommend this place to no one. They put only alcohol when they do your ayebrows they cut me because the wax was really hot and the only think they did sayid I am sorry do better next time. It is also the nastys place ever is really dirty. Will never go back again

I like them, but they can be to busy for the staff. I am editing this review. I no longer go there because their quality of standards has gone down and they take way to long. They will tell you it will be 10 minutes and you end up waiting 40 minutes. Then spend another 2-3 hours there. They do not have enough staff for the amount of customers they have.

My girlfriend loves the way Lisa leaves her nails and toes weve been going for 2 years now & when we do go somewhere else out of convenience its never the same quality. Great service & good communication with clients.

Never again!! Just Left here got a pedicure which i waited for forever soaking my water was cold when the girl finally came. Tina did my full set of nails.... all my nails are different lengths! Plus she kept cutting me with the drill! They acted as if they didnt know what stripes was for my design on my nails so I didnt get that done like a had hopes for. Then the manager lisa acted like everything was okay and s she had an attitude!Total tim in in that place 2.5 hours for a simple pedi and full set at the pedicure station!NEVER AGAIN!
