I’ve been here twice for pedicures and I have had a great experience both times. The salon is clean and beautiful. The staff are all very courteous. I’ve never had to wait. The pedicures have both been very good. I’m very happy that I stumbled upon this gem.

Great customer service and super friendly staff. My wife was taken care of by Don and her nails were beautiful, he really took pride in his work. We will definitely return.

I gave this nail salon 2 stars because I can honestly say I’ve been going here for quite some time and I’ve always had such great experiences until this most recent time. Historically, they did such a great job with my nails and feet and even my eyebrows, but most recently I got a pedicure the day before I was going on vacation out of the country and as a result of the nail tech digging in my toe and possible using unclean utensils I got a horrible toe infection. I realized my toe was sore and beginning to swell, but I figured it would go down on its own. I had no idea it was infected initially. Days later I couldn’t wear closed toe shoes, the pain and swelling was almost unbearable, and my toe started to discolor. I went to an urgent care who explained my toe was indeed infected and I was given an oral and topical antibiotic. I finally decided to inform the nail salon of what happened, just to let them know! Remember, I’ve always had great experiences, so I was going back for a fill-in and just let the manager know this happened in his establishment. The unfortunate part about it was that the manager was dismissive and blamed me for not communicating sooner! He NEVER apologized! He was RUDE and ARGUMENTATIVE and told me next time I need to let him know sooner. He didn’t ask to see my toe even though I offered to show him, so he could see the damage and know I wasn’t telling a lie! Well here’s the picture of my toe as it progressively got worse. I’ve decided not to return to this nail salon. Sad customer

I love Polished and am so glad they are back up and running. They have a great atmosphere, always have quality technicians that take good care of your nails. My, Jeanette, Ann, Tina,V, and Snow took good care of my family today. We all felt like we received top notch service.

I have literally tried most of the salons in this area and have been so disappointed by every single one of them until I found Polished ! Gosh, the customer service on the phone is professional and high end . The technicians are great, they never rush, ( that’s why they are big on setting appointments) . It’s never packed, it’s clean . I’m so thankful to have found them …. Tommy does my S and S perfectly each time . Don is great too ( super nice guy)💕 the Ladies who do the pedicures are also amazing, Anna is the one who has done my nails and I must say, ‘it’s always a pleasure !!💕💕

5/5 stars. I’ve tried MANY popular, high rated salons around Gwinnett and I leave unimpressed every time. At this point I was thinking it was myself and not the salons I was going to. My first visit to Polished today told me otherwise.Tommy was my nail tech and he did AMAZING. He was quick and precise. The shape, application, and his technique were amazing. My nails are not bulky or uneven in shape or color like they usually are when I leave other places. Tommy asked questions along the way to make sure I was satisfied.Not only that, but all of the staff were friendly. From calling to make an appointment up until I left. The salon is clean, even though they’re going through renovations. Polished is definitely my new nail salon! I highly recommend.

I love Polished the Manager and the staff are very nice. Personally I prefer Darcy or Kelly bc they do great designs and quality nail sets.

I like this place for nails and brows (thread and wax). Male manager super friendly. Follow their IG for a variety of well trained nail techs. For eyebrows I prefer Kenya or Pilee.

We usually go for pedi and mani. In a guy so I just get simple things. It’s been a good place to go to.

The lady that did my nails was very nice. But she gave me something she wanted me to have and tried to charge me for it after u insisted that she not do a design. They charge $10 for regular length. Not extended nails, just regular length (i had her cut the nails down. Overpriced for mediocre work. My gel was coming off after a couple of days.

Went for a basic pedicure and ended up getting a Bad polish job!! (Which I had to pay an additional $20 on top of the $26 for the pedicure.

I came here because it was 10 mins from my home and had over 4stars BUT to say that I left pleased would be a lie. First they didn’t have color options for a simple French ! I’ve never seen this !! I went for a French polish change but opted to do regular polish since French was 18 and I knew I wouldn’t be happy with the result. The girl that did my polish was nice and patient but to say she KNEW how to color would be another LIE. Not only was my polish changed not filed, buff OR with any oil. But she colored uneven. Smh this place is not well lite where they sat me and other spots of this salon which is beautiful and huge this is no excuse for such a job also when I asked how much certain things cost I was only told and not offered a menu to look at or to take home. This is my polish change AFTER I oiled my own feet once I got home. From afar it looks ok. But up close or even eye sight away you can see polish all on my cuticles and skin. IF I do even go there again I may be for other services like gel polish or deluxe pedicure. But this is NOT OK.

Must have an appointment to do their services. I discovered this nail salon when they were small and walk-ins were very welcome. Their exceptional service to customers marked them different to other competitors. They became known because of their excellent prices for eyelash extensions for $15.00. This brought lots of customers to their store. Nowadays, these prices are non-existent, of course. Excellent service and nice upbeat environment.

Previous times I have gotten my lashes done here and they would last atleast two weeks. I know how to maintain lashes very well. I traveled 30 minutes to this salon after being referred here. Due to covid they are only open Thursday-Saturday. I came in on a Friday and got my lashes done to go home and two clusters had fallen out the same day, now the next morning more had fallen out leaving me with gaps in my lashes. I called and asked to have them fixed the front desk told me to come in around 7:15, to have the same lady who messed my lashes up “fix them” and the whole process of me getting them fixed was just very unprofessional I was asked to lay down on chair that obviously hadn’t been disinfected from the last client as there was lashes left over on the headrest. But it literally sounded like she was plucking them out the package and sticking them to my lashes because here I am the next morning to a huge gap left in my lashes. I will be back on Thursday to have them fixed correctly and would appreciate a new tech because my services before have been outstanding but to pay $30 for lashes when the packs run $1.99 at a beauty supply store the service should be done correctly. I even told the lady she had put some of my lashes on twisted and she disregarded what I was saying. Just a very annoying experience for me to travel 30mins to this salon just for lashes TWICE and be disappointed.

Queen B688 did my nails amazing, she is truly talented. I have gone from nail salon to nail salon looking for somewhere I can get my nails to look as nice as they are now for a long time. I’m just so happy with the work. She also did my eyebrow tenting and my lashes which also looks amazing. Will be booking here moving forward that’s for sure.

I came here with my daughter to pick up her wig. This place is amazing. I love the set-up. They have lots of stations that specialized in various things. The service is very professional and the staff is very friendly. The place is beautiful.

Best place Ive found to get all things done! They are super friendly and do great work. The vibe is awesome as well and helps get you in that relaxed mood. Definitely a shout out to Darcy/ Jennette (sp?), these girls are amazing! A friend of mine also had a wonderful experience with Ricky and another male tech they have (sorry cant remember his name). Will definitely make this my nail spot! Also a one stop shop, I havent tried all the things but if its anything like the experiences Ive had you wont be sorry!

I showed Tommy a picture of the nails I wanted (shape wise) he payed no mind to the picture or detail I wanted. I paid $55 for a full set, coffin shaped. He asked if I wanted lotion, I said yes, he dropped some on my hand and that was it. (No hand massage whatsoever).Refill is supposed to be $48 for acrylic with gel polish. I wont be coming back here.This place is overrated.Im glad I did my own toes before going.

I have been going here about three years. Very nice place. The atmosphere is very nice. They play mixed music. Its actually like a warehouse with a bunch of different rooms. The salon is in the middle. The have a couple black hair salons that press they do make-up and lashes. They have private room for b-day parties. Great place I wouldnt go anywhere else. I love getting me and my daughters nails done here

Was there today to get my toes done, yes she did a good job & I love it . The lady ask me how I wanted my pedicure & I said the regular one the $25 bucks one, she was like ok .After everything was done went to go pay . I don’t understand how that $25 jump up to $40 bucks !!!! Can y’all please explain that to me ?!...Never again I’m coming here, y’all be charging people overrated for real with all these hidden fees acting like y’all the credit card people !!!!

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon. The layout, the atmosphere, the technicians, I LOVE IT ALL. This is a very high end nail salon. If you are not ready to spend some cash, than this is not the nail salon for you. The price is absolutely worth it for the quality ! My nails would never last this long at Regal Nails or any other nail salon. The staff is very friendly and they work to accommodate your needs! I never leave this salon unsatisfied. Hands down the best nail salon I’ve been going to so far. All smiles here. They get five stars from me! :)

This was my first time at this establishment and I can honestly say that I am throughly impressed. The ambiance is posh and upscale and the gentleman at the front desk was AMAZING! He was extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. Mrs. Champagne, did the best job with my lash extensions. Not only was she professional, and kind but she was also very knowledgeable. She educated me about the various lashes, and the care that is needed to maintain them. She did a phenomenal job! My lashes look great! Again, I am throughly impressed and will definitely come back for the customer service alone.

I’ve been coming here since they opened ( off & on) my main eyebrow and nail tech was Michelle- who is amazing btw. However, she’s no longer there 😩.Since I have been unsatisfied with the quality of work before, I ask the owner to book me with his best eyebrow person. His reply was “ they are all good “ however he booked me with Kenya & she was great!Recently, I got a eyebrow wax & pedicure from Kenya. SHE DID GREAT!Happy customer

Made an appointment over the phone and when I arrived I was seated promptly. Place is trendy with a bunch of salon suites. Wish they would provide a beverage service. Got a fill in and gel polish for $32 which isnt bad. I would definitely return.

Interior is consistent and attractive; nice color scheme. I love the signs for each service area and their font of the words. They offer many, many services. Check-in system/appts/computer software always keep the employees prompt with guests. Employees make sure you are comfortable and taken care of; always polite. Comfortable, cozy, quiet and attractive waiting area and lobby, despite general location of the store. Ricky, my nail tech, is great at what he does and is very kind! Employees all friendly to each other. Clean environment and good layout internally. Thank you Polished! A1 would give more stars if I could. Will recommend and return.

Polished usually has a decent experience but stay clear of Ricky, his work is critical of how his day is going. He was rude didn’t speak to me the whole time and rushed through my pedicure leaving my feet feel like they did when I came in with so much oil and chipped paint YAY! Just a name don’t waste your money here

The service is amazing. The nail technicians and the receptionists are super friendly and nice. The only thing I would say about this nail salon is that the price of the service is not all that good. I went in less than a week ago to get a full set done and my nails are ALREADY starting to chip, and break. So in my opinion, you dont really get what you pay for. My nails were 35$ and you would expect them to last for at least two weeks, but mines barely lasted for week.

I love this place . Vince is hands down my favorite nail Tech h....He never disappoints me. My nails are clean shaved perfect and most importantly THEY LAST. Thr Manager T is such a sweet heart. Every time I say I’m not coming back just to give other nail shops a chance I ALWAYS end up coming back....It’s clean, relaxing, the equipment used on your nails are all sanitized and hey open it up right in front of you. My daughter and I came to get our nails done and let me tell you how amazing everything was! Mee did my daughters nails and she was great! My nails were done by Vince and he AMAZING! Very detailed and nice work. I got a pedicure from Giannett (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and she was amazing as well! Super friendly and did a great job! Kudos to the manager he is super awesome too!

I went in on a referral from someone who frequents the shop to get my lashes done before my vacation - the technician (tish or Trish) was done very fast & they looked good. I normally wear mink lashes, but my regular technician had a family emergency & was unable to see me. Later that night 2 clusters fell out. I didnt get upset at first until I woke up the next morning and 4 more clusters had fallen out. This time - I had large gaps in my lashes. I called the salon & spoke with the Asst. Manager who told me that he would get with the general manager about it. I was at work (didnt get off until 9 pm) when i spoke with the asst. I spoke with the general manager on Sunday (while i was at work) and he told me i needed to come there that day. I told him that I was at work and when i got off their business would be closed. I took pictures & everything to prove my case. By now - it has been less than 48 hours & more than half my lashes were gone. Again, I get lashes often. I wear minks. I know how to maintain lashes. The manager tells me theres nothing he can do and says next time come in and he will give me a discount. A discount?! No. You should redo them for free when i come from the vacation I actually got these lashes for. They are gone. Your customers are paying over $30 for lash clusters that cost 1.99 at any hair store. You should provide quality service. He hit me with thats the policy. I told his assistant from the beginning that i was going out of town and i had to work. ALL WITHIN 2 DAYS. I will NEVER go back to this place. And now, the person that referred me is no longer going there. I am a retail manager in Sugarloaf & I know plenty of people who I have discouraged from going there. Its not worth it. Beautiful place with the worst quality product & management that dont know what service is. I will also Yelp. Buyer beware!!

Ive been coming here since 2015, and never had a problem. It comes down to communication. Champagne and Anya are my go to. The manager Sarin they have there now is always accommodating, not like the previous manger. Theyre making changes and I like the direction theyre going. Keep up the great work Polished!

I walked in on a Saturday afternoon for an eyebrow wax and only had to wait maybe five minutes. The decor is nice and modern. The salon is located in a strip mall with other businesses, so the parking on this particular day was tight. The tech listened to my request and was able to provide what I wanted. The prices are posted by the door, and I didnt find them too expensive. Theyre local so Id go back.

I was super excited to come to this place as the reviews are amazing and friends just gush about this place...but I had a super unpleasant experience. We were not greeted at all. The receptionist didnt even take her ear buds out. I had to wave at her to get her attention and I was right at the sign in sheet! She spoke as if she was whispering and didnt even look up at us when we asked to book an appointment for later. We wanted to book an appointment for after our dinner at the cafe next door but as soon as we got an attitude from the receptionist we left. We took our business to Nails Now 2 in the Publix shopping center across the road and had a wonderful experience.

This place is very professional and unlike most nail salons you can make an appointment which is a major plus. Ask for Pili for Lashes and brow tint. She is great

Trish is great! Polished is lucky to have her she goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable the pedicure is perfect and relaxing! I would recommend her to all my family and friends. I always bring my own polish the polish there is watered down chips quickly.

I only give them 1 star because the place is nice but very dull in color for a nail shop. I found this place on google in hopes of being a returning customer but I’ll never go back there. Yesterday I went to get a pedicure & full set for my birthday however they over charge for services. I asked the man in the front he said the lady will explain so fine I went back to get my pedicure she didn’t even start at the basic priced one she went all the way to the $30 pedicure then when we got to the nails she told me it’ll be $30 for gel full set $15 for gel polish & $5 for length. RIDICULOUS! Never paid this much for a GEL FULL SET & I never paid to put gel polish on gel powder. I’ll never go back there again. My nails aren’t even that great. I actually can’t wait to take this off & get them Redone at a better shop. Save your coins & go somewhere else because you’re just paying for the environment.

I LOVE Polished Nail Salon! I moved to Lawrenceville about 2 years ago and struggled finding someone to meet my expectations with making my nails and eye brows until I found Polished Nails! Anya does a great job with my nails and Don does a great job with my eye brows! The service and atmosphere is wonderful. No long waits and excellent service! Exactly what I was looking for.

I went in there with my nails looking a HOT MESS. The last place I went to didn’t have the patience to soak off my gelish mani and ended up ruining my nails with the drill. My normally healthy nails were breaking. Darcy really took care of me! She was so sweet and very patient. An angel! She did exactly what I wanted and was upfront about the cost. Loved getting to chat with her while she got me right for my honeymoon.I used to come to Polished religiously back when it was getting started at the old location. I don’t get my nails done as much since I usually do them myself. Glad to know I have someone I can trust to go to for the special occasions.

Polished to me is just okay now. Since all their really good staff have either left or opened their own salon, the integrity of the company started revealing itself. The manager there is great and does make sure everyone is taken care of, but the black lady thats usually at the front desk with the manager seems like shes always got an attitude, or just irritated with everyones existence. Its not fun to walk into😷 i work with people so ik how annoying they can be, but its an everytime thing. Theres maybe only about 3 or 4 good nail techs left so its a hit or miss. Im going to look for a different place ~

The nail techs need more training! For the price you pay nothing is complimentary no water no snack nothing but half trained nail techs. I give this salon a 3 star because it is pretty.

Nice staff went to get my eyebrows done there after I was recommended to go there by a friend. The wait was short and they were nice. I chose to do threading and left them in good condition

I am disappointed about this place. The place looked nice and clean. I was hoping to find a permanent place to do my nails but it was not what I expected. It was my first time going to this place and the last. I went on 06/07/2019 and got a manicure with gel. Well as of today 6/14/2019, I have two nails that has already chipped off the gel polish. Very disappointed.

Mimi is absolutely amazing! She is the only person that can get my nails exactly how I like them and how I ask for them. Ive been coming to her years and have never been disappointed. I have tried going to cheaper nail salons and am always disappointed. The price for the quality of work she does is worth it.

I had nail service done by the nail tech BEE at this facility and she gave terrible service insisting that I get things that I expressed I did not want regarding the type of acrylic and even when I told her the length I wanted she cut the nail anyway and said to me “ no mommy to long” then cut to the length she desired, I paid and left only for one if my nails to crack just one day later I called the facility and explained what happen they were very kind telling me to come in and that bee would be happy to fix the nail however when I got there bee was anything but happy, she was angry shouting for other employees to confirm that she does perfect nails how her nails done crack the manager then calmed her down and asked her to do it for him she then marched back to her station as I followed her telling me I need to find a new nail tech because this doesn’t happen to her work also as she fixed the nail she was rough when adjusting my hand then after fixing it she says you have to pay for this because this didn’t happen because of my work this girl has horrible customer service the management there however was very professional in the way they handled the situation

Oh my went to Polished Nail Salon for the first time today very nice establishment, you must go and try it out. There is service for you from head to toe. I had the pleasure of meeting technician Lisa who was AWESOME!!! She was so nice we interact with conversation the whole time and she spoke English the whole time ( you know what I mean if you are one to get your nails done frequently). And EVERYONE was smiling and saying hello technicians and clients. The atmosphere was so pleasant and friendly. To add I made an appointment and was about 15 minutes late, I called ahead and explained that I had a doctors appointment that lasted longer than I thought the gentleman who answered the phone said dont worry I will be just fine. Since I was late I had prepared myself to wait patiently got there was told to have a seat and someone will call mly name I didnt wait 5 minutes and I was called and received excellent service. Go check them out and experience it for yourself.

Only giving 4 stars because the receptionist didn’t even greet me or look at me to give me instructions to sit and wait after 10 minutes once I signed in. When I went to check out she was wrapped up in a blanket looking like she was ready to take nap. Still didn’t speak. Otherwise yes it was overpriced but my powder nails came out fire, nail tech was very polite and attentive. Paying for the quality. So even after I almost walked out at first and I would come back for the service. Customer service professionalism and first impressions are very important people!

My daughter had her nails done here last Saturday March 7. She paid $90 for a mani-pedi with SNS. Her nail broke already yesterday. Big crack on her pinky. Plus, the lady who did her polish was making her work. Telling my daughter to put away the uv lighting when she’s done and tidy up her area. Really?! You pay an arm and a leg for lousy service?

Not great work. They charge $15 for gel, $15 for length - that’s $30 before you even get the service.They don’t offer beverages.The original prices aren’t bad.

I have given this place 2 chances but they Will not get a third! It cost too much to be so unprofessional. The last time me and my sis whom is pregnant was there was A complete Disaster! She wanted to go so i went with her for the experience, although the first time I came it was horrible then. Not only did I get a gel full set and a pedicure we both did and spent $180 and in 1 week my nails started coming up and polish looked dull....but thats not the worst part.....while we were there trying to relax and enjoy our time together, 2 of there employees started having a disagreement which snowballed into a heated argument loudly right behind our head....we were so uncomfortable not knowing if we need to move or would get hurt and Im very protective of her right now while shes carrying my nephew. So I do not recommend this place for service At All. They get 1 star bc the view is beautiful but the service and staff is a negative 0!

Managers and staff are very polite. Didnt have appointment walked in on mothers day. They were extremely busy. But they still accommodated my sister and I. And our nails looked beautiful.

My cousin and I went in to simply relax from a long week at work. I received a pedicure, eyebrow wax, and gel fill in. I honestly have only had about two or three pedicures in my life. I feel theyre pointless. So I decided to try it here at Polished because I pass by frequently and it looks like a pretty cool place to relax. Well my experience was an ok one. The nail tech was excellent and tried to make sure I was satisfied... until the owner came over to tell her to hurry up. I felt the tension, which then made the both of us feel as if she should hurry. Not only did he remind her of an appointment in front of me while rushing her, he reprimanded another employee in front of myself and others. So unprofessional... needless to say I likely wont be back. Our search continues...

Mimi is the bomb! Been coming to her for over 5 years! Not sure why so much hate on the salon. Tee is Tee, get to know him and hes a teddy bear. If I have a problem I just let them know and its taken care of. Beautiful salon with many stylists inside doing hair. They do need to update some trends but I just let Mimi know what I want.

OMG! Definitely my new favorite nail salon! Stumbled upon Polished while out running errands - it is a bit of a drive for me, but it completely worth it. So lets run the details:Technically - I got the basic pedicure. It was slightly shorter than some places, not as much massage, but my toes look great! I dont generally get a design but my technicians nails were so cute, I couldnt pass it up.Shop - typical spa appearance, clean. They are moving to a larger location in a few weeks. Great selection of polishes.Staff - Fantastic! It is a younger, more laid back crew. They were all friendly, funny and accommodating.Cant wait to come back!

Nice shop and friendly staff. I got a pedicure and full acrylic set. Happy with the pedicure but my full set was not what I wanted at all! I had shown the lady a video of this glitter powder I wanted and asked her if they had it. She told me yes but when it was time to apply the polish there was no glitter powder and she put regular gel on my nails which I never asked for! I didnt want gel and she cut my finger open filing my nails so hard! I was bleeding! She put glue on my finger over the cut and it burned. She acted as if nothing happened and at the end of this experience they still charged me $73 even though they didnt give me what I wanted and cut my finger! Will not be back. 2 stars for ambiance and the pedi.

I wish to rate more stars but I wasnt so satisfied with my service.Before my first visit, I had reviewed other peoples comments on this place, in doing so it gave me a good impression...so I came in but sorry to say my expectations wasnt met.My first visit I walked in not knowing I had to book appointments wasnt greeted immediately considering there was more than one receptionist at the front (a male and female). Yet I still waited and stayed anyway just to see what the hype was all about. 5 minuets later I got called in by a male saying a female will do my polish change, she was very quick and quiet...I did wish she asked me how short and what shape I had wanted before starting on my feet but I over looked that.Overall I ended up paying $10 (Paid $8 for a polish change, plus a $2 tip) just because I wanted to tip for her service.Anyway now here is the 2nd time I came in to see if the place have changed yet when I came in I seen that they still didnt have a wide selection of polishes. This time everything was very disorganized and almost empty not a lot of colors to choose from. I ended up leaving with nothing done because all of the technicians were booked but I understood... dont want to get into anymore details but none so the less Im sorry but I will not be coming back for my nails done.>>> Buuut on the up side I might come back just for the lash techs or hair techs and give them a chance since Ive herd good reviews about that !

This is the first bad review Ive ever written in my life but the general manager needs to learn how to treat people. I got SNS done here and it started to fall off in less than a week. I had to come back 3 separate times to get the nails fixed and then finally just have them redo the whole thing. He made me feel like it was my fault and quoted some BS policy when I asked why I had to pay to have it fixed. WTF? Gave so many excuses and wasted my time. Even the wonderful nail tech (wish I could remember her name cause she was great) who fixed my wack SNS job knew what was going on and the incompetence of the first tech. SHE had to apologize for the actions of the GM. If you want to make and maintain customer relationships, this is not how you should run your business. Do better.

Wonderful experience. Salon is beautiful. Mai did an amazing job on my pedicure. They have a bunch of smaller hair salon suites inside. Pretty cool concept.

I love this place. Theyre always professional and very welcoming. The service is always exactly what I request. This is my new home for lashes, nails, and eyebrow threading. Im looking forward to trying out the many other services offered.

Worst experience that anyone could have, all level speaking, i don’t know how theses people can run a business, first of all they will charge you extra for every little thing that should be included in a nail service, $6 for shaping your nails??!! For color its $15 on top of the $17 acrylic refill, customer service is very bad, the technician was doing a sloppy job and i brought her attention, nicely to that, she was very rude to me, like it was almost my fault that i talked, and she had that attitude, and then decided i should get another technician if i wanted my nails done there, oh and the manager, is a clown, he was taking the side of the technician and not giving sh*t about customer service, i will never set a foot in that place again, if i could give zero stars i would!! Iam very disappointed that people like this could be out there

The nail techs are great. The schedule for appointments are unorganized. Not sure why they have a schedule and never stick to it. They allow walk-ins to trump appointments.

I recently was recommended to this nail salon by a friend & I would first like to say that the atmosphere was great & the nail tech’s were very friendly BUT I just went Friday ( 02-23-18) and my nails are ALREADY lifting!!! They are OVERLY PRICED! Nothing is acceptable after only having my nails for TWO DAYS !!!! Like seriously beyond ridiculous I would not recommend anyone here !

I usually use a different salon but used this place for convenience. I have been getting SNS for a long time now. I can usually have my SNS last 6 weeks and not have my hair catch in my nails ( close to the cuticle).Polished did my nails. Not even a week goes by and I get a chip in my nail. And spider web cracks in most of the other nails. I told them I dont have time to stay because Im leaving town for the weekend. They fix the one chipped nail. I leave. It chipped again! My hair is getting caught in all my nails. Awful! The application process maybe wrong and the products they use. I dont think you should reuse bottles and dump new product in an old bottle. The guy there said I couldnt come back sunday to get my nails redone because itd be to late. The place to go is Majestic Nail Bar for SNS.

Tbh I can’t stand this place, 2nd time coming here after a long break of not coming back due to service. In both times nails come off in less then a week.They need to invest in better pink acrylic power!!

Loved my individual lashes and eyebrow wax. I was serviced by Sandy and she did an excellent job. Definately will be going back for my beauty treatments.

This nail salon is far more than your average salon it is a one stop shop. You can get your hair done, makeup done, shop, and get your nails done. It is the best nail experience I have had in Ga! The people are very friendly and make you feel like you are right at home. Dont be hesitant and come youll make it your home too!!!

I have been going to Polished for almost a year and always get great service. Anna is the only technician I go to. I always get gel on gel mood polish and my fills last over a month. She picks my nail color and its always a great color. I recommend the pedicures as well.

This was my 1st time visiting and I loved it. My nail tech Natalie was very professional and gentle. Well definitely be back.

My daughter an I went here an I told the people at the counter we wanted to have our pedicures done at the same time an the guy up front said no problem. Well my daughter had a lady come up to her and call her name and a gentleman came up and called my name and I told him that we wanted to have our pedicures done together and he kept saying no we do nails, and I kept telling him no I want to sit with her and do everything at the same time and he kept telling me no we do nails first so I finally said fine whatever. Then I kept telling him what I wanted and he didnt understand I showed him a picture and told him what it was and he still didnt understand and did my nails wrong and then he charged me $60 for something that should have only been $35. I kept telling him I wanted short nails and he kept telling me no longer natural looking and I kept saying no I want short nails and he said you want natural looking and I said whatever. And then he had the audacity to tell me that I need to know what I want before I come in. Nice place but this guy was not willing to do what I wanted in order to sit with my daughter, the type of nails, over charged, and didnt do what I wanted. And then my pedicure was not worth the 20 I paid. More like 5.00. I only gave it two stars because it is a nice place on the inside the people at the front counter were nice and I got to spend time with my daughter. I wont be back.Update: you know its bad when someone says they look like something a 7 year old lil girl would go in an say I want pretty pretty nails. 😔. The ones on the left is what I showed and asked for, the one on the right is what I got.

Anya is really meticulous with her manicure and pedicures. Been going to her since 2013. Never dissapoints.

Very expensive but you leave completely pampered and refreshed. Great, friendly and enthusiastic team for the most part. I almost didnt go here because I was hung up on then treated with poor customer service on the second phone call. No greeting, no explanation of service... I wasnt sure if I was going to walk in and then be turned away. Sam and Kim did my manicure and pedicure and the quality of service was incredible. Ill be back thanks to them!
